"The Fairways at Mauna Lani", is a private gated community of luxury homes on the Kohala Coast located inside the world-renown Mauna Lani Resort. The Mauna Lani Resort, also home to The Fairmont Orchid and The Mauna Lani Bay Hotels are located 25 minutes north of the Kailua-Kona Airport.

Located to the north, beachcombers and surfers alike, will enjoy Hapuna Beach next to Waialea Bay, a lively surfers beach next door to the Hapuna Prince Beach Hotel.
The well-appointed kitchen includes granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances, rice cooker, blender, toaster, coffee maker/grinder, and complete cooking tools, ready for your time in Paradise!
