This is a 3-bedroom villa. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed. The second bedroom features a king-size bed, and the third bedroom is equipped with two twin beds that can be converted to a king-size bed upon request. Additionally, there is a sleeper sofa in the villa.

The Beach Villas at Ko Olina is located on the West side of O'ahu along two miles of Oahu's most pristine beaches in the world-class, private Ko Olina Resort vacation community. 1. Cancellation Window: Cancellations made within 45 days of the scheduled arrival date will result in forfeiture of your deposit, unless the rental time is successfully re-booked at the same rate.
2. Travel Insurance: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in case of unexpected changes to your travel plans.
3. Rescheduling Policy: Any changes to your reservation within 45 days of the arrival date will be considered a cancellation.
4. Non-refundable Transaction Fees: Please note that credit card transaction fees are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. These fees are assessed by the merchant of record and include charges from credit card institutions; not from Island Living Homes.

The view from this unit is breathtakingly beautiful. There was plenty of room for the 8 of us. Two convenient parking spaces with one large enough to park our Ford Expedition. You will not regret choosing this place for your getaway!

Beautiful and practical accommodation for our family of 5. The pool and beach area was very clean and well kept. Amazing views and great location. One thing we wished we would have known: parking spots are nearly all compact… get smaller car if possible.

Wonderful property. Definitely enjoy the other islands or at least the north/east side of Oahu. I personally do not enjoy the big city feel you get on Oahu.
