This condo was absolutely perfect. The property manager was extremely responsive and made the check in/out process seamless. This location cannot be beat and the house was equipped with everything we needed. Very comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen to make meals every day, along with beach toys for the kids. We will definitely be back and will stay at this condo again.

The condo was by far the nicest and most well appointed property we have experienced. The kitchen was so well equipped that it reminded us of home. Communication with Donna was excellent. The fantastic view was icing on the cake.

We visited Kona for the 2023 IronMan. Although the location is a bit of a drive to get to the town of Kona, it was a welcome reprieve to come back to after a busy day sightseeing. The Kitchen has everything you could possibly need to make a meal. Beautiful sunsets on the Lanai. We enjoyed the pool, and workout room. They were just a short walk away from the condo. We would defiently book this condo again!

Stayed a week with family and friends ( 6 of us). We have stayed many times at the Mauna Kea Hotel and this was just perfect for our small group to enjoy all of the amenities of the hotel yet be able to cook some of our meals as well.
The condo was spotless and decorated beautifully, with Comfortable beds and furniture. I love it when there are condiments ,etc. in the kitchen as well extra bonus.
We already plan to come back and hopefully for a longer stay. We will miss the beautiful sunsets from the lanai.

Everything was great. This is a beautiful property and was set up so thoughtfully. The condo had everything needed that make our stay enjoyable and efficient and everything was in good condition. Very close driving distance to Hapuna Bay and Mauna Kea Resort. Grocery stores are about a 15 minute drive. I would totally stay here again.

The online pictures of this property looked too good to be true, but this unit, and its views were even better in person. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need to cook family-size meals. It really was a home-away-from-home. There wasn’t one thing about our stay that I would critique.

Unit is beautifully decorated, clean and spacious for our family of 6 adults and 2 young children. Parking is easy. Unit has option to pay $165 more per day to have access to both Hapuna and Mauna Kea resort facilities, beach and pool chairs, golf discounts, parking at resorts etc. It is worth that for our family. We enjoy using both resorts chairs, golf discount and parking. Plus you get charging privileges at resorts for drinks, food, retail which makes things easy or too easy lol. Unit has own community pool and workout room which are very nice if you do not want to buy into the resort package.

What a perfect place! This was our second year staying within the Wai’ula’ula complex and this unit has to be one of the best. The furnishings were immaculate and tasteful, the kitchen was completely stocked with everything we could need, the art was fantastic, and the view was epic and unobstructed. More than enough linens, which were very comfortable. The smart TVs and garage full of sand toys and boogie boards was a nice bonus. Donna was a fanatic facilitator. We will definitely be back!

We always judge accommodations by the quality of the beds, the showers and the kitchen, and the view. This condo had 5 stars in all these areas.

We had a great time at this property. It was big and clean with everything you need. Love watching the sunset from the lanai. We did not get access to the resort because we wanted to go to other beaches in this beautiful island. The rental have umbrellas, towels, boards, sand toys for kids and beach chairs. Really enjoyed our stay at this condo and all the amenities that were provided. This was the perfect place for our family vacation (rescheduled from 2020). The condo was beautiful, clean, spacious, and was the best stocked kitchen in terms of utensils, appliances, miscellaneous items, etc. that I've ever stayed at. One note: There is a pool and workout center in the area where the condo is but resort access (aka beach, towels, chairs, umbrellas etc.) is an additional cost that Donna helps to set up for you if you're interested. We hope to be able to stay here again if we come back to the Big Island!

Such a quiet and peaceful setting. Beautiful view of the ocean and mountains. Great floor plan with privacy between bedrooms and comfortable beds, linens and pillows. Bathrooms spacious and beautiful. Great tub to soak in. Plenty of closets with ample hangers and drawers. We really appreciated the kitchen. Excellent appliances and everything u need for gourmet cooking. Tv was giant and fun to watch football in well designed living space. Enjoyed the art and interior design. This is obviously a loved property and we felt blessed to be able to spend special time with friends here. Thank you!! Would love to return.
