The location was perfect, enjoyed that we were also close to the lap/quiet pool and just a short walk to the lagoon. It was clean, had no concerns. Maria was very responsive and friendly. Extra kudos for the closet full of beach accessories they had!

This is the 3rd time we've stayed at these beach villas, but the first time in this particular unit. It was clean and we appreciated the beach towels and chairs provided. We did most of our cooking every night in the unit, and would have liked a strainer for rice (we bought one and left it there for future visitors), a few more Tupperware containers (only one large and two small that had lids), as well as some dish towels (one of the dishwashers was broken, which we didn't mind, so we wound up just hand washing the dishes every night, but there were no dish towels to dry them). Otherwise we were very pleased with our stay and would definitely stay there again! Mahalo

Upon check-in we were given the wrong room number. We took our luggage/groceries up & struggled with keycards to get in the room until the guests staying there opened the door to confront us. We returned to the front desk & they then gave us the correct room number, but our keycards wouldn’t open that room either. It was a very awkward/unpleasant check-in after traveling all day. The building location, pools & lagoon beach were all amazing! We’ve stayed at Aulani and Marriott, but we preferred these condos in between as they were much quieter & very relaxing, Easy walk to the other lagoon beaches, restaurants & the shopping center down the street. Nice to have garage parking, but our space was far from the unit. We’ve stayed in several similar style luxury condos, but for the rate we paid, we were disappointed with the overall condition of this unit. The dishwasher was cracked & broken with a piece of tape on it saying “do not use.” The dining chairs fabric were all stained, so we ate our meals at the kitchen counter (only 2 stools) or in the deck chairs. Overall, the furniture was all worn, chipped & not up to the quality of the complex/rate. The patio had a bunch of empty planter pots. The kitchen was very sparse, not enough plates/cups to match occupancy of 6, so we had to wash dishes every meal & use random items. Cooking pans were limited & old/damaged. We booked here for a luxury kitchen to cook in, which it was not. We’ll come back but only if we stay in another unit.

The pools and grounds were beautiful. I enjoyed swimming in the quiet pool and then getting into the hottub. But I especially loved going to the ocean lagoon. So convenient and beautiful. The lady who checked me in was very friendly and helpful. The condo was very nice. It felt luxurious to stay there. Having a kitchen and comfortable bed made the stay even nicer. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.And last but not least Maria was a wonderful host. She responded quickly to any question I had. She was very easy to communicate with.

The entire experience was amazing. Maria was very responsive. The employees were always helpful. Condo was wonderful with plenty of space. Also included beach chairs and other amenities that we used every day.The lagoons were never crowded. Highly recommended!! 10 stars!! Mahalo Nui!

Lovely stay and so glad we finally were able to be here! The unit is ideal for families and couples wanting to explore Ko Olina with ample space and plenty of activities. We did not see a corkscrew in the unit and our host graciously picked one up for us. Thanks so much, Maria!! Mahalo

This was my third stay at the Beach Villas and I still love it! It’s quiet and peaceful. It’s walking distance to restaurants and shopping. It has a calm lagoon, several pools and spas. It has a path along the ocean for beautiful walks and ocean breezes. What it doesn’t have are lots of crowds causing overcrowded pools and noise and congestion. The condos are perfect for a wonderful stay!

The unit was just as advertised. No surprises. It was clean and had everything we needed to have a wonderful stay away in Oahu. The lagoons are beautiful and we enjoyed the sunset from the private beach. Would love to come back.

We enjoyed our stay at the villas at Ko Olina. The accommodations were wonderful. The resort staff was very helpful, respectful and polite. The only downside was that we were not able to pick the unit we wanted to stay in. The website would not allow us to do that so we couldn’t see where our location was going to be. I would recommend VRBO make edits to the website so that people Can choose their unit location, i.e. beachfront or otherwise. Maria was a wonderful host and very responsive to questions and needs. The unit was in excellent condition. I would recommend this resort to anyone.

We love beach villas. This is our second visit. Love location and short walking distance to beach. Love that stores - Costco Safeway, Down to Earth Walmart are so close. We prefer to do our own cooking. This condo is showing some age - but Maria quickly addressed my questions or concerns. Son used the gym. We used hot tub after ocean swimming. Loved the sunsets.

Our stay started with a small problem-one of our rooms was not made up. Maria was amazingly responsive and took care of it immediately. She called in a second cleaning crew, bought and laundered new sheets for the bed, and gave us a bag of coffee and a bottle of prosecco to make up for it. She went above and beyond! The unit was beautiful and clean. We will definitely book again. Thank you Maria!

Absolutely no upkeep on this villa. Marks all over the walls. Holes in the bed sheets. Total of two clean bath towels in master bathroom. Empty bottle of cascade was left under the kitchen sink upside-down. Broken trashcan in the kitchen.

The condo was everything we could have asked and more. After driving all over the island, we won't stay anywhere else if we come back. It was clean, and had plenty of space for 4 adults. Family friendly, felt safe, but didn't seem anywhere near as crowded as the neighboring resorts. The pools were gorgeous, easy access to the beach, and the tiki bar by the pools was great. The washer and dryer are mini ones and as such, the dryer doesn't do a great job, but we packed way more clothes than we needed anyway. Maria was very easy to reach when we got here, and I have no doubt if we had needed her at any point she would have been right there. If you are looking for a place to stay on Oahu, I can't recommend here enough!.

This propert is 10/10. Maria was extremely responsive and easy to deal with. Check in and parking were a breeze. The property exceeded my expectations. There is everything you need to get started. Target is a 10 min drive and there is a shopping area walking distance as well. The pools are lovely. (Those with kids be mindful- the quiet pool is no joke about being quiet.) The lagoon pool is awesome and gets more sun.
The beach is wonderful. If you aren’t into the busy big city feel of Waikiki, this is the perfect place to stay. I would highly recommend Maria’s property to anyone who is on the fence. We will certainly be back!

4 of us stayed in this 2 bed/2 bath listing, it felt like home and was plenty of space for our week-long stay. We had a great time and enjoyed the location and amenities of this property, including the pool/gym/koi pond/beach access. Check in and check out was easy, having an assigned parking spot in the garage was also a big plus. Would recommend this listing and will be back in the future!

We really enjoyed our stay at your place. One of our favorite things was the lanai. We loved how the sliding doors connected the lanai to the kitchen and living space. The pools, hot tubs, and beach were amazing. We had a very relaxing stay.
