"A Sea-nic Escape" is a large 3 bedroom home that sleeps eight (8) and is exquisitely furnished with 2 Master Suites each with their own luxurious bath, and 3rd bedroom with its own luxurious bathroom right outside the door. This home is perfect for families or three couples looking to share a home while having space, privacy and near equal size rooms and baths.
The first master has a King bed, access to lanai and amazing ocean views in the morning. The second master has a King bed and has an ocean view that is equal to the first master. Both masters have a large ensuite bath with soaker tub, gorgeous high-end cabinets and frameless glass showers. The third bedroom features two TwinXL beds that can be combined as King with gel topper plus a queen sleeper sofa. This upholstered sleeper is from high end company called American Leather know for making the best and most comfortable sleeper sofas with gel mattresses. There is a bath just outside the door that is just as luxurious as the other two master baths.
The airy open concept main room includes kitchen, dining area, great room, and large covered lanai with grill. The large dining room table will comfortably accommodate eight people plus three at the expansive kitchen island. The large lanai doors disappear into the wall for complete blend of indoor and outdoor living.
The lanai features comfy chairs and couches for reading, dining area with room for another six, and an outdoor kitchen. The lanai has an overlooking view of the Wai'ula'ula community with the expansive ocean as a backdrop.
The living room features a large 75 inch Ultra HD 4K TV.
"A Sea-nic Escape" is at the end of a quiet court, yet only a short walk to the Wai'ula'ula gated community recreation center and pool. This recreation center boasts an infinity pool that is to die for, and a kids pool for those with little ones. Lay on loungers in the water, enjoy the hot tub spa or cuddle up with your kids on one of the big orbital day beds. The recreation center also has a fitness center with stunning views of the pools and expansive Hawaii scenery.
As nice as this is, the real treat with "A Sea-nic Escape" is that it is part of the Mauna Kea Beach and Hapuna Beach resorts. This means you can opt into the program that allows you to use the hotel chairs and towel service at either beach or the hotel pools. Mauna Kea Beach is so popular that people not staying at the hotel will fight for one of the small handful of parking spots by arriving at the beach before 8am. When you stay at "A Sea-nic Escape" and sign up for the resort program you do not need to worry about that. Enjoy your relaxing breakfast and go down to the uncrowded beach when you are ready.
The resorts have two world class golf courses and a superb tennis facility.

We love building really big sand castles! Kohala sand is exceptional for this and we have the tools for kids and adults alike. For your day at the beach, you'll find:

• Sand toys and sandcastle making equipment
• Large collection of snorkel gear in multiple sizes so you can share the wonders of the ocean
• Boogie boards to enjoy playing in the waves
• Life jackets, swim belts for the younger ones
• Large wheeled cooler and Tupperware containers for your beach picnic
We have also added two eBikes with pedal assist for exploring the resort or riding down to the beach. Since we are on the hillside the pedal assist will be super helpful on the way back up.
For those with children:
Having traveled with our kids when they were young we know how difficult it is to lug all the baby equipment. Our goal is to make your life easier so we have equipped our vacation home with:

A short drive away are six of the most spectacular beaches in Hawaii including Black Sand Beach, Private Beach 69, and of course two of the best beaches in Hawaii right on the resort; Hapuna beach and the breath-taking Mauna Kea beach.
The Kohala coast is a golfer's paradise with seven challenging courses all within seven miles of our villa.
Within a 10 minute drive are three high-end shopping complexes, Queens Shops at Waikoloa, Kings Shops and the Shops at Mauna Lani where you can find supermarket, coffee shops, restaurants, clothing and accessory stores, art, and free weekly entertainment in the evenings.

It was a perfect place to stay! There were 5 of us, 3 rooms and 3 baths, all separated from each other giving everyone their space. It was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The furniture, beds and outdoor chairs were very comfortable. The doors to the lani opened up fully extending the living room, We loved that.
We didn't use the community pool area but toured it and it was very nice. The only disappointment was that the e-bikes were out of commission.
We would definitely recommend and stay there again.

The house is spacious, plenty of room for 6 people. We cooked in a lot and enjoyed that. There was a lot of rain our week but we expected that so we were prepared. Called the rental agent and they told me how to pull on the door so it wouldn’t stick. Very minor issue but a bit of a hassle after a long day traveling. Place is absolutely wonderful otherwise.

The property and amenities were wonderful. Not only was the house big it was clean too. We are a family of 5 and the layout allowed us all to have our quiet places to escape to rest. The garage had boogie boards, snorkel gear and beach chairs and umbrella to boot. More than enough stuff to make your day at the beach perfect.
