So many turtles to watch eat off the reef, and a great spot to enter the water for spear fishing.

This unit is on the top floor and has great elevator access. The building is block construction, so there's no noise through the walls. This is on a seawall area of the island with beaches in easy driving distance. This unit has a slightly softer (rather than firm) king bed, upgraded kitchen, large bathroom with full-sized shower, and private lanai with comfortable seating for three and 180 ocean views. The complex is very quiet at night and located about 10 minutes north of the big hotels in Kaanapali. It was the perfect size for two of us and it could easily accommodate two adults and two kids. We loved the sound of the ocean right outside our lanai at night and the views of whales and waves during the day.

We had an amazing vacation. Online listing is 100% accurate with description of unit as well as views. Make sure to bring binoculars to see all the amazing sea life. Thanks for helping my family make wonderful memories. Mahalo!!!

Small complex is well kept & quiet. Beautiful views. Condo was nicely updated, comfortable & had all we needed. In Jan, no A/C was never an issue. If you want to be away from the big resorts...this is a very nice option.

Everything was wonderful except for being told that we would have to vacate less than 24hrs from the condo due to construction work, Between the hours of 9am-3pm. Note, the contract that we signed did not state anything about having to vacate the residence. When we called the property manager the person that we spoke to was unprofessional and rude. After a long frustrating conversation and a request to speak with a manager, we were offered a $50 refund. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property if you don’t mind the construction starting at 8am in the morning M-F.

This rental is very mediocre. The furniture is run down and stained. The bathroom is very small but the bedroom is nice and spacious. The best part of the rental was the ocean views but I would not recommend this rental. Our friends rented another unit in the propyand it was WAY better.

What a wonderful place to relax. Don't be fooled by the outside when you first pull up, because once you enter the apartment you enter paradise. It has everything you need soft pillows and soft comfortable bed. The most amazing view. My husband loved the cute so much he made us sleep on the pullout couch bed instead of the room just so when we open our eyes we can see that beautiful ocean. Grocery store is 3 miles away. McDonald's around the corner. Plus a cute little gift shop in that shopping center. We want to come back once a year. Stayed in the apartment the whole time. You can hear people talk when they are at the pool but no one is to loud. It is a very peaceful welcoming place. It's worth every cent. Pots,pans, stove (no oven), microwave, high quality silverware. The apartment is beautifully designed. Merging that old school Hawaiian look with a modern feel. That was important to me because I didn't really like the old Hawaiian wicker look, but this place made it looks so nice. Even the couch was amazingly comfortable. The directions they provided were simple and easy. We bought too much stuff so we left waters and sodas for the next guests to enjoy. And believe me, you will enjoy it!

Very nice location and view. Maui Bus (Bus stop very close) can get you anywhere up and down West Maui from Lahaina to Kapalua. No need to rent a car!

Words really can not do justice to this location and experience. It made me wish I lived there permanently. The condo was beautiful, clean, comfortable and well set up for everything a person would need. The area was extremely quiet and close to everything needed without being surrounded by an incredible amount of tourists. It was awesome to wake up each morning and see the Pacific Ocean with small waves crashing. I plan a return trip to Maui and would cherish an opportunity to stay here again. Not to mention, the property managers were awesome in addressing my needs....even after hours! Right down to the beautiful lady that brought my parking pass promptly. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

From the amazing staff at Chase’n Rainbows to the beautiful condo our experience was top notch! We loved everything about this unit. I was worried about no AC, but it was so breezy and the 2 fans worked perfectly. We watched turtles swim past daily and even tho whale season was over we saw a few jumping in the distance. I can’t wait to come back and stay here again next year!

Very good experience overall. Laundry onsite, that you can pay with your phone. Walking distance to shopping and dining. Great ocean view. The only "issue" was the maintenance of the unit. I wouldn't really call them problems even, but just a bunch of small things. There were several knobs in the kitchen that would come off, and some of the doors were loose. The microwave and coffee maker have seen better days.
