New kitchen with quartz countertops, new appliances including dishwasher and electric cooktop. Two A/C units provide a comfortable area to relax after a day of adventure. Bathroom has large walk in shower with grab bar for safety. Washer/dryer and sleeper sofa with queen size mattress are located in the condo. For Beach Essentials, we provide (2) beach chairs, (4) beach towels, (1) beach umbrella and ice cooler along with BBQ tools if you want to enjoy using the complex's BBQs while relaxing next to the ocean.
Kona Isle is locate near Kailua with several restaurants and shopping centers, White Sands Beach Park, Kahalu'u Beach Park and the Ali'i Garden Market. A local trolley stops in front of Kona Isle and is available for transportation to several local areas.
No pets or smoking allowed, five nights minimum with 10 night minimum during Ironman and Christmas periods.

We loved our stay in this condo and were sad to leave. It is one of the nicest rental properties that we’ve stayed in and we’ve stayed in a lot! It is spotless and has everything you could possibly need. The A/C was a must especially in the BR. Don’t let anyone tell you it’s not necessary in Hawaii! For us, the best thing is the oceanfront location. We spent many hours sitting on the little private beach. It’s the perfect place to watch the sunset with a glass of wine and you don’t have to fight the crowds! James was lighting fast at replying to all questions. Book this slice of paradise and you won’t be sorry!

Very comfortable condo in a convenient location close to many restaurants and beaches. Everything you need to prepare meals for a night in and also beach necessities provided which was much appreciated for days at the beach. Great amenities, we frequented the pool and grilling area.
James was very responsive with a few questions I had and was accommodating when we arrived in the area a little prior to check in time.
Would definitely come back if we find ourselves visiting Hawaii again in the future.

The condo is lovely. The only issue I had was that the bedroom window opened directly onto main corridor. Several nights other guests came home late, 1-2 am, were drunk, drinking and yelling loudly. That was frustrating. I don't know what you can do about that situation.
