Spacious condo with a great view. Very well equipped kitchen, great appliances and good furnishings. Nice Lanai and well equipped with beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards etx. Disappointed there was no bbq/grill as advertised and it took a long time to get a response on the fact that there wasnt one available. Was a deciding factor when we booked this property vs another. The area is very noisey with traffic throughout the night from the main highway and people coming and going in the parking lot. With no AC and louvered windows there isn’t anything you can do to mitigate it. Bring earplugs if you are in any way a light sleeper. The outdoor pool area is quite nice and was never too busy, but the pool isn’t heated and is quite cold. Great for hot weather. Condo could benefit from a more frequent deep cleaning, lots of dust and debris under the furniture and carpet smells of dust. Otherwise it very nice. Overall a decent enough stay.

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful holiday apartment. Its size and perfect location really enhanced our holiday. Communication was also great. We can definitely recommend the apartment, especially the view from the balcony is a highlight.

The condo was just the place we were looking for. Simple, yet cozy and comfortable. Just as pictured. The bed was very comfortable and the sunset views were beautiful from the balcony. Not too far from town and close to beaches. My husband and I would definitely stay here again!

Very clean unit with a fantastic view. Location is perfect. Close to Keauhou shopping center. Walk down to the bay to watch the boats or to the farmers market on Wednesdays and Saturdays Keahole Akahi is a great complex.

We like this complex and have stayed here before. This unit has an amazing ocean view, a comfortable bed, and a decent kitchen. We really like the location of the complex. Comfortable furniture, a nice pool, friendly neighbors, and clear information are things we enjoy. This place has all. Although we didn't need them, they have a well stocked cupboard of beach stuff!

We chose this property because friends were staying in the same complex. Nice but expensive. Very comfortable for 2 people, relaxing, and well equipped. No A/C, Distant from everything in Kona, Birds chirp loud all night which didn't bother us, but others may want to avoid this problem.
