The house was exactly as pictured and we enjoyed our stay with 5 adults and two kids. The kids used the pool almost every day which was one of the main reasons we booked this home over others. The ocean breeze while sitting on the lanai was so relaxing as well. Overall everything was good, just a few minor things; dishes/cookware needed to be re-cleaned, showers could be scrubbed better and there are a lot of dings/scuff marks throughout the home. We enjoy staying in Kapaa as it is a central location on the island making it easy to go to the south or north shore on any day.

My oh my, did we enjoy this beach front property. We took the entire family of 7. The property was perfect and we loved the location. Pro tip - after sampling poke all over the island, we best by far was from Big Save market which is a short walk from the property.

This place is an amazing find! The house sits just off the beach with stunning views and a wonderful ocean breeze. The house itself had absolutely everything we needed and wanted for our vacation. The grounds and pool are beautifully maintained and sitting in the hot tub at the end of the day listening to the ocean waves was incredible. Easy access to everything we wanted to see and do on island - loved the location. By far the best experience we’ve had with a vacation rental. Our family of 6 adults fit very comfortably. Brenda is the on-island contact and she was amazing! Overall, best vacation experience I’ve ever had. Will definitely rent here again!

Super location steps from the beach. Perfect location; close to Kapaa, airport and nearly equidistant from Princeville and Poipu.. The pool and spa were excellent to relax in. Amenities in the house were excellent. Kitchen fully set up to cook anything with a Treagor barbecue on the back porch. Sweet. Nothing to change except…put a slit ac system in the main living area. Trade winds did not cut the humidity enough for us. Bedroom ac’s were great. We live in SoCal so we are not use to the humidity. May not be an issue for others. Loved the house and would definitely book again.

Check in process was easy, the ocean views and sunrises are spectacular. However we were a bit dismayed by the condition of the property. My husband and daughter immediately went out and bought Windex to clean the sliding glass doors and the windows that face the ocean which were quite dirty. The property itself is a little tired, outdoor furniture was rusting out, the outdoor grill is actually a Blackstone, and was not working when we got there. The local property manager (Brenda) was very responsive to our concerns and brought a replacement Blackstone the next day, and also brought in a crew to clean the windows and the floors. The kitchen was really well stocked with everything you need. Hot tub and pool were lovely, and we had them entirely to ourselves. The town of Kapa’a has some great shops and restaurants and is a good location for visiting other parts of the island. There were lovely beaches not far away. Bike path in front of the house was great, we used it a lot. There are some people living on the beach nearby but that was never a problem.

We had a great stay at this house and the ocean view was absolutely breathtaking. The house is very spacious and well equipped with everything we needed, and its location made it so convenient to reach the Safeway, CVS, and nearby restaurants. Brenda, the housekeeper, was very welcoming and helpful from the first day, which we truly appreciated. We eventually got used to the local roosters after the first couple of days and slept very well for the rest of our stay. However, we were a bit disappointed that the outdoor maintenance didn't match the quality of the interior. The jacuzzi was too dirty to use and we even found snails in the pool, so we hope the cleaning for those areas can be improved. Overall, it was still a satisfying experience mainly because of the stunning view and Brenda’s hospitality.

We enjoyed the stay as location was very advantageous as between activities in the North and South and everything in between. Property manager was also very responsible whenever we were running short on any supplies and helpful with some tips on local places. We enjoyed pool and Hot Tub and Kitchen seemed to have what you need if you wanted to cook meals but outside breakfast we enjoyed the local restaurants for dinners.

The inside of the home looked just as pictured and the view was beautiful. We had a great time in the pool and the hot tub was nice. The home was nicely stocked. Things to note: The parking is a bit cramped and we were a bit surprised by the 12 stairs leading up to the front door as we did not see any stairs pictured. Had 1 person with us that has a difficult time with stairs.

The property was really nice. It was comfortable, cozy and we had plenty of room to relax. The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking. We loved our coffee assortment and the spices in the cabinet. 3 things: we didnt get our check in procedures until a little after 4 pm. I contacted the host throughout the day and didn’t hear back. Maybe it was a difference in time zones. But I started feeling we might have issues. Luckily we didn’t and were able to get in the property without any issues. Secondly, we got locked out of the house on the second day. The battery on the key pad was low so it stopped functioning. With that being said, the local contact person was at the house within 30 minutes to change out the batteries and get us back in. And overall she was very friendly, easy to reach and responsive. She even brought us 2 bikes, an air pump and some citronella bracelets for the mosquitos. We appreciated her willingness to help. Loved our bike rides along the shore. Maybe just check the batteries before hand. Third the pool was a little murky; however we still got in and enjoyed having a pool. Lastly, the check out procedures in the binder in the unit stated a check out of 11 am. But the cleaning people showed up right at 10 am. Luckily we were pretty much ready to go, and she gave us some time to pack up. I just share this for consistency in communication.Overall we enjoyed our stay. We made great memories and would rent again if we had the chance.

Check in was easy. Nice to have the shared pool in the front yard all to ourselves. Hot tub was a nice treat. All bedrooms have A/C but there was no A/C in main living area. Nice ocean breeze comes through the patio and large screen doors through the kitchen. Plenty of space to hang out. Thanks for having us.

We had a great time staying here. The beach house was very centrally located to easily walk to the beach, restaurants, grocery stores. You can get anywhere you need without having to fight traffic. The shared pool was great! We stayed a week and didn’t see anyone else ever use it. The house was well stocked with anything you might need. It also had adequate seating for our large group both inside and outside. Caleb resolved any issue we had immediately! He was highly responsive and accommodating. I’d stay here again for sure!

We had a great stay at the property. We had a few problems with the back door getting locked for half a day and unfortunately had to have a locksmith come out to repair the door but Brenda was easy to communicate with. We also did have a smoke detector go off multiple times in the middle of the night which was unfortunate with sleeping babies. I would say the hot tub we were not able to use as it was not very clean and I didn’t want my kids going in with floating debri/biofilm. Overall having the pool and the beach so close was wonderful. The proximity to town was also great.
