The property location is stunning--views and sunsets were memorable. Access to the water for snorkeling right in front of the property was perfect. We snorkeled with spinner dolphins, turtles, and a monk seal. The swimming pool & hot tub was literally a few steps from our unit. Having 2 parking spots was convenient. Property security was well enforced. Conveniently located to most attractions/activities. The property was also well supplied during our week stay.Some things noted:- Very heavy, chunky furniture. Seemed crowded with older, over sized furnishings.- 2nd floor deck railing was coming apart at 2 corners.- Master bath left sink was leaking onto the counter.- 2nd floor extra bathroom sink was slow to drain.- Binnoculars were broken and not usable.

Wonderful place to stay. The sunsets are amazing and the property is very nice and comfortable. We enjoyed the view from both balconies. The kitchen was very well stocked and the place was very clean and spacious. The location is perfect for exploring north and south. So much to do in this area and then to come back to a perfect home away from home was amazing. Thank you so much for the easy check in and checking with us to make sure we were doing well and not needing anything. Very easy to find the place even after dark. Parking was great, easy gated entry. Definitely would stay again even without AC!

This condo has one of the best locations in Kona. It's on a rock jetty projecting out into the ocean. There are views on three sides. The pool was adjacent and often empty. The hot tub was really hot. The landscaping is lovely. And restaurants, shops, and beaches are nearby. In addition, the furnishings are charming, very old Hawaii. You have your own little piece of paradise.

Kona Bliss was all that we expected and more. The home is beautiful. The view is stunning. We saw dolphins and whales from the lanai. Every sunset was more spectacular than the one before. Property Management company was easy to work with and responded in a timely manner. Would stay here again.

Fantastic views, right on the ocean, located in Kona. House is fantastic as a base for daytime island adventures with family game nights on the dining room table listening to the surf. Three burner Weber grill on main level deck. Pool in the complex. Walking distance to Magic Sands beach.

Great location. The private oceanfront deck was wonderful. With the pool and the two beaches and snorkeling sites within walking distance, it was perfect for us. The kitchen was well stocked-enough that we prepared Thanksgiving dinner w/o a hitch. Recommended.

The location could not have been better. Beautiful views and perfect proximity to Kona, coffee farms and Captain Cook snorkeling/hikes. Loved having restaurants and stores within 15 minute drive but felt remote as well. Comfy beds and all the amenities you could need in the kitchen. Extra fans were welcome and house always cooled off by bedtime. Thanks for everything! Hope to be back!

We could not imagine a more picturesque location in the Kona area -- the house is literally built into the lava rock that lines the coast along the ocean! It felt very secluded despite being on the main coastal road. We enjoyed taking in the views from the lanai and exploring the tide pools right outside the gate. Magic Sands Beach is an easy walk down the street.
We found the house to be very comfortable for an intergenerational family vacation -- the kitchen was well-equipped for meals at home, bedrooms were quiet (the downstairs twin room does not have a full wall/door separating it from the living room, but we all retired at the same time), pool was close by and safely fenced, gardens/grounds are well-maintained.

The property complex and home were great. The views were excellent and the home was well appointed. Even though this was a 12 home gated complex, you still felt quiet privacy with a good level of security. We had a delay checking in because the door code provided to the home didn't work and we checked in after hours. Fortunately, we were able to still reach the Kona Coast Vacations staff who provided us with the correct code to access the home. They were very pleasant and helpful. We would definitely love to stay here again and I am currently a hero with my family thanks to this lovely property!

The sunsets and views from the deck were spectacular, and we loved listening to the crashing waves at night. The house is well equipped, has the best location in the complex, and the close proximity to the pool is awesome. It’s an easy walk to the beach, a shaved ice truck and a nearby restaurant. The house does not have a/c, and it’s necessary to open all the windows, use the provided fans, and close window coverings to block the afternoon sun. The house was stuffy and hot when we arrived, and it would have been nice if it had been opened up prior to our arrival. There are also missing window coverings in the living area that should be replaced. Other than the lack of a/c, we had a great stay and it’s a nice base for all activities on the island.

