The condo was amazing. Clean and appropriate to Hawaii decor. I brought my grandaughter and two of her friends for fall break. They are seniors and really wanted to go to Hawaii. Maui was my late husband's favorite island, so we had to come here. The property management was excelent every step of the way. It was very hot for October, but the air conditioners kept us comfortable. We loved the pool and swimming in warm ocean water. The beaches were wonderful. We even saw a turtle swimming right by us. Thank you for a great time in Kihei, my first time there. Hopefully not the last. Mahalo

My sisters and I stayed at 3 different rentals during our Maui Trip to see different areas of the island. We all agreed this was our favorite rental we stayed at. The showers could use a deep cleaning, but other than that it was perfect.

Very clean and lot of space, there was a beach umbrella that was supper handy, extra snorkel equipment, we left ours as well in the property with two life vest for next guests to use, the condo had all that was needed to cook, very happy with our stay and definitely we would book on the future, only concern was the big sofa, it had a lot of very smalls ants or micro spiders on it, they were so small we could not distinguish what they were and we didn't use it since they climb on us when we tried. but overall a great experience specially since with kids and on the floor plan they could get access to the pool very easy without going into the street.

We spent a long weekend in Maui before heading to Oahu. This property was perfect for my husband and I, along with my mother. The unit was spacious, clean and decorated delightfully. The second bathroom had a walk in shower that accommodated my mothers limited mobility. The beach was right across the road, with shops and restaurants within walking distance. The upper pool was only a few units away.

Overall we loved our stay at this condo. The condo was ground floor and very close to the pool which is great with kids. It was very clean, all the supplies we need for kitchen and beach. King bed was very comfortable. The only small issue was the second bedroom is very small with no windows. It's not ideal but for kids was ok and Air conditioning was a must for sleeping due to lack of air flow. I still recommend the condo and would highly consider returning.

At check in I was highly disappointed that the second bedroom with the twin beds was so small. We could barely turn around between the beds. Thankfully the young adults I was with really wanted their own bed or we would have had to find another location to stay. The landscaping made us feel secluded and the house overall was fine. The spotty wifi made it frustrating work the few days I had to work remotely. The A/C had a mind of its own, we'd turn it off then it was on again.... very strange. The kitchen was larger than i expected and it was nice to have morning coffee on the lanai.

We had a great stay at Maui Kamaole. The unit was clean and generously packed with sand and water toys for the kids and beach chairs for the adults. Very quick walk to the park, beach, restaurants and shopping.

This is the second time we stayed at Maui Kamaole Resort and it’s a beautiful property. We stayed in M-105 which is a ground floor unit. It’s advertised as sleeping 4 but the second bedroom is very small with no window or closet and two twin beds. It’s fine for 1-2 kids but very tight for two adults. The condo itself is spacious and very clean but everything provided is the bare minimum. Nothing fancy. We love the upper pool and spa and they were only steps away.

Absolutely loved this condo! It is well appointed with everything we needed for our stay. The condo was very clean and included a king sized bed in the master with two twin beds in the den. The grounds were gorgeous and the pool and hot tub were excellent.The only complaint we had was that the staff "shushing" little kids at the pool (not ours). In fact, we witnessed a young family being asked to leave the pool because their kiddos were just being kiddos and having fun in the pool (they weren't throwing things or being bad in any way, just laughing and swimming around).A tiny suggestion - the King bed could use a memory foam topper (the bed is a tad on the hard side)Oh, and the room has boogie boards, beach toys, and plenty of beach towels/chairs to enjoy during your stay!

We greatly enjoyed our visit to Maui! The condo was perfect for our family, very clean, great condition, fun pool and hot tub nearby. The condo arrangement was perfect. My husband and I had our room and bath and our 2 grandsons had their own bathroom and bedroom. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, cookware and etc. The beaches across the street were clean with bathrooms and some had lifeguards. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we would like to make this a yearly vacation spot.

Was all good except for the hot tub. We game here to golf and where expecting a workable hot tub Was posted Jets Out For Repair Contacted manager by phone (was a little rude )said the repair was in but not installed yet. Did not say we could have access to the other pool (only a short distance from where we were staying. Had no hot tub for our entire stay . From Canada so paid a lot of money for the stay. Expect some kind of reimbursement for the stay !!

My feedback/suggestions would be that the stove burners were warped which made the pans lopsided when cooking and the washing machine was extremely loud! Other than that, we had a lovely stay!

Our family loved all the comforts of this spacious condo, especially how close it is to a fantastic Maui-shaped pool in the complex. The location is great because it’s so central on the south coast.
Two down sides: the doors to the smaller bedroom are louvered so any noise from the kitchen, living room, hallway and bathroom were disturbing to kids trying to fall asleep. And the sprinklers in the patio ran every morning, soaking every thing outside including the cushions of the outdoor furniture. We spent our mornings out there so put down towels and it was fine. (I did make note of this on the feedback card so the facility could maybe make that easy repair- and increase the longevity of the outdoor furniture)
We were out and about so much that we didn’t spend much time inside, but the condo has all that we needed and more than we even expected. I feel that it was an excellent value, and would definitely stay again.

We have stayed at a few different condos in Maui Kamaole, and M105 is our favorite. We love the quiet location and being so close to the tennis courts. In addition, the nearest grills are located in a garden-like setting, perfect for family gatherings. We will be back!

