Property is great proximity to beach, shopping and restaurants. Amenities provided for the condo were very nice.
Only negative is Building 2 location is very loud as it is right next to the neighbor commercial property with delivery trucks coming in at early hours.

My husband and I really enjoyed out stay at this property. Except for the roosters waking us up in the early morning, it was a quiet property. Walking to restaurants and shopping was convenient. The condo had everything you would need for a day at the beach. We would gladly stay at this property again.

Unit was small but perfectly fine for 2 people and nicely equipped. One small issue ( broken hairdryer) was dealt with quickly. Everything within walking distance or since it is centrally located, an easy drive. I would stay there again!

We really love staying in Kihei. It's a central location to check out all of Maui. This location is great for walking to shops/restaurants and beaches. Perfect to have a/c in the bedroom which is rare. Spot provided beach toys, boogie boards, chairs, and umbrellas so no need to rent them. Would definitely try to stay here again when in Kihei.

The property itself was clean and perfect for what we needed! The hosts provided everything we needed for fun on the beach. It was great not having to travel with the essentials-chairs, beach towels, etc.
The location made our stay THAT much better! I’m really not sure if it can be beat ;) The beach is literally across the street and we were within walking distance of some great restaurants and a convenience store. We highly recommend the cinnamon roll place. Plus we were able to easily access other parts if the island.

Condo is in a perfect location if you like quick easy access to multiple beaches! Also a short drive to beaches to the south of wailea.
Unit is definitely older and exterior is showing some age but condo unit was lovely, well equipped with everything a person needed. We rarely used the air conditioning other than a few minutes to cool off the bedroom as nice breezes come thru the unit.
Close to local shops and a few restaurants.
If you are not able to go up stairs this unit is not for you as you must climb up to the second floor with your luggage and groceries.
Pool was large, lovely and clean, but lacks a resort feel as it has little deck area or shade. We mostly enjoyed the beach and ocean anyway! Grounds are well maintained but the outdoor bbq area and pavilion are underwhelming. But honestly, great value, well maintained, and owners were quick to respond to any questions. I would book again for sure!

Takes a minute to get the layout of the buildings and facilities but it's in a great spot. Make sure you understand the ski locker and ski to the lift situation. It's much more convenient. Overall, it's a great little spot and any questions I had were answered immediately. I'd definitely stay here again!

This unit across the road from the beach was a great place to stay - with a fully stocked kitchen, washer & dryer, and all sorts of gear for the beach - all in a quiet complex. Not really an ocean view but it's very close to one of the best beaches in Maui. Would definitely stay here again !

Owners have great communication. Property is fully equipped and perfect location!! Bed is extremely comfortable. Kam II right across the street and walking distant of great food and drinks. Amazing stay! Right across from the beach and the apartment was even better than the pictures. Everything was clean and had ample of beach gear (chairs, beach towels, umbrella, boogie board, etc) that we used everyday. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

The condo is in a great location within Kihei Kai Nani super near the beach. It’s very well equipped with everything from snorkel gear to a beach umbrella. Check-in with the lock box was super easy for our 11pm arrival.
The only issue was the dryer wasn’t working (it chewed up some of our clothing) but the property management company were helpful and able to send someone to look at it the next day.
Otherwise this is a great little spot. An A/C unit in the bedroom made a big difference and having an ice machine in the fridge and filtered water was great too!

We had a lovely stay at Jeff and Michelle's condo. They had everything we possibly could have needed and more! The beach supplies were essential and the kitchen was beyond stocked. The mattress is definitely on the older side but got the job done. Also BEWARE the dryer! I had a few shirts of mine get ruined due to black smudge/staining after drying. I would avoid machine drying anything of value.

I was impressed on how well stocked this condo is. Everything that was needed was included. The only problem we had was with the tv. However, I called a called rental maintenance and Calaeb was able to walk me through a solution that worked.

We were very happy with our stay! The condo & complex is very clean, well-maintained, and in the perfect spot for walking to the beautiful beaches of Kihei. With it being close to the beaches, shops, & restaurants a car is only needed when interested in exploring more of the island. (There's even an excellent health food store around the corner (Hawaiian Moons Natural Foods).
The condo is also well equipped with everything you need in the kitchen and for the beach. With the busy tourist bustle in Kihei we especially appreciated the condo for being quiet and for having a peaceful balcony for meals looking out at the pretty trees in the garden. Mahalo!

The location was great! The beach is right across the street. Moose McGillycuddy’s is next door and was a great place to eat. We wish we had found it sooner. Unfortunately, there were a lot of bugs in the bathroom and in the kitchen. It may be part of Hawaii life, but it was a bit annoying and gross. We kept all food in the frig. The cot and the pull out bed need to be replaced. My daughter did not get much sleep for the 6 nights we slept there.

Location of the condo is great, right across the from Kamaole Beach II and very close to dining and other activities in Kihei and South Maui. Really appreciated all the amenities for the beach (chairs, umbrellas, cooler, etc), and the condo was very comfortable with the AC helping to keep it cool for sleeping during the warm July evenings. We really appreciated how responsive the owners where to questions prior to and after arrival and resolving any concerns.
Some of the cookware and kitchen floor wasn't cleaned properly when we arrived, and one of the beach chairs was broken (probably due to overtaxed cleaning crews with the post Covid tourism rush on Maui). Overall very happy w/ our stay!

It is a wonderful place to stay - the king bed really makes a difference (we are a bit older and a cool, comfortable night sleep is necessary). We cooked in breakfast (kitchen well stocked to cook) and central located for dinner out (walking). The pool was immaculate! And it was great to run wash. Outdoor equipment for the beach was well thought out and available - it was a home away from home. Thank you!

Wouldn't change a single thing! Everything you need for a comfortable stay is included in this rental. Our only issue was it was on the 2nd floor and the steps were pretty steep for us, but we managed.
