Puamana is fantastic. The neighborhood is beautiful, the neighbors are lovely and the house is spectacular. Just steps to the water with a clear view of the surf and middle reef. Perfect size for 2 adults and 2 teens with ample shared living area and a large kitchen. The location is literally central to everything Maui has to offer. We will definitely be back and most certainly will aim to stay in Puamana again.

Staying at Puamana in Lahaina was an absolute dream! The property was spotless and beautifully maintained, with stunning views of the ocean that truly took our breath away. The sunsets each evening were unforgettable, like something out of a postcard.The APVR team made everything so easy from start to finish. They were incredibly friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. It really made the whole experience that much better.I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, picturesque, and relaxing getaway in Maui. We can’t wait to come back!

129-3 Puamana is a beautiful place to stay while in Lahaina. Great layout, beautiful lighting and windows, comfortable beds, lovely showers. Quiet neighborhood. We spent most of our day out and about and it was a comfortable inviting space to come back to each evening. Would 100% stay there again if in the area.

Everything about this VRBO is what we needed. Home was nicely kept and furnished, the community is perfect for our needs-quiet, pretty, and lots of options for the kids-3 pools and super close to the beach. Communication was great, the hosts are organized and super professional.

A pleasant, clean and well furnished house. Instructions for checking in, checking out, directions from airport and house rules/procedures were by and large explained clearly. We were disappointed that the small beach had eroded since we made our arrangements. It was a long and expensive way to travel and not have a beach to sit on!

This property was perfect for our extended family holiday. Not only was the house beautiful, the location of the complex was perfect for us, w/a surf break right out front. We had one issue with a leaking pipe over the weekend, and the management were very responsive and sent someone out even though nobody was working that day. They also genuinly cared that we had a great stay, and I will for sure be back to stay here again.

Really enjoyed the stay here. The reverse floorplan allowed for a beautiful view from the areas we were in the most. The pictures don't do this place justice with how nicely it is finished and decorated. It was a great start to my sister-in-laws wedding trip.
The main critique about the property would be that the what we believed to be the water pump would go off in the second bedroom during the middle of the night which was very loud and disruptive to our sleep. Also, adding a floor fan in the room could be beneficial for people who would like things a little more cool!

We spent four nights here with my wife and two tween/teen boys. The property was exceedingly clean and had everything that we needed. The beach was a 90-second walk from the unit, so there was almost no effort to see the sunset each night. We didn’t walk to Front Street, but you certainly could if you wanted to skip parking hassles (about 1.2 miles to Cheeseburger in Paradise).

The property was in a perfect location. The unit was very clean! Well stocked with everything!
It was so sound proof! The view was amazing!
The rules were a little over the top as far as the property goes not the unit. Seeing security with a radar gun as people are driving was a bit much. We felt we had to very quiet at the "quiet pool" which we decided we just would not go to. We are are not loud people but didn't feel comfortable with the rules.
Having said that we loved the cleanliness of the property and would return to the same unit.

We had a great stay at Dave’s place in Puamana. The location was spectacular for our family trip. Right next to the pool and a very short walk to the beach access. It was even better than the pictures, and we were pleasantly surprised the moment we walked in.

This was our very first trip to Maui and I did a lot research before deciding on this place and it did not disappoint! Dave's house was clean and beautiful just like in the pictures. We loved everything about the house from the decor to the views to the location and it had everything we needed. Parking was only a few steps away and so was the pool and beach! The property management checked in on us a few times and I knew if I needed anything I could easily reach out to them. We're definitely staying in Dave's house next time we're in Maui!

We really enjoyed the updated and clean unit. The location to the water and Lahaina was perfect. Very nice bathrooms and walk-in showers. Also really liked the wet bar and drink fridge on the first floor when using the front lanai. When we return, we'll definitely use APVR again.

Excellent house , spotlessly clean and exactly as description. Puamana is a lovely resort with plenty of amenities and landscaped gardens. House was just a very short walk to a lovely beach and there are pools and tennis courts. We were able to walk into town which was about 15 - 20 minute walk. Communication with property manager was great and sorted out small issue straight away. Highly recommend rental property.

The condo was fantastic!! Comfortable rooms and nice common area. Outdoor areas of the unit were quiet and relaxing. It is 50 yards from a beautiful sandy beach and is within walking distance to Lahaina. Easy check in and check out procedures.

This is a great property! We absolutely love the Puamana community. It is such a relaxing community that has multiple pools and a great really mellow beach. The condo is amazing, very spacious and clean and there are multiple useful outdoor spaces.

We had stayed a total of 5 days at Catherine’s rental property. During our time we did run into a small problem but they were on top of it and also bought us dinner for the trouble so they really care about their guest. The place was very spacious and we felt at home. Really clean and had plenty of extra towels, blankets, sheets etc. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook a meal and more. The front and back patio were nice to just relax and even BBQ. You are just a couple seconds away from the beach. The location was perfect and located in a nice secured area. check in and check out was easy. It was a little pricey but with a good amount of people to pitch in you can get your money’s worth. I would definitely stay here again.

The condo was exactly as advertised. Checkin and checkout was smooth. The two small issues we had with the stovetop and bathroom room were immediately acknowledged by property management. Overall we would highly recommend as the grounds and surrounding areas were well maintained and beautiful.

We had to move our vacation 3 times. First my husband had to have back surgery. Then COVID hit . Then when it was time for the 3 times a charm. I got cancer with a death prognosis. We were still going to go. But I got sick and ended up in the icu just days before we were leaving. I called and asked if there was anything I could do. To get money back or even part of it or a future use for the money we spent. They said no. If I would of canceled 30 days before then we could of got our money back. Like I knew that was going to happen. I love spending money on a vacation I never got to go on. We saved for years so we could go on this vacation. We will never call this company for a place to stay.

This property was in one word simply fantastic .
We stayed with our 3 children, ages 13,15 and 17 and they also loved this unit. We have stayed in other properties at Puamana, some of them right on the beach, but none of them can compare to this property. Even though it is not on the beach it is literally 50 meters from it and it has so much more to offer than the properties on the beach! The layout of this unit is just so much more inviting, it is modern and beautiful. There is a lot of closet space and tons of drawers. Everything is beautifully organized and there are no frivolous nonsense in the closets like some rental units. The high ceilings gives this unit a wonderful open and spacious feeling.
We would definitely return to Puamana and would love to rent 129-3 again.

The best puamana vacation unit we have stayed in so far. Beautifully decorated, clean, direct access to beach and surf. Only thing to note is the area rug upstairs does shed a lot for those who may have allergies.

Our stay was amazing! We loved Maui, but the home is definitely a home away from home. From the decor to the cleanliness and the great family friendly neighborhood. By far one of the best vacation homes we've stayed in. We would definitely be back in the future.
The beach is right in front, although the waves can be a little rough it is great to have the kids play by the shore and watch the beautiful sunset.
