We had a lot of tiny ants all over. I called the owner and he sent someone over right away. It was the day before Thanksgiving. He then had an exterminator came in. He was in contact with me right away.

A little dirty, no pillow cases for pillows on pull out bed, carpet has stains on it. No bath mat for when you get out of the shower, couldn’t get the cable to work on the tv

Property was okay. Felt like it could be cleaner. Carpet had many stains and there were several dead bugs lying around. Location was nice and right across from the beach with a quick walk. Everything was pretty much within a 15-20 minute drive for the most part.

Aside from a couple ants on the kitchen counter, everything was perfect and it was quite a relaxing and nice stay. Our upstairs neighbors in 258 were yelling at each other for a good portion of the trip but it wasnt unbearable to listen to (it was actually rather interesting)

Very nice condo, full of extra amenities (beach chairs, sun umbrella , coolers, beach towels , fully equipped kitchen, even nice shower shampoos …etc). The location was very central in Kihei, perfect for a first time visit to Maui, loved our stay.

Host quickly responded to questions. Property was clean and comfortable, and we made good use of the provided beach chairs and umbrella. Great location in Kihei just across the street from Kamaole Beach II (rated one of Maui's beast beaches), and only a few minutes north of many other highly-rated beaches. Doesn't get any better than this! (Especially considering that the big-box hotel chains in Kaanipali are charging around $1000/night with a lot more traffic and parking fees in that area.) This condo is very nice. Side windows allow good airflow - even though it was 28 C out we didn't use the air conditioner at all. We really enjoyed the large lanai, and made good use of the laundry rack. Ground floor meant no stairs!

This condo was just perfect! The location, the amenities, it has everything you’ll need for your stay! Beach chairs, snorkel gear, sunscreen, Maui Guide book, a nice balcony. It is quiet, comfortable and a perfect place for a couple.
Communication with the host was quick and efficient. We just had a hard time to switch from Roku to cable to watch the World Cup game haha but other than that, everything was perfect!
Next to some of the best restaurants in the area and gift shops. Nice sunset vibes.

Good communication with owner. Accurate description and great condo complex. I have stayed in this complex many times and it is very convenient to restaurants, ice cream parlor, ABC store (if you know, you know). Beach, sunsets and a large pool. Lots of geckos, birds and sunshine. Small glitch at beginning but quickly resolved by owner.

This condo was exactly as advertised! It was in an absolutely perfect location, within walking distance to multiple beaches as well as restaurants and shops. It had so many nice touches that made it feel homey and enhanced our time in Maui. It was clean, quiet, and well thought out. Communication with the owners was easy and they provided a ton of useful and easy to follow information. We had a wonderful stay and I highly recommend!

*A/C plus ceiling fan in living room and bedroom.
I would suggest replacing the stained/malodorous carpet for a solid surface.

Had a great stay here! Lots of parking, unit had AC and fans to keep us cool and it was steps away from the beach and lots of great food/drink options. Condo had a fully stocked kitchen and had beach chairs and an umbrella which was very useful. As it is a ground floor unit, there were little bugs that found their way into the condo but that did not affect our stay.

This property was located almost directly across the street from a beach and was clean, spacious, and had parking. It was great staying in a quiet building that was well located in Kihei. The host was pleasant, professional, and responsive. Everything was great; thank you!

Kihei is just crawling out from under Covid and strict government restrictions, but they're on their way. Water is cooler than we're used to, so had to stay active, then soak In in their nice pool.
Vrbo got in the way of any communication with property manager, and never stopped inviting us to finish selecting our stay even after we had fully payed. Would have been nice to receive a visit summary statement from them along with this review request.
Vrbo aside, we had a good stay a wonderful property.

A nice condo stocked with beach toys and a fully stocked kitchen with plates and utensils etc. You need just buy the food.
WE liked it a lot.
We did wish it had AC as its super hot in Kihei in August, but the ceiling fans and extra large square fan kept us cool at night.
We could walk to restaurants, the beach and bars with ease (5 minuters)
The pool was fun. The property had a well maintained outside area with BBQ's.

Rented for 5 days. Arrived with a cooler and shade tent to enjoy the beautiful beaches on Maui.
Surprised and delighted to find hallway closet stocked with several larger coolers, beach chairs and beach umbrellas! Kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, knives, etc.
