This condo was absolutely perfect for our family's two-week stay in Kauai! I love that our kids were able to have their own room and bathroom (if you travel with two teenage girls, you'll understand this is a god-send) and the kitchen was fully - I mean fully - equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals during our trip. I think the pictures in the listing are a little outdated because the couch and lanai furniture have all been reupholstered, which is a great improvement. The condo was surprisingly quiet (even being close to the stairs and elevator) and we didn't experience any disruptions from other guest rooms. There was a teeny issue with the A/C due to a mass power outage, but when we called, maintenance came right away to fix it. The pool area was amazing, the towel exchange was so convenient, and having the ocean just steps away from our condo was heaven. The beach is a little rocky, but we were able to swim in it. We also enjoyed many oceanside sunrises.
Location of the resort is perfect: it made for easy trips to both the northern and southern parts of the island. Having the Safeway across the street was so convenient. We also loved having quick access to Starbucks and Tropical Dreams Ice Cream. Our girls really enjoyed being able to go to Ross for shopping. :) From the pictures, I was a little worried we would feel too much like we were in a busy area, but you truly feel like you are in your own world. We most definitely would love to stay here again!

Well kept and decorated property within a popular resort. Access to a nice pool with water slides and a quiet beach to watch sunrise. Located in the center of the island with similar driving distance to north and south shores. Good selection of local dining options. Highly recommend!

This is our 4th stay at the Waipouli Beach Resort because it's centrally located to reach all parts of the island and walking distance to groceries, food and an ABC store! I love the layout of having a king and 2 queens so that my kids can have their own beds and bathroom sinks. The full kitchen had all the appliances we needed (toaster,blender,rice cooker) and cooking tools. Parking is easy, pool towel exchange is convenient and a closet filled with coolers, boogie boards and floaties was a nice perk. The bathrooms had some mold and calcium buildup, and the A/C was malfunctioning a couple of days during our trip, but once I emailed the property management, they sent maintenance to fix it.Our kids enjoyed the beautiful pool with slides, waterfalls and lazy river. The beach isn't swimmable, but perfectly enjoyable to sit under a palm tree with a book and enjoy the view. I did find out just before our arrival that there is road construction on the main highway south of the resort, so any trips to the south side of the island or Napali Coast can take a little longer.

The condo is beautiful and has everything you need and more! We were lucky enough to see a Hawaiian Monk Seal sleeping on the beach right outside the condo complex! It was amazing! The pool was amazing and a great way to relax after busy days! Thank you for sharing this piece of paradise with us!

My daughter has stayed at this property before and in different unit before also. The beach, pool and grounds are fabulous! We saw several seals on the beach. Condo was fantastic! Great location on the property! Super clean and really nice kitchen and bathrooms. Beds were super comfy! check-in and out super easy, Easy to get anywhere around town. Would definitely recommend!

Super easy check in, and about as central as you can get. Safeway is just across the street, which made last minute trips for missing ingredients easy. It’s also a short walk to a beach path that made a nice run.
The unit was shockingly quiet - we only very occasionally heard the folks above us.
The weather wasn’t great during our visit, but the kids still enjoyed the family hot tub and loved watching the koi get fed.
Check out was equally easy.

Our family of 5 had a wonderful time while in Kauai. The central location of this property allowed us to get to places in the north and the south parts of the island easily. The quick access to stores and restaurants was a bonus for us. We enjoyed the pool as well as the beach, and the condo was well equipped and very clean. The communication between property owner/management was excellent. Our questions were answered and information was sent to us in a timely fashion. We definitely recommend staying at this property.

This condo was perfect for my family of four (two adults and two young kids) and my parents. We had plenty of space and I appreciated that there were two full bathrooms. The washer & dryer was also super helpful to have! The resort was a lot of fun and my kids loved the pool. Definitely recommend!

You spend so much time agonizing over where to stay. The unit was in a great position. Close to stairs, close to the parking lot, not loud, easy access to the pool. Very quiet. The property is fantastic. Being able to walk to ice cream at night was amazing. We will totally come back.

Absolutely perfect! This is in a phenomenal location on the island. You can easily get to hiking, kayaking and touring all the beaches. The rooms were spotless and had everything we needed. The on-site restaurant was one of our best meals on the island. The resort has an amazing pool, and we even had a little monk seal sleep on the beach. We can’t wait to come back!

Overall the condo and its amenities are very good. Our unit had a missing door handle and a leak towards the end of our stay which forces us to move to a different unit. Communication was not very prompt and the office closes at 4 pm which I think is too early especially because most of the renters are out exploring and won’t return before 4 pm. However, our overall experience was very pleasant and our kids definitely enjoyed the pool and it’s two slides.