Overall the location was great and the view was awesome. The cleanliness is lacking significantly and the overall age of the property is showing. The home is close to surfing and some shopping and there are many excursions available on the island. We highly recommend checking out the Umamau excursions, particularly the ATV rides, what a blast! David with Kona Concierge is awesome and was such a help booking our excursions!

We had a wonderful ten days in this property, the location can't be beat although this entire complex is wonderful! We never tired of sitting on the lanai and watching the sun set! The kitchen was well stocked and we love this peaceful southern end of the Ali'i Road stretch of many condos. The manager was super responsive to a few questions and very helpful, thank you. We will be back!

We loved this place so much! Perfect views from all windows and lanai. Fully stocked, even bug spray and snorkel equipment! WiFi worked well. We used the grill and kitchen a lot which saved money. Loved the pool area. A few bugs but I guess they have to spray for them. This was our splurge place as we traveled over Christmas. We won’t forget it!

We absolutely fell in love with this property. The location is perfect, it was as expected from the listing, and we are already talking about coming back. Would definitely recommend to couples for the privacy of this unit as well as families with children due to space, amenities and the house is stocked with everything you need from kitchen items to beach essentials. Just bring your sunscreen and suit!

Noisy neighbors first few days. Compactness of the community detracted a bit from complete privacy but it was a very minor issue. Rest of the stay was excellent without flaws. All of the conveniences of the house facilities were as advertised. We enjoyed our stay immensely without any serious complaints and hope to return.

We loved every minute staying at Kona Bliss. When we walked in for the first time our jaws dropped! The kids said they felt like the Kardashians??! The views were incredible and the house comfortably held all 6 of us. House was clean and well stocked. Loved having a washer and dryer. The neighbors were so kind and decorated their balconies like Christmas wonderlands. In addition, having the Kona Concierge was most helpful in planning excursions! Very happy and will rent again for sure!

Our sixth trip to the islands and this was the best place we have ever stayed in! The views were amazing, Kona Bliss is spacious inside and out, with beautiful furnishings. The unit was very clean. The grounds are well laid out and the groundskeeper is a wealth of information. We snorkeled directly in front and saw tons of fish, turtles and a mantra ray. We also saw a whale and dolphins from the deck. Minor issues are overall upkeep. Bedroom screen missing allowing insects in, locks broken on the front sliding doors and key codes changed without notice. Including a cooler for day trips would be welcome. I bought one at a garage sale for $1.00 and left it for future use.

Great stay with friends! We all enjoyed the property's location and amenities; the gated community and quiet. We ran into two other couples at the pool, both incredibly nice and helpful. One recommendation, though: The power went out the morning we left and we had no way of getting out of the electric gate - suggest that your property manual include instructions and/or have a key to the gate available for guests.

Great location with amazing views. The one suggestion is the master bedroom needs a wall unit hvac unit as it is unbearably hot to be in from early afternoon to early morning in the Summer. Ahh! Another vacation at Kona Bliss. This is truly the best location within this 12 building complex. Kona Bliss has everything a family or two couples could want in a vacation home rental. Unfortunately things have aged since last time there. The living room furniture is showing signs of wear, the supplied bicycle was still sporting a leaking front tire (which I replaced), the upper lanai seat cushions were in bad shape (which I replaced), and the wind chime was missing numerous pieces (which I replaced). Not sure where the bugs come from when you make every effort to keep screen doors closed but they still made there way in, even the "big" ones. For myself, the only thing lacking at this great facility is air conditioning in the master bedroom. Nights during June/July were very warm and muggy. Regardless of the items noted, it is a great spot to vacation. We would certainly return for another stay when the opportunity arises.

What a great location to spend a week celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary with our family. The spacious deck just off the water affords 180 degree views allowing you to see spinner dolphins(4-5 sightings),humpback whales(everyday)and beautiful sunsets. We also enjoyed dining on the deck after grilling the local catch of the day. The home is perfect for 5-6 people with three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The only minor criticisms are the doors to the decks are showing some age(a little difficult to open and close)and the lighting in the kitchen isn't great, but who cares? Location, location!