I traveled for work and chose this place for its large square footage and location: I met with colleagues and the living room table and patio are perfect spots for remote work - because it was also quiet there! The apartment was clean and modern, with plenty amenities, must be a great vacation spot. Full kitchen, fast wifi. The beach is not very close when it comes for walk to a beach - the condo is located on the top of the hill/large condo complex, so a long walk down the road to the main road and the beach and restaurants/stores, but easy access by car. The condo complex is beautiful, excellent landscaping, two pools. Checkin and checkout were through an app, keyless entry.

Condo check in process and general information provided well in advance via the app. Convenient location to beaches, groceries, shopping, restaurants and quick access to main highway. Condo very close to pool, which is very nice. Quiet location in complex. Bedrooms and baths were clean and just right for a family of four. Kitchen well appointed but as another reviewer shared condiments and seasonings are not left from previous stays. If you plan to cook a lot, maybe bring seasoning packets. Coffee maker take size 4 filters. Living area comfortable and AC units kept rooms plenty cool. Would rent this condo again.

The condo was great. Very clean and well stocked. Grounds were immaculate and the pools were well maintained. Even had brand new Weber gas grills everywhere. People will complain that it is a little dated, but who cares if you have a new refrigerator or stove? You are in Hawaii!!! Wifi was a little spotty and may have been an issue if you are working remotely and need to stream video conferences, but it worked ok for streaming video for my kid.

Have stayed at the Kamoale 3 times now, love the location, grounds and units. One negative, they have reduced the pool time it closes at 9 now. We always liked going for a dip before bed, 9 is too early. Will probably stay here again.

Was well stocked for the beach though, tons of chairs and coolers, ice packs and some sunscreen if needed. We left our extra behind.

We loved the 2 bedroom with separate beds for our kids. A/C in both bedrooms was a huge plus! The livingroom A/C was broken for the entirety of our stay but the fan was a helpful addition. We loved the location to the upper pool which is our favorite. Also close to the BBQ for supper. We loved our stay at this property!!

We spent 3 nights here. The property was very clean and the host was helpful with any questions we had. My husband uses a wheelchair but can transfer. This property is not ADA but worked well for us: low thresholds at the front door and lanai, bathrooms large enough to pull in and out of, a large shower in one of the bathrooms, bed height was OK. We had a large lanai looking out over a nicely landscaped lawn and a small lanai in the front of the condo off the master bedroom that had high walls around it for privacy with a view of Haleakala. The only thing we didn't like about this property was we didn't see how we could get the wheelchair to the pool. But that was OK because there were so many other things to do on Maui, that we didn't have time for the pool anyway! Would highly recommend this property.

Great condo in a great location. Everything was amazing the location of the condo a short walk or drive to all of the beaches and great food amazing pool for the family. I only wish that the boogie boards and the snorkel gear that was said to be provided was actually there all the snorkels were missing and the boogie boards were all broken. We did leave behind lifejackets for the next people to use if needed because our kids were outgrowing them. Overall this was a great place to say and will definitely be back!!

The location is on a less crowded area if the island. Since most people load the car with beach chairs, umbrella, and other gear, the proximity to the beach is less important. You can walk to the beach from this unit, but most people bring a car full of beach stuff; therefore, they drive anyway.
The condo was very clean with the exception of dishes. The dishwasher was very old and did not wash good, so the dishes were not very clean.
The kitchen had everything we needed for family cooking. There was only one teaspoon in the unit.
The beds were very comfortable.
The second bedroom is tiny. Ok for two little kids.
The beach stuff included chairs of different sizes and condition, umbrella, plenty of beach towels, cooler, some floating stuff, and one unbroken boggie board.

Great condo just not so kid friendly. They literally have a security guard sitting at the pool making sure nobody jumps in. I jumped in one day and the security guard came up to me and said, "no jumping in the pool Sir". I looked at 1 of the 50 signs with rules on it and told the security guard it says, "No Diving" and he said that were asking him to enforce no jumping as well. Other than the pool Nazi, it was a great condo.

We had a great time in Maui. The Property is very nice and clean. You will find everything you need for your stay. The only cons are, that you really need your car to go to the beach because the Property is ways back, with the dumpsters and the Tennis courts. And the internet is awful. Oh and don’t use too much toilet paper because they give you four cheap roles total for the week. We were gone most of the day but it did make me nervous, that we would run out. LolHowever, overall it was a beautiful place, beds areComfortable and the condo was very clean and tastefully decorated. I would definitely recommend this spot. The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. Oh and I lost my creditCard while I was there and the management team foundIt and called me. That was very nice and professional.Thanks again!

This property was absolutely perfect. Was stocked with everything you may need to take to the beach. Chairs, umbrella, ice chest, a bunch of ice packs, snorkel gear, diving toys. Air conditioning was perfect. My family has saved this property and will definitely stay and recommend to others. Other family members were in town and visited us at this property and will now be looking to rent when they stay at this property M-105 or somewhere in The Maui Kamaole Condos.

This property was absolutely beautiful. It was close to everything, The property had two beautiful pools was well maintained and so relaxing. I loved our unit two bedrooms two baths air conditioning in both bedrooms and in the living room. They had a dishwasher and washing machine and dyer which was great. They also had beach chairs, umbrella towels, everything we needed. I would definitely rent this unit again, I absolutely loved my stay!
