Property was overall great. We had a few hiccups like leaky showers, silver fish, and water droplets from water damage in ceiling. Management communication is as good. The unit could be a bit cleaner but the amount of space was great and AC was in every room. Location, parking and washer/dryer in unit were great perks. Worth the stay!

My friends and I came for a wedding and had more than enough room with 8 people. Although there was only 2 beds, the couch, rollaways, and air mattresses were high quality and comfortable! The location of this rental is perfect for walking distance to food, drinks, and the beach! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Our checkin with James was friendly with clear instructions. He was very responsive to all our questions.
The place was clean and comfortable in a great central location, lots of kitchen supplies. Easily walkable to the beach. I especially loved how beach chairs, umbrellas and towels were included. So thoughtful and convenient, made our beach trips so much more enjoyable.

Our family of 8, 6 adults, 2 teenagers had plenty of room. Every room, including laundry rm,was spacious. Military police located in park behind condo,so quiet nights and save easy walk to beach. Second floor no view of ocean, view of nice park. Safe free parking garage. Walking distance to shopping.

The condo was very clean and spacious. It was so close to everything. Every night for dinner we walled to near by restaurant. I love that shopping was near by. My family was comfortable with the place. I would definitely stay at this place again.

It started with the manager's dad waving us into the correct parking lot in front of the bldg. We had circled the block twice. He greeted us and explained that his son had taken the day off to be home with his newborn. He gave us a tour of the unit. It included the owner's history, the building, and some furnishings. It came with complimentary coffee, water, and ice, already made. It's a large and comfortable place for families and groups of 6-8. It's within proximity to Waikiki and Ala Moana Shopping Center. We enjoyed our time immensely as classmates who came together for a reunion.

We stayed here with children and grandchildren. The condo was big enough to comfortably accommodate our party of 6. It was spacious, clean, well maintained. The roll away beds were comfortable for my son and grandson. Check in was easy and the property manager answered my calls. Hotelstaff was helpful. Only disappointment was the lack of Wi-Fi. It did not work. It is apparently borrowed from another unit and could not be rebooted fromour condo.

Fantastic place in a great location. The unit had everything you’d need for the beach and we had a great time cooking there as a group. The place is very large so it was doable to have four adults sleeping in the common area, perfect for our group of eight. Would absolutely stay again! Only minor issue was that the air mattresses deflated quite a bit through the night, but this is pretty common for air mattresses and the couch worked fine for a substitute. Thank you to our hosts for a great birthday trip!

Great location, 5 minute walk in the park to the beach. Just far enough from downtown to avoid the crowds, 5 minute walk to downtown. Pool and gym very clean and easily accessible. Great for family, the kitchen and baths where stocked with essentials, just in case you forget something at home..and the ABC store is one block away.

We stayed here with 4 adults and 4 kids (between the ages of 6 to 9) and loved our time here. Being able to use the full kitchen was amazing to be able to prepare our meals. Having multiple dining and lounging areas was great too so that everyone felt like they could have their own space. The location is fantastic... quick walk to the Fort Derussy park and beach. And a quick walk down the strip through Waikiki to the beach as well. Loved it.

We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen, such a great place for gathering! I love the decor of the place! We would definitely stay here again! Wish they provided sugar and the dryer could be better otherwise it was perfect for our family needs. Great that it came with a parking space!

We really enjoyed our stay here! We had two families staying and everyone had plenty of space. The condo is beautiful and the management was very nice and provided all of the info needed to access the space. The location is also great. It is about a 10 min walk from the beach and has lots of stuff close by.

We had two couples in the unit and it was very spacious. they advertise up to 8 but that would be very crowded. The biggest issue is the unit has a trash chute in the kitchen which is an eyesore. It would have been convienent if it was actually working but it was broken. Overall a nice unit and the manager communicated with us very well.

What a wonderful and large condominium. The kitchen has everything you could possibly want. The bedrooms are very roomy each with its own en-suite bathroom. Loved that you had your own parking space so we could pull in and out without having to deal with a valet. The saltwater pool was empty so we basically had it to ourselves! We even got to use one of the gas grills provided at poolside. The Property manager was quick to respond when I called with a question.

Generous space, great location!! Cons: carpets are dingy and dated, window dressings should be repaired or replaced; family room right window doesnt even work, the bathrooms are not as immaculate and clean as pictured and could use some updating. Bathroom rugs are not provided either. The master bath door to the toilet does not close. The place overall needs a good dusting and I feel maintenance repairs with the doors, the mold and mildew build up around showers. Also, the beddings that come with the unit are bare and worn. We didnt use the rollout beds for the kids because it sounded like you were sleeping on diapers and the fitted sheets were stained and uncomfortable to feel.
Pros - property manager(s) are super nice and communicative. The location is perfect and the Luana Waikiki has a nice pool, gym, cafe and valet guys are so wonderful and accommodating. The space of the condo is incredibly huge and to have a washer and dryer is essential, especially with a family of 7! Beach chairs are provided and towels too. Pretty good amount of kitchenware and most of the kitchen is updated.
I would definitely come back to this unit when we come back to the Island. OH! Parking may be an issue if you dont have a smaller car. Luckily, I spoke with valet and asked if they could park my car for me every night since trying to get an expedition in their small space was stressful.

This property was absolutely more than what we expected. We decided to book this place to get ready at before our wedding ceremony & reception then afterwards my husband and I stayed here for our mini honeymoon. It really allowed our vendors to have space and just make everyone like our family members feel comfortable. It also came with free assigned parking, which was the BEST.

This huge home is beautiful! It is within walking distance to the beach and Luxury Row with lots of markets and restaurants close by. Adjacent to a beautiful park. two private bedrooms with en suites and two roll away beds available. spacious kitchen was well stocked with kitchen equipment, no pantry items. Little hotel shampoos/conditioner/body wash included. Very happy with our stay.
