Upon arriving for our four night stay, everything seemed great. We also prepaid and hired a private Chef to prepare dinner to celebrate our Milestones in Maui Birthday celebration, (16th &50th bday celebration) On day two we decided to prepare breakfast in our unit. Upon going into the kitchen to use utensils in the drawers, we notice 4 roaches ranging from small to large in size, in differentkitchen drawers. I immediately called to the front desk and informed them that there were roaches in the kitchen they told me that pest were rare in the units because they are regularly treated for pest control. They sent someone from maintenance out to spray in our condo and give us a roach trap for the kitchen. I was scared to cook after that. But i had hired a private chef prior to on Wednesday. The chef came and I was on edge the entire time because he had to use the kitchen. And roaches were seen in there . After dinner we had leftovers that we had to store in the refrigerator. A few hours later we back into the refrigerator to est some of the leftovers and there were roaches inside the refrigerator!!!!!! I paid 1298.00 for a private cheft to cook only to have to throw all of our food away because of the roaches!!!!! My unit had an infestation of roaches and WE WEREN'T TOLD THAT PRIOR TO OR WHILE BOOKING OUR STAY AT Waliea GrandChampions CoralTree Residence. I deserve at least the money back for the cost of the chef. I have pictures as well of some of the roaches

Everything for your day to day needs is provided - fully equipped kitchen, washer&dryer.
I liked that the checkin was smooth as well as the delivery of the crib that we ordered separately.

The condo was exactly as described online. Very clean, suitably furnished, kitchen well stocked with dishes, glasses and kitchen utensils.
The nearby pool was well kept, plenty of chairs and lounges.

Large, wonderful place to stay. Having Al the amenities of a home, rather than just a hotel room, made it extra comfortable. We spent a lot of time in the water, pool and ocean, so having the laundry facility in the unit was excellent. And having a fully functional kitchen was super helpful.

The condo was roomy. Bedrooms were lovely and the air conditioners worked wonderful and they were quiet! Occasionally we could hear people walking in the unit above us. Beautiful trees and greenery, clean and quiet area. Pools were nice. We loved having laundry unit in our condo. We would stay there again.

The 3 bedroom is very roomy. The scenery is pretty and well kept. We had a group of 19, we all stayed in the same complex but with different property managers or owners. Some condos are very modern and clean, others are a little dingy and could use some upgrades. One HUGE complaint amongst all of us is that the master bedroom doesn’t cool as well as the rest of the condo and the master bathroom is uncomfortably hot! There is not even an exhaust fan.

Really lovely property that is well managed. Management company not on the property and check in instructions were not communicated. Otherwise, management was responsive and easy to get a hold when assistance was needed. Only downside to our stay was a sugar ant infestation in the kitchen and a broken water line at the property. Luckily we were away the full day and the water was turned back on shortly after we arrived back.

The one thing I would suggest is to ask how many beds are needed prior to arrival. My boys had to share a bed. Where other units have 2 twin beds.

We had a simply wonderful time staying at this property for 3 nights. We had a beautiful view on our deck overlooking the fairway on the second hole with an extended view of the ocean. Our condo was super clean and neat. We could have stayed there a month. Great location near the Shops at Wailea. We highly recommend this place!

We got upgraded to a property across the street at Wailea Ekahi Village. Very happy with the property and want to go back next year. Loved the walking path from neighboring hotel.

The only complaint I have is that the pool wasn't kid friendly. We had 5 little girls with us, and in the evening, we were always asked to leave the facility because they were too noisy. Also, the hot tub was cold for several days in a row.

Considering how much less it cost than nearby non-resort hotels, I was astounded at how nice this property was. The washer and dryer and multiple bedrooms/bathrooms were excellent, and I was extremely impressed by the cleanliness and condition of the unit. No odors or stickiness or any of the other issues that tend to occur at properties with kitchens. Check-in was easy and the walk to resorts and shops was fine (although there's a section without a sidewalk and the hills might be a bit much for those with mobility issues). I had no complaints at all.

The check in was incredibly easy and over the top customer-oriented. I was alerted by text when the room was ready early. The instructions were very clear and the check in by David was super courteous and helpful. The place was clean and cool when we arrived on a hot day. Excellent reception.

The unit we got was outdated, needed to updated the very uncomfortable living room furniture and beds plus the A/C unit in the master bedroom was like sleeping next to an airplane jet engine. For the price I will not stay here again.
