Your health and safety have always been our highest priority. Our professional housekeeping staff have always been meticulous. In consideration of the current situation, they will be taking extra measures, following guidelines by the CDC to THOROUGHLY CLEAN & SANITIZE our home before your arrival. Additionally, we have extended the TIME BETWEEN RESERVATIONS to ensure SUFFICIENT TIME FOR THAT THOROUGH CLEANING . ORDER DELIVERY: No need to visit the market upon your arrival. Let us help start your vacation a little sooner! Our property managers will gladly provide PRE-ARRIVAL GROCERY SHOPPING service. Our condo is located on the sought after lower portion of the Wailea Ekolu Village complex. It features UPDATED FINISHES throughout. Recent upgrades include new floors and kitchen appliances. From the fully stocked kitchen and king-size master retreat, EVERY AMENITY HAS BEEN PROVIDED FOR YOUR COMFORT. New living room/dining room furniture, full size washer/dryer, electric grill on lanai and more. Also included are the following: • FREE local and long distance calls to the US mainland Canada & Mexico. • FREE and secure highspeed internet • SMART TV including streaming apps NETFLIX, HULU, AMAZON and more! (Must have your own account for each company to login). • Bedding & Bathroom supplies: linens, beach towels, bath towels • Kitchen supplies: paper towels, dish soap/sponge, trash bags, • Washer/dryer, laundry detergent, tissues, iron/board, hair dryer • Electric grill • New A/C installed in August 2019 • In-room safe The Ground Floor location in Building #7 makes it easy to unload your luggage and groceries. The perfect place for a golf vacation, Ekolu Village Condos sit on the award winning Wailea Blue Golf Course. Wailea Ekolu guests receive golf discount. If you're traveling with infants or small children, no need to bring all of your supplies. We work with a great company that will deliver cribs, seats, toys, accessories to our home prior to your arrival and pick them up after you leave. Three fantastic shopping centers, including The Shops at Wailea, with world class dining and shopping are just a short stroll from our condo. The Wailea Beach Walk promenade and its spectacular ocean views is the perfect place for an early morning stroll or to catch a Maui sunset. Just a two minute drive and you can chose from Wailea Beach’s five pristine beaches from Polo Beach to Keawakapu. Check-in is 3:00pm. Check-out is 11:00am. Late check-out is available for an additional $100 +tax up to 8:00pm (available from May-October only so please plan accordingly) This is one of the best-equipped condos you will find. NO PETS PLEASE. * Booking Guest will be required to provide a government-issued form of identification for the rental. * Guests will be required to supply the name of all adult guests and ages of any children. * Maximum guest occupancy is 4 * Reservations in December, January and 10+ nights, require final payment submitted 60 days prior to arrival. 🌺EFFECTIVE JULY 8, 2021: Guests who can present proof of vaccine may bypass any pre-testing when arriving in Maui. If you havenʻt received a vaccine, the state of Hawaii requires visitors to obtain a Covid test within 72 hours prior to their arrival in Hawaii. Otherwise, they are required to quarantine. If you weren't able to present a vaccine record or negative test results at the airport, the State of Hawaii would require you to quarantine upon your arrival in Hawaii for 10 days or the length of your stay, whichever is shorter. In this scenario, we would not be able to provide access to our property and would have to cancel your reservation without refund. 🌺 EFFECTIVE AUGUST 24, 2021: All guests age 5 and over will be required to submit the following to us: Either proof of vaccine or results of a negative PCR or NAAT Covid test taken within 72 hours of arrival to Maui.
