Please note: A scheduled lanai repair will be underway to enhance the functionality and aesthetics of the property. There will be limited access to the lanai between the dates of May 6 to 8, 2024. We brought my adult children for a wonderful nine day stay there. It was absolutely amazing, we had a wonderful time. All of the amenities were accessible and easy. We also had use of beach equipment provided by the apartment.

Our condo was very well worn with 2 chairs in main room ripped and strings hanging from. The entire condo could use an update for the price you pay to stay here. While we were staying here we purchased a time share next door where we had originally wanted to stay. No where to store anything in kitchen. We had the counters full of groceries the entire time as all the cabinetry in kitchen was full of dishes. Just enough flatware for one meal with family. The fitness facility was very nice.

The condo was just lovely. We liked the wall of windows/doors we could open to enjoy indoor/outdoor living. The pools and grounds at the beach villas was great for grandparents, parents, and our toddler/baby.

Just a couple things is the only comfortable sitting were the couches. Bringing in either more comfortable bar stools or the chairs would be nice. The vacuum was brokennand the phones didnt work but overall it was an enjoyable stay.
