This hidden retreat located in the prestigious resort community of Princeville is one of its kind , and provides privacy while close to local shops, restaurants and just a quick drive to the beach. Lei Aloha is a perfect island getaway home that is perfect for families and friends, that includes spacious accommodations, fully equipped and well stocked kitchen, large swimming pool, landscape tropical grounds, large living area with an open themed concept, Air Conditioning in each bedroom, beach gear and many amenities to enjoy.
As you enter, there are private gates that lead into a private courtyard, completely enclosed by a stucco wall and tropical plants, including plumeria, heliconia, gardenia, and torch ginger. In the center of the courtyard is a 16' x 40' swimming pool, patio space, lanai furniture, lounge chairs for sun bathing and a beautiful well maintained lawn.
Upon entering this custom-built home, you are greeted by a magnificent views of the golf greens, magnificent Norfolk pine trees, lush landscaping and tropical fauna. A generous gathering space with a large open-concept living and kitchen area is the perfect gathering spot. Large sofa, flat screen tv, dining table that seats 8, kitchen island with 3 bar stools all inviting and roomy.
Comfortable and tastefully appointed, this breezy, Hawaiian home of over 3200 sq. ft. offers a primary suite (King Bed) and its own bathroom that features a jetted tub, dual sinks, and a shower. There are two guest bedrooms one with a Queen Bed and its own bathroom (shower) and the third guests bedroom offers 2 Twin beds with its own bathroom (shower/tub) all on the first level and all opening onto the courtyard and the pool through French doors. An additional primary suite (King) is located on its on on the second level and features an ensuite bathroom (shower) with dual sinks, and a private deck that overlooks the pool.
Enjoy your morning coffee on the lanai, or on the lawn under a palm tree next to the pool. Fire up the gas barbecue on the patio for that fresh mahi-mahi from the local fish market and serve it on an outdoor dining table gracing the patio.
Lei Aloha pool is great for early morning swims or cooling off after a long day of adventure. Like most pools in Hawaii, is heated by the warm, tropical sun. The water temperature will vary with the weather conditions. In the winter, the water will usually be in the mid-70s, and in the summer, the low to mid-80s. We find that guests coming from very cold climates find the pool enjoyable, even in the winter months.
Princeville is the gateway to an amazing range of activities available on the scenic North Shore. Just a few minutes' drive will have you kayaking though rivers, hiking along the Na Pali Coast, horseback riding to waterfalls, deep-sea fishing and whale-watching and much more.. The shops and restaurants of Princeville Center are just a short walk from the house. Or for a truly local shopping and dining experience, nearby Hanalei offers varied cuisine and bohemian boutiques, as well as a long, crescent-shaped beach, great for a moonlit stroll.

Unbelievably well appointed home maybe the best we have ever rented. Everything that we would have ever wanted in the kitchen was there, high quality towels and linens. Nothing about this experience screamed "rental home". Wonderful having nature out of both sides of the house, and the neighborhood chickens kept us company on the back deck. Wonderful experience.

Exceptional home for our family, with plenty of room for each grandparent to enjoy their own suite. To our surprise, the house is much more spacious than expected and worked out well for our dynamics, and centrally located for a quick walk to the store. Kitchen was well stocked to make big meals and grill out. Absolutely loved it!

The home is beautiful, very well appointed, in a great location for enjoying all the north shore has to offer. The pool was such a treat. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook some great meals. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out while still enjoying time together in the great room and outdoor spaces.

This house was absolutely perfect for two families. 4 adults, 2 teens, 2 pre-teens. The pool courtyard is the perfect spot for kids to spend time when not out adventuring. It’s a lovely space for everyone. The kitchen/living room is very large and perfect for a good sized group to all get comfy. Really just a perfect space. Bedrooms are all more than adequate. The upstairs bedroom lanai is amazing. Beautiful views and breezes are choice. The location of the house could not be better. Perfect. Great hosts. Responsive!

Beautiful home, with 4 bedrooms. 1 Master (w/AC), 1 large upstairs bedroom en suite, and 2 additional bedrooms on the main floor. Lovely pool (larger than many hotel pools I've encountered in the past). Great grill and patio off the back that looks out to some trees and a golf course. Kitchen and great room are large and comfortable. Huge TV (great for sports or video games). We enjoyed our time here.

Our stay was absolutely amazing and the rental company was so easy to work with and so communicative! Check in was seamless and checkout was relaxed. Our group had 6 adults and 7 kids under the age of 4 and we all fit comfortably with plenty of room to spare! The kids LOVED the pool- they swam everyday :)
If and when we come back to Kauai we will definitely be staying here again!

We loved this home! In a quiet neighborhood on a corner lot with beautiful vegetation surrounding the pool and providing privacy. The pool is the BEST feature. We couldn't get the kids out. House has everything. Wish it had A/C in the other rooms though especially the upstairs one. But otherwise extraordinary. Short walk to park, stores, shopping, restaurants and amazing beaches nearby. Garage has six beach chairs, sand toys, a few life jackets and three boogie boards. We used all of it every day.

Great house in a quiet neighborhood. Easy to get around, Hanalei was our favourite beach. Really easy to rent a car and drive around Kauai to get to the other communities. If you just want to stay at one place, you had all the conveniences close by.
