Maui Kamaole condominium complex is strategically positioned on the sunny side of the island of Maui. The south side statistically boasts more sun and less rain than rest of the island! Also, Maui Kamaole is perfectly positioned between two exciting beach towns, Kihei and Wailea. Our complex is within easy walking distance to Kamaole Beach Park, as well as restaurants and other essential amenities in Kihei. Kamaole Beach Park features a large grassy area as well as a pristine shoreline beach, playground, and covered BBQ area! With less than a 10-minute drive to Wailea you’ll discover designer shopping and world-class restaurants, practice your swing at championship golf courses, embark upon snorkeling adventures in the Paako cove, or boogie board in the rolling waves at the famous Makena Beach.

Condominium K-209 itself is uniquely situated within the Maui Kamaole complex to bring you just steps away from the upper pool that features a serene waterfall, shallow pool lounge area, a lava hot tub, and covered BBQ area! Also, take advantage of the tennis courts that are just beyond the pool area. Work up a sweat on the courts or a run along the sandy beaches, then immediately cool off and lounge poolside under the palm trees! When you're ready for a day at the beach, feel free to use the beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas available at the condo.
Inside Maui Kamaole #K-209 you’ll immediately notice the open-concept layout for this two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo with vaulted ceilings leading to the upstairs loft. Our fully furnished condo features a completely equipped kitchen with bar stool seating, which opens up to the the dining area and comfortable living area with brand new LCD TV and cozy sofa sleeper. Soak up the cool breeze outside on the lanai with an outdoor dining set and retractable awning. Follow the stairs that lead up to the master bedroom suite that includes an adjoining full-sized bathroom and private outdoor balcony. Back downstairs, follow the hallway to the second bedroom to find a queen-sized bed and a third private balcony overlooking the pool area. A second bathroom is just outside the second bedroom as well as a full-sized washer and dryer for your convenience. Maui Kamaole #K-209 has window air conditioning units in the living room and both bedrooms.
All together, you’ll find that our condo is suitable to sleep 4-6 people comfortably! Rest assured, as the condo is meticulously cared for by us and our local property manager, who is available at your request.

**Please note: The upper pool is currently closed and will reopen on 10/15/2020. Guests are welcome to enjoy the lower main pool.****Important Information: Paradise Ridge Estates is a small development to the north of and adjacent to Maui Kamaole. Construction resumed April 1, 2019 - anticipated to be complete by March 2021. Beginning October 2019 a retaining wall will be built on the north side of the project site, this is anticipated to take 3 months. Based on this unit’s location, we are not anticipating any significant effects to guests.**
