the unit is very clean and recently updated. It has ocean view and the pool is very close to it. The grounds of the complex are very well kept and it really gives you a tropical feeling. I will go back again. However, there are some cons to the resort; extremely small parking stalls, it doesn't have good signage and it's difficult to find the place, and not within walking distance to stores or restaurants.

Especially for the price, it was worth it. The room was clean, easy to access and met all of our needs. The location of the condo was not the ideal location that I would like to be in, but it was at least close by. The view from the patio was great. The pool was very small for the resort, and can get very full very fast.

Very clean and comfortable. Updated nicely. Fully equipped kitchen. Across the street froma nice beach with sea turtles every night at sunset. Highly recommend this condo and Kehei. You'll save a ton on money with your own condo, plus it's just minutes for numerous shops and dining.

Overall a nice property in a great location. The suite could use some upgrades and a bit of maintenance. Window blinds in the bedroom are terrible and allow far too much light into the room. Some of the windows were very dirty. Otherwise the unit was clean and is well stocked with amenities. Carpet could use a cleaning as there were a number of stains on it. Nice view and great lanai. We have stayed in this unit 2 years running and have rebooked for 2023.

The unit was very nice, clean and recently updated. It was well stocked, it had everything we needed. We had a good view of the ocean and the pool. I was pleasantly surprised with the pool, the water was warm, perfect! Unlike most pools in the area that the water is so cold you don't want to get in them.

This spot is centrally located with great food and beach nearby. A short walk to the beach will offer turtles in the morning and sunsets at evening. The condo grounds are well kept and the the condo itself is well stocked with beach accessories, a cooler and full kitchen. Prefect amount of space for three people. Would stay again!

This property is awesome. I'm a former Maui resident and found this place ideal for our visit. The pool was just off the lanai for easy access. The beach is just a short walk as well as local shops and restaurants. The Tradewinds made our stay comfortable. Will book again. Mahalo.

This was the nicest most well equipped condo we have stayed in of all our trips to Hawaii. The property is well kept and directly across the street from a beach and turtle sanctuary. Would definitely stay here again when coming to Maui!!!

We couldn't be happier with the place! It had everything we needed to enjoy our one week stay in Maui. The location is perfect to explore every side of the island and yet it allows to enjoy peace and quiet after a long day at the beach, hiking or driving around beautiful Maui. We had a small issue with the WiFi router in the unit but the property managers took care of it really fast. The kitchen is very well equipped so we had no issues cooking our meals there. The pool and the hot tub are a very nice plus to have. All in all, the perfect place for an extended stay in the island. We would stay here again if/when we come back to Maui in the future! Highly recommend place!!!

We stayed for 9 days and everything was just as wonderful as the last time we stayed at the unit. We are already planning for another trip there. What's really great is that it's close to everything but yet quiet and peaceful.The groundskeeper is excellent!!All the guests have always been very friendly. Too many people in this complex do not pay attention to the pool hours. Almost every night there was group of loud talking adults sitting in the hot tub well past the pool closing hours and even well past midnight on occasion. Keep us awake many evening.

We rented the Keihei Bay Vista condo for 10 nights. The condo was very clean, well furnished and had everything we needed. We had a great view of the water and walked across the street every night to watch the sun set. The location was perfect for exploring the island. We hope to rent this place again when we return to Maui.

It’s overall a great stay in the apartment. We had a good time. The apartment has almost everything you need for every day’s living. Coffee maker, salad spinner, measuring tools, scissors, clips, beach chairs, cooler… It’s like a home, we love it. There is a swimming pool outside, and beach right across the street… There are a couple of minor things that I want to point out. There are tiny ants in the house, around the sinks. Even after using the trap, it didn’t work well. Also it looks that the power in the bathroom is not arranged properly. If you are using the hair dryer in the bathroom with the shower lights on, the power will turn off. Please check it out. Thanks.

We rented this unit for 5 night and it was awesome, great view from the patio. Check in/out process was super easy and the access code to enter is very convenient not having to worry about losing a key. Very spacious and clean.

We had a great time here. We were looking for something affordable, and we got exactly what we were expecting. Aside from the bed not being very comfortable, everything else was great. Only 1 AC worked, but it kept the bedroom cool. It’s right across the street from the ocean. It includes a cooler, snorkel gear, sand toys, beach chairs, beach towels, and kitchen utensils; all which made up for the awful bed. We felt it was a great value. We definitely recommend. We really enjoyed our stay.

My spouse and our two teens (14 & 15) stayed at Kihei Bay Vista for a week and had an absolutely magical time! The apartment was perfect for the four of us, and having the ocean right across the street was heavenly. We'd swim in the ocean and then come back for the hot tub and pool. The condo had everything we needed for preparing our own meals, and we truly could not have asked for a better place!
