Nice little condo with easy access to the beach. Very comfy bed and a/c worked well to keep us cool. The management company quickly replied to our needs like needing a new floor fan and kitchen dish clothes.

This is the second time we've stayed on this property and have enjoyed it both times. It fulfills our needs for the short time we get to vacation to Maui. We love the location, as it is steps away from the beach and a very short drive to restaurants and shopping. Property is very clean and inviting. We like staying in a smaller condo community, you can definitely feel the "aloha". Hopefully we will be able to return soon.

We had a great stay at Kihei By Surf. Comfortable bed and pull out couch. They had all the essentials we needed for an apartment and also extras for a beach day like chairs, towels and a cooler. Extremely short walk to the beach and a turtle pond. Easy checkin and checkout. Would recommend!

Everything was very good. I had an issue with the fridge but the rental property fixed without any issue. The Communication was excellent all the time. I will stay here in my next trip without any issues

Nice location and perfect size for me and my wife. Also the shower has amazing water pressure. The only downside was that the fridge didn't get very cold so I ended up throwing away some creme cheese. Will stay here again.

Definitely overpriced for what it was. It was a very very small studio. That said, it had everything you would expect it to have. I just wasn’t overly impressed. Plus, the location wasn’t my favorite.

Our unit could use updating, but we had everything we needed. I would suggest to others to try to find a unit that does not back S. Kihei due to road noise. Pool, hot tub and bbqs were great.

Really good location for Kihei, priced appropriately. Good use of space. Kitchen had what you needed (except a measuring cup). Bathroom
Had lots of good fluffy towels, and was remodeled (nice shower). Clean but not hotel room clean, had some sticky corners, especially in the kitchen if that bugs you.

We loved how close the condo was to the beach. The condo was perfect for the two of us. There only suggestion I'd make is to keep the dresser free if extra items so that guests can use the drawers. We had to take everything out to use them and then put everything back, which was inconvenient. A large broom would also be helpful to sweep up the sand. Otherwise, we had everything we needed for our trip. Thank you!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week or so stay here. It was clean, well-stocked and the bus stops outside one way and a block away the other. We loved the shower, the bed was comfy and they had gear to use: beach towels and chairs were the ones we needed the most but I also saw some snorkel gear (we'd brought our own). We only used the pool once but it was nice too. There are laundry facilities onsite but we didn't use them.

The location of this place is great. And it has many things we need so only have to buy food. The beach across the street has turtle stopping by during sunset and sunrise. The bakery next to ABC store when you drive a mile up north? Best bakery ever! Stay here! Good deal all around.

The place had pretty much all we needed for our short stay, and would do well with longer ones also. There was a little bit of sand in the place when we got there, but we tried to clean that before we left. Other than that, it’s a great stay, and check in/out was pretty seamless.

Perfect stay for our family, rates were affordable, the Kiki beach was across the street which was great for our 3 year old! We stayed for 3 weeks and used the pool close to every day. Relaxing and comfortable stay, can't wait to go back!

This is a great central location to stay. I enjoy a local experience to a resort and this was exactly that. It was clean, well maintained and beach access right across the street. Also a great centralized location if you plan activities all over the island. Not too far from many destinations.

For our first time in Hawaii this was the perfect location to relax and still be in the mix of Kihei! We absolutely loved the patio area and the quiet atmosphere at night. We were only a short 5 min drive down the street from all the food which was very convenient. We will definitely be booking again for the next trip!

This condo will serve you well if you fill up each day with activity and come back every day exhausted! Food and grocery store are nearby. There's a nice pool and hot tub. Across the street you'll find a calm, small beach. Just be sure to fill up your day so you can come home, watch a movie on the nice TV, and sleep through the road noise, which isn't so bad. If you're used to the city where a loud tricked out car will come through twice an hour until 1am, you'll be just fine.

Across from the beach but we came at the worst time when the road was flooded and covered with soil. Everything clear up in like 4 days. It was 3 miles north of a nice beach park entrance. Snorkeling gear, chairs and cooler were in the closet to use. I didn't know this until a few days left though. In my opinion this was a very central location to get to the food, airport or malls.
Once I got the instructions on how to get into the Vrbo I didn't get any messages from the owner. It would have been nice for the owner to check in or give recommendations or we at least see the owner.

The only problem with this property was it was facing the main road and building blocked any view. No private area to sit outside because design of building and there was vegetation on one side but not the other. For the price in Maui it was a good value though

The apartment wasn’t cleaned properly and we found a dead roach as well as one small one alive in the toilet. The kitchen sink started leaking and microwave stopped working in 2 days so we were not able to use all amenities.
Pros: The location is great and parking was available easily.

The photos make it look like there’s a bedroom. There is not. There’s a bed in the living room, feet from the couch that serves as the “sleeps 3.” Very strategically angled photos. Lots of noise at night; issues with lock on porch. Arrived and unit was 84 degrees. AC works very poorly, same complains from other units. If you don’t mind bad air, and lack of space, it’s a good stay.

Overall the studio was very clean and was well stocked with kitchen essentials, laundry detergent pods and beach items (chairs, cooler, tennis rackets, and ice packs). They even had a selection of books to read and Dvd’s. I would recommend this place for couples or small families.

We came out to Maui for a week of adventure and fun and didn't need anything that was too extravagant because we knew we wouldn't be in our room much. Kihei Surf was the perfect accommodation for that. We were literally across the street from a turtle sanctuary beach, minutes from downtown Kihei and roughly 35 minutes from any part of the island. The room was clean and the kitchen had anything we needed to cook, the showers had feet washing spouts and the bed was super comfy. Overall, this was the best affordable option we could have asked for!

We really enjoyed our time in this unit. It had everything we needed for our week long stay. The only complaint we had was the AC. It took a while to get going, so many nights we went to sleep hot. A tip for this unit, if you plan to cook, you’ll need to get salt/pepper/oil/etc. The unit didn’t have any of these basic items. Not a big deal since there’s a small convenience store just up the street.
