We enjoyed our stay in Kona Plaza #215, 2 weeks ago now! The condo was laid out perfectly for my wife and I, we loved the screened in balcony and had coffee out there daily, WOW! We loved the decor (color schemes) and all the amenities!We enjoyed the pool as well as the Grills on the roof tops (we were in a group of 10)! The starter supplies were very thoughtful as well as the On Site Manager! Very clean property & we will stay there in the future!

The condo was wonderful as was the shopping/restaurants right around the corner! We cooked on the roof 1 night and used the pool daily! The on-site manager was a delight!

It was a decent place to stay for vacation. It felt like home. They had everything we needed like our own home. The only downside was the air conditioner could not get cold and in certain areas of the apartment it was hot. The location was great we were right in the heart of Kona.

The location and price of this unit cannot be beat. There were some unexpected maintenance issues that occurred during our stay, but the management company was quick to address them. All in all, highly recommend.

The condo is perfectly located in the main area of Kona. It’s small but nicely furnished. The patio area is nice and has a trundle bed on it. It would be nice if there was a privacy screen so you don’t feel so exposed if sleeping out there. The kitchen is fully furnished if you want to cook. I would definitely recommend renting this property because of its location to everything.

The condo is perfectly located in the main area of Kona. It’s small but nicely furnished. The patio area is nice and has a trundle bed on it. It would be nice if there was a privacy screen so you don’t feel so exposed if sleeping out there. The kitchen is fully furnished if you want to cook. I would definitely recommend renting this property because of its location to everything.

I appreciated that, as a home, it was well equipped with household staples like olive oil, plastic wrap, bandaids, and aloe (ouch). It was a well-equipped suite with great furniture, a quiet, peaceful view, lots of space, & equipment to borrow. I loved sleeping & chilling on the daybed on the lanai. Great communication from the manager. I would return or recommend to anyone.

Condo needs new pillows. Shower in guest bedroom doesn’t work well. Need shower bars to hold onto in main at broom. Rug in the bathroom is dangerous for older individuals. Other than the above the condo is well stocked snd the patio is lovely with all the stuff you need for the beach.

The apartment was perfectly fitted out for two couples, spacious with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The key for the lift to the garage was a bit tricky but we managed to get it to work most days.Great location for walking out to get dinner or drinks.

Great place to stay. Having a full kitchen with all the tools and washer/dryer was very helpful. Perfect location in walking distance of pretty much everything. The lanai was a nice place to hang out. It was warm outside without the sun and the fans were perfect to cool you off.

We enjoyed staying in this condo. The beach accessories and beach toys were helpful for my family of 6. The condo is across the street from the historical palace and Kona village town center so there’s a lot of restaurants, bars and stores. Walmart, foodland, target and Longs drugs about 1-2 miles away. Costco is about 4-5 miles away. The beach is about a 5 min walk. The condo had a lot of extras we got to use during our trip. The only cons I have would be the tv. There’s only one in the entire condo and hard to share with the other family members. The screen would intermittently black out or white out. We would have to turn it off and on to reset the tv. The washer was ridiculously noisy during the spin cycle. Other than that, we truly enjoyed the condo. Thank you for having us.

Overall great place to stay with dining, entertainment and shopping steps away. Quiet complex with a nice pool with very few people using it. The lanai was fantastic. Condo could use some updating with better lighting and softer beds. Would stay here again.

We had a nice time. The apartment location was perfect for us. The unit is older but in nice condition, with a fantastic Lanai.

The place is nice, screened in patio was great. a lot of construction on the property currently was not to loud. the wifi would not work for our computer the router is a 3 g and spectrum does not support 3 g, we run a business ended paying for a hot-spot. The TV went into update mode and never came back to regular channels we missed the finale of the voice. We live on puna district side and brought friends to kona side. Walking distance to some nice restaurants and shops Customer service was great with knutson.
