I did like the location of the buildings, close to everything. Newer more updated units available for the same price.The unit needs air conditioning upgrade!The wall unit place low in living area does not cool the back bedroom adequately.The fan provided was broken, bent, very inexpensive fix. For that amount of money off season $2000 a week, I will look for another accommodations on my next visit.

Our impression of the property was good. Good location, close to the Charley Young Beach. You do see the parking lot and a few flowers in the grassy area would be nice. The kitchen was well supplied. We did have to buy a beach umbrella as there wasn’t one. A few improvements would be nice such as an upgrade to the shower as the tub is a bit grungy. Lighting in the bedroom is not great. We had dealings with both the property manager and maintenance and they were both very helpful. Overall it was a good experience.

This place exceeds our expectation. It is very clean and has easy access to the beach. appreciate the laundry detergent and in-room washer and dryer. Also like the facility provides a pool. You can walk off the property and across the street and there is charley young beach.

We stayed here for a week. It was a great location. The ad was accurate and the emails before regarding check in/ check out were clear. Very clean! I was concerned about being on first floor but this was a very safe, quiet and respectful building. We would stay here again when we return.
