This renovated suite is well equipped and has a fantastic view of the ocean. Great sunsets can be viewed from the balcony.
The building is well located, and at the north end of Sugar Beach.
The building is unfortunately old and facilities are getting dated.
There is a small ABC grocery store within walking distance. But you’ll need a vehicle to get to the main grocery and restaurants. They’re located in the Central to South part of Kihei.
Property Manager of this unit is located opposite to the building office. Quick response and very helpful if something is either missing or not working in the unit.

The location and views were amazing . The unit was remodeled and just lovely . Had everything we needed and more . Communication was easy and check in a breeze . I cannot say enough good things . We will definitely be back ! The hide a bed was comfy for our 13 year old and the King size bed was also comfortable for us .

We enjoyed our 7 night stay at Sugar Beach. The condo was as advertised, very clean. The furniture was comfortable and in excellent condition. The balcony looks out onto the ocean and provided beautiful view. We would definitely recommend this property.

My sister and I absolutely loved this condo on Sugar Beach. The views from the lanai were so beautiful. Location in Kihei was perfect, and parking in the resort was great. The condo was very clean and had beach towels, chairs and an ice chest for when we wanted to venture out. Would stay here again next time we come to Maui!

This unit was easy to access, in a great location, with a beautiful view of the beach and a nice pool & hot tub area. Boogie boards & towels provided! No issues at all. Non-property comment: beach was clean and beautiful but water was a bit rocky after about 15 feet with a slight dropoff... bring water shoes if you plan to go out into the water.

Spent a peaceful week in this small (but adequate for 2) condo unit. As advertised in all regards with a well-equipped kitchen. The view from the balcony (best restaurant seating on the island) and the beach itself were outstanding.
Nearby Sugar Beach Bakery and Farmer's market (10 minute walk south) are strongly recommended.

The condo itself is great, clean, comfortable, and had a new modern style interior. The views were amazing from the balcony, and the unit has A/C that kept the room nice and cool. Our only complaint would be the amount of bugs that kept finding their way in through the balcony sliding doors. We understand it's a tropical area and there's an expected amount of bugs that might get in. But, this felt very excessive. We spent more time than we would have liked trying to kill dozens of various insects every day (gnats, mosquitos, earwigs, and one large green beetle). We didn't leave out any food, kept the lights off and blinds closed most of the time, and kept the glass sliding doors closed for 99% of our stay. Yet, everytime we came back to the room, we would have to spend time vacuuming up the bugs and chasing the mosquitos around. They all seemed to come from the right side of the sliding doors (looking from the kitchen), so I slid the screen door over to cover the area a little better and that seemed to help. When I tried calling the property management number to tell them there might be something wrong with the glass door, the agent cut me off saying the bugs are harmless and didn't let me explain how the glass doors must be the issue.
We had a great time on the island, but having to spend that much time/effort cleaning bugs and hoping they didn't find their way into the bed or into our clothes/luggage was a bit of a pain.

This place has it all! Super clean, bright, and airy! My husband and I booked to stay here for our 20 year anniversary and we were not disappointed. We loved that we were on the top floor with a beautiful view and sounds of the ocean. The owner thought of every detail of things you may need for a beach day that you didnt bring with you like beach chairs, coolers, umbrella, and beach towels. The unit was well stocked with kitchen items if you planned on cooking on your trip. We would definitely book to stay here again. Nicely located near shopping, farmers market, and the famous Ululani’s Hawaiian shaved ice. Not far from Airport, major shopping, and if renting a car great location to get around the Island. Only complaint was window coverings in the bedroom need blackout shades for sleeping in, and bed creaked if you or your significant other toss and turn at night. I would definitely recommend you book a stay for your next vacation!

The condo was as represented. Clean and appealing. The view was incredible. The lanai was nicely appointed with comfortable chairs as opposed to just table chairs. We spent a lot of time out there. The pool was clean and never crowded. It was quite windy there and the palms made such a wonderful sound swooshing off the lanai. Stars were beautiful. Had some lovely contemplative times out there at night. Due to prior storms, the water was not safe to swim in due to turbidity so we enjoyed the pool instead while staying.

Condo had all needed amenities. Clean, comfortable (and comfortable bed!), great lanai, and wonderful oceanfront location. We’ll definitely look to rent this unit again on our next trip.

Beautiful view. 6th floor. Didn't have laundy soap, dish soap, and hand soap. Easily got it from the property manager. The only complaints id give this unit is the floor was filthy. Definitely learned quickly to not walk around barefoot. The blankets in the bedroom were like laying under cardboard. Definitely should get new blankets, way too hard and uncomfortable. Besides that we had a great stay and would reconsider again.

My husband, son and I had the most wonderful week staying at this property! The unit is beautifully updated and the view from the balcony is priceless. We spent every morning watching the sunrise while drinking our coffee and enjoying all the local delicious fruits. The unit was plentifully stocked with all of things we could need. The property is gorgeous and location is perfect. The pool is great and the ocean waves were calm on this stretch of beach which made swimming so enjoyable. We were so sad to leave and will definitely come back!! Highly recommended staying in this unit!!
