Absolutely lovely place!! Plenty of space, kid-friendly, quiet. I can tell that the owner put a lot of thought into making this home comfortable. Well-organized, well-designed and I appreciated the clear communications and the notebook that was available about what to see and do as well as how to operate any amenities in and near the place. The community pool was close by and we enjoyed the access to the Beach Club. Nothing was lacking. The house was well-stocked with paper products, kitchenware, and entertainment for all ages. I would love to come back! We had a fantastic time here! Mahalo!!

We had 4 adults and 2 small children and plenty of space. Condo is fully stocked and in a great, central location between two 5 star hotels. Very walkable, grocery store only 1/2 mile away. The interior definitely needs a refresh, especially the bathrooms and linens.

This is an excellent place for multiple generations to stay. Our family had a wonderful time being together. The kids found games to amuse themselves with and the adults found great spaces for themselves. Two floors meant the generations could separate and find a bit of private space too. The beach club was a bit far away but still very accessible with a car and perfect for families wanting a safe beach experience even when the surf was realtively high. The pool was great for all of us too.

The Fairway condo 1702 was delightful. It was great having three bedrooms so each kid could have their own bedroom upstairs, while us parents could have a quieter bedroom downstairs. Kitchen was well supplied, and I utilized the grill on the lanai for barbecuing the famous Parker Ranch ribeyes. TV in the living room was great and had access to all the streaming channels.

We celebrated a 60th birthday while there. The property was well stocked, spacious and perfectly located near the beach & shopping. We loved the beach club for swimming & snorkeling. The club staff were excellent and the bar staff attentive & fun. We would recommend this unit and location to friends.

This was an amazing property in the Mauna Lani area of Kona. The property manager was incredibly accommodating for all of our needs, and the property itself was immaculate and in a great location close to the beach and surrounded by great places to eat. The condo was spacious and had everything we needed. We would come back hear in a heartbeat!

All the necessities and more. Thank you for the use of beach toys,chairs, wagon and just about anything we could think of.

We loved the condo and the included beach club lagoon. When we arrived the main gate entry code did not work. When we got in the condo, the garage door remote didn’t work. There were lots of instructions in the house many of which contradicted each other. A code was given for the garage, but there was no key pad anywhere for the garage.
I was very sick the morning we left, and ended up not cleaning up as we should. The property manager was very kind.

As a family, we decided to treat ourselves with Christmas Day flights to the Big Island. We've been coming to the island for more than three decades and know it well. After years spent in South Kona/Keauhou, we've migrated to the Mauna Lani area - staying in several different homes/condos in the area in the past four years. This unit at The Fairways was one of the best kitted out homes we've stayed in. The owners are extremely generous with guest conveniences - especially the beach gear found in garage. CBIV representatives were very responsive and great to work with. We had a lovely stay and would not hesitate to book again. The gifts of the Big Island never disappoint. Mahalo!

The resort and rental house is very beautiful. The house has all the necessary amenities. The property has a nice pool which we make best use of. There is a calm/serene beach access by the beach club that is great for kids. Even though the location feels a little distant from Kona, the resort has a nice market place that has all the necessary stuff like groceries, etc.

The property's location, layout, amenities were as described in the listing; and it was conveniently close to anything one would need (stores, beaches, etc.) Arrival, check-in, stay were seamless experiences and ease of use & access were key. The property itself was well maintained, clean, and the surrounding neighborhood was well kept and easy to access and navigate. The size / space was more than sufficient for an adult family of four (4), and the rooms were of good size for all. We also appreciated the provision / use of the beach gear to hit local beaches .5 miles away at sunset (state Beach park & Fairmont). Property is within 5-7 miles of other great beaches such as Mauna Kea and Hapuna, and access to the Mauna Lani Beach club is a big draw as well.

We had a great stay in this wonderful townhome. It was well maintained, very clean, nicely appointed and included everything we needed for our stay. The closet full of beach gear in the garage was a huge bonus that we loved and used quite a bit.

Fantastic location with a fully stocked home to enjoy. The kitchen was huge, well stocked with everything you may need to cook and enjoy your island stay. The amenities were plentiful, easy parking, and a beautiful patio. We have stayed at the fairways previously and especially enjoyed this unit. Easy check in and easy check out. Looking forward to returning.

This condo was perfect me, my husband, our two small children and my parents. Beautiful, clean condo, just a short walk to the pool and fully stocked with everything you need for the pool and beach! We also loved having access to the private beach a short drive away. And the little shopping complex is just a short walk away which we also utilized. I must also mention the rental company managing this property was incredible! They were very quick to respond to any questions and more than accommodating with any of our needs during the trip. I highly recommend staying here! We all loved it, especially my kids!

We have stayed at this property under previous management. The transition of rental information was relatively easy and the staff was helpful and friendly. The location of the unit is within walking distance to the beach and shopping area. The staff kept us informed of service and maintenance issues and addressed any deficiencies, no garbage bags, LP gas, in a timely manner. The unit is well equipped for cooking and there are ample linens for indoor and beach use. The grounds are well maintained and the property is quiet, except for one night, bachelor party. A pass to the beach club is included. We plan to return in the near future. Suggestions for improvement: carpet could use cleaning, some blinds need repair and a larger washer/dryer would be beneficial for the beach towels.

We stayed here 10 days in November. The only downside was that the pool was closed but we knew that beforehand. The unit is very spacious; we were just 2 couples and found we had more room than could ever use. It felt much like a home you would live in full time rather than a rental. Kitchen equipment was plentiful. We mostly cook in so the only thing we lacked was a muffin tin which we bought and left. Would be nice to have some non Teflon cookware. Plenty of linens and towels and beach equipment. The beach club is quite nice but with issue of new cards we never did get that sorted. Our only complaints were the lanai furniture was too clunky for the space and the couch was a real “sinker.”

This rental had everything you can need. Clean beautiful and all the extras; beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, pack and play, strollers, bicycles, surf boards. We will be back!
