This condo is spacious. Each bedroom has it's own A/C. The 4 star for "Cleanliness of Property" because the A/C in the lower bedroom had mold so we did not turn it on. There is another A/C in the living room. This condo is quiet and is located very close to the upper pool. We can partially see the pool from the second bedroom.

Maui Kamaole was the perfect rental for our family for our trip. The rental is conveniently located with easy access to all the grounds amenities (pool, hot tub, parking, BBQ). Check-in and out were seamless. Our kids loved the boogie boards. Easy access to a variety of beaches nearby and also shopping and dining options.

The property was just exactly just as the online listing. The rental property was spacious, cozy, comfortable, relaxing, and quickly we all felt like being at home. The location was perfect, nice-calmed community and gorgeous ocean view from the patio. We will definitely recommend this property.

Thank you for the perfect stay! We actually had a party of 8 (4 other adults stayed in a different unit in the same complex.) Each night we met up for dinner in either our unit or my daughters.
The kitchen provided plenty of room to prepare the meals and we loved having a place for everyone to sit down together.
Thank you for such a beautiful unit as a backdrop for our wonderful family vacation.

The condo was exactly as advertised. Clean and had all amenities needed. We really appreciated the beach chairs and supplies.
One of us left behind eye glasses and the property manager was quick to help him get them back which we very much appreciated.
The hot tub was under maintenance and other guests parked in our “reserved space” but that’s not the fault of the condo rental. Overall, would stay here again.

I was surprised to see more than enough and good quality bath & beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs, fancy dish washer/laundry washer & dryer. Not every corner was fancy but clean, and I liked it.
The communication was fast.
The location was convenient. ABC store, supermarket, Subway, ice cream shop, etc. are just a few blocks away, same as the beach!!! I could just walk a little to get to the beach.
The pool was big.
Overall, staying here was a very pleasant experience.

Great location and convenient amenities. Beats staying at a hotel because you can pack light and do your laundry on site. Close to grocery stores.The only downside is the rules in the pool. No music and had to keep kids noises down. Otherwise a great experience.

This upper unit was very nice, and had everything we needed for our 4 adults and visiting family from another unit for dinners, etc. The TV on the main was huge and perfect, as well as the new washer and dryer that was amazing and fast, efficient. New carpet was nice too. Some aspects need updating, like the kitchen. It was squishy when trying to cook and work in there too, and would be better opened up as an island instead maybe?But it had plenty of equipment there available and ready, like boogy boards, cooler, water shoes, beach chairs, umbrella. We asked ahead about this but were told no, so it was a nice surprise. It was nice and cool and we were always comfortable there. The blender for making icing drinks worked well so we were glad of that. The bathrooms could use updating too but not a big deal. The beds were comfortable, pillows were not. Investing in some good pillows would be easy and helpful.The resort is beautiful and very nice pools and hot tubs, especially the one with rocks and waterfalls, etc. This unit is steps away from that one! We would love to have both the top and bottom unit of this one again. Instead of our daughter and family over the bridge and across the way, which was a long ways to drive to. Walking was close for them but not with all their baby equipment, etc. It is a very large resort and well taken care of, beautiful.

We were pleasantly surprised how spacious this condo is - there were 6 of us and it fit us perfectly! (Although one of the beds is a pull-out couch in the living room, but 3 people could definitely fit in the king sized bed!)
There is a great pool and hot tub and the landscape around the condo is so beautiful!
The location is great - located in South Maui (Kihei) it is on the main road in Kihei that has a ton of restaurants, shops, etc
Also, it is right across from the beach/park! You cannot get a better location than this.
The only downside is that it does not come with a lot of amenities (only a couple toilet paper/ paper towel rolls, 3 small trash bags, and a small thing of powdered detergent for the wash) so we had to go out and buy more of this stuff. It would be better if they provided more paper products/trash bags as being there for a week with 6 people was hard with the limited supplies. They did provide beach and bath towels though which was nice!
We would definitely recommend staying here as we had a great time and we loved this place!

The hardest part of checking out of this unit was saying goodbye to that heavenly lanai where my family and I took turns every morning to enjoy gloriously quiet moments of zen.
I’m so glad the other unit I attempted to book in Lahaina fell through and we ended up opting for this one. In deciding where to visit for next year’s birthday vacation, this peaceful little part of Kihei will be impossible to beat.

The condo was nice and it seemed like the previous cleaning was thorough, however because it seems pretty old and dated some things are just hard to work around (carpet was extremely stained and hard surfaces were grimy). I didn’t appreciate all of the checkout instructions, but that’s what you get when you rent a condo instead of a hotel. Having to vacuum, wipe everything down, do dishes, and make sure towels are only in a certain area are a bit much. We had a lot of family staying in other condos and they had more stuff available in the condo like extra towels and toiletries. The location was the best part by far, next to the pool and a reasonable walk to the beach and shops.

We had a great time. The condo is in a good location it’s nice. The thing I didn’t like the condo was not that spotless. The carpet has some spots, a lot of tiny ants on the kitchen counter, wall even on the night stand in the upstairs room, there was termite or dirt in the top of the front door jam, the kitchen cabinet doors should have the rubber door bumpers so it’s not that noisy when closing them.The batteries on the TV controls need to be changed.I wished the rental company would have put us on the first floor since we have kids with us. Being on the second floor it was hard to have a 3 yr old to walk slowly so it won’t make a sound.

The condo was clean but the AC was not. We smelled mold as soon as we turned them on. We called Maui Rental who sent someone to clean them the next day. They were gross but he cleaned them out and it was much better after.The beds were a little hard for me but doable for a week. We never used all of the amenities available but they looked nice. We were too busy traveling around seeing other sites like the Road to Hana. Location is good. Beach within walking distance.The bedroom upstairs does NOT have much privacy. Even in the bathroom where you have 2 windows next to each other, if someone comes up the stairs, you can see someone on the toilet.Overall, I was happy with our stay.

The rental property was comfortable. Had all the basic requirements extra beach towels.
I wish the kitchen had more things like Oil, coffee (extra) sugar. other kitchen was well stocked with utensils pots pans and coffee mugs. short trip to foodland conveniently located ~1mile from the property. beach is a short walk as well.