Our family had a great time. The condo was just like the web-site description. Rooms were clean and roomy. We really liked the pool area and that the beach was so close. Also, the Safeway across the street made it handy to get picnic lunches made for the day.When we come back, this will be one of first places we will look at booking.

We loved, loved, loved this resort! Would stay here again. We loved that it was centrally located so we could go either direction on the island. The pool was the best. We went every afternoon for awhile and enjoyed the slide and walking the lazy river. (Even though our kids are 16,21,23). Property felt clean and cared for. Would suggest a floor lamp or light kit on the ceiling fan in living area as it was a little dark to play cards. Would rent this condo again. Kitchen was well stocked too.

this was a repeat visit to the Waipouli Resort, our favorite place to stay in Kauai. We have made many 20+ trips to Kauai over the years, and prefer this resort for its central location and access to both the Hanalai side or the Poipu area.

Very happy with this place! We were 4 adults and 2 kids ( 5 and 19months). Everything you need in a kitchen, had laundry soap, dish soap, plenty of towels, beautiful appliances. Very nice and large bathrooms. Compfortable beds. Perfect location on the island. And the resort pool is beautiful. The boys really enjoyed the sand pool. We will be back and will definitely stay here. We have more of the island to see.

Our family of 6 had an amazing time at the resort! We were comfortably accomadated in the 2 bedroom suite. It was clean and had everything we needed for our 12 day stay, from dishes, supplies, laundry it was just like home. The reosrt itself is great, amenities for everyone and we spent everyday at the pol! My children range in age from 1 year to 15 and they all had a great time. If we return to Kauai we will stay here again and have been reccomdening the site to all of our friends!

There were six of us who spent three nights at the Waipouli Beach Resort. The condominium was well-maintained and clean. All of our needs were met and the layout and furnishings were very comfortable. The kitchen is awesome and the appliances are top notch. The two full bathrooms were large and luxurious, and the beds comfortable. We were very pleased with our experience. The grounds were beautifully maintained and the pool and hot tubs were clean and beautifully arranged. The beach had very easy access from the resort, and we spent allot of time in beach chairs enjoying the surf and sun. We also enjoyed watching whales making their way past our location.

We were very happy with e-205 unit we stayed in! The single beds were a little short for the older teenage boys but that didn't keep them from sleeping! The one thing I wished the unit had were ceiling fans in the bedrooms. We did find, however, a box fan. I was extremely happy with the Remax rental property agency!

This condo was just right for this year’s trip to Kauai! My spouse and I traveled with two friends. Two comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms gave each couple privacy, while the big and well-equipped kitchen and the living room and larger lanai gave us great spaces to be together. The pool area and beachfront were beyond our expectations. The Kapaa location made it easy to spend time on both the north and south shores, and walking to the supermarket was a bonus. The condo was clean, spacious, and quiet despite being in town. Parking was easy, too. We appreciated the washer/dryer and great kitchen appliances. We would definitely return!

Kapa’a is a great location. Easy access to some great beaches and waterfalls. The unit was nicely stocked with pretty much everything we needed. The beach out front isn’t the greatest for swimming, but is still beautiful to have a sit and watch the water. There’s lots of sand for digging holes and building castles. We saw a few whales blowing. The path makes for an easy walk to Coconut Marketplace.

Unit met our needs and had all the necessary amenities for a very comfortable stay. Property & grounds are well maintained, pool area very nice & relaxing for the entire family. Location was excellent for our travel plans. Kapaa is a very nice town with lots of nice restaurants & shops in walking distance. We would definitely stay on this property again. Although, we had a great experience here and would like to return. We feel housekeeping can do a better job, air conditioner vents very dusty, smudges on all sliding glass doors and some mold found in one of the shower stalls.

We enjoyed our stay at Waipouli Beach Resort! The grounds were nice and we definitely enjoyed the central location. The condo was clean and roomy and perfect for two couples - we each had our own bedroom and bathroom and an extra bathroom to boot. The washing machine broke just before our visit which was a bummer because we had planned for it, but the property management texted us right away and said we could get our laundry done and just needed to let her know when. We didn't end up using it, but appreciate them offering. We had very good dinners in the area and would stay there again if I wanted to be centrally located.

We had a very good experience with the rental. All of our needs were met and more. Our experience with Remax was excellent. Any issues were resolved immediately, phone calls were returned and questions were answered professionally and satisfactorily. My husband was impressed with the kitchen utensils and appliances. We have stayed in other timeshares with much less kitchen capabilities. Our only recommendation is a bit more light in the living room and that the water heater be bigger to accommodate the two baths and two showers.

I've stayed at this location four times. Room and amenities clean and modern. The location is close to the airport, grocery store and beaches. Only wish they would allow ice chest in the grilling area to keep food cool prior to grilling. Ample parking a plus.
