This is a great unit in the Grand Champions wiith a wonderful view from the deck. The unit is walking distance to shopping at Grand Wailea just down the hill. The kitchen and bathrooms were great and we love the spacious vaulted ceilings.

A clean, comfortable place to stay in the heart of the finest resort area on the Island. Great accessibility, flush with activities and amenities nearby, and all of the little things you hope to see in Hawaii. A truly beautiful place to relax and unwind. We booked this last minute after our previous reservation was cancelled by the property management company. We feel fortunate to have discovered this condo! We couldn’t have been happier with the unit, the location, and the view. Would definitely choose to stay again!!!

Condo was just as advertised, and actually nicer than I thought the pictures showed. Instructions were clear, first arrival was very inviting, and kitchen was very well stocked. This was a fantastic booking, close to everything I needed in Wailea and easy drive to Kihei.

Condo is located in a great area about a 5 minute drive to beaches and plenty of food options within a 10 minute drive. The condo is exactly like the photos. Nice bedding and towels with plenty of pillows. Beach gear is limited with small coolers, a few chairs but no umbrella so be mindful of that going into your stay. Would return again without hesitation.

The location was perfect. The property was well appointed and spotlessly clean. The kitchen was awesome. The property management team were super responsive and helpful. On the whole a great vacation. Would definitely return.

Great location, close to grocery stores, restaurants and beaches. We enjoyed some beautiful sunsets off the deck and a swimming pool/jacuzzi right across the street. There are beach chairs and coolers as well. A stay here will not disappoint.

This was great. It is amazing to be able to have a kitchen in case you want to just stay in and also be able to do laundry if you travel with only a carry on. Overall it helps you to budget and spend more on other things. We love going out for nice dinners but not every meal.
We had an assigned parking for our convertible BMW which was nice and they had code key pad to get into our rental so we did not have to carry keys anywhere.

My son and I really enjoy our stay. The host is very nice and responsive. The unit is very clean, especially the bathrooms. The environment is very relaxing and peaceful. It is very close to beaches and the shopping mall. Thank you so much. We definitely will come back next time.

Well stocked with dishes, linens, cleaning supplies, etc. Quiet unit. View of water from balcony. Good communication with property mgmt when we had a question shortly after booking. Very easy initial access to the unit - door code provided, so need to meet anyone on arrival.

Nice stay with great amenities. We appreciated the full kitchen (spices and cooking oil, plenty of storage containers, good cutting knives) as well as beach equipment. The welcome basket of goodies was a nice gesture though unnecessary (we only consumed about half of the items but the rest will make good gifts for friends back home). Stay was an ok value - unit is not updated compared to our family’s other rented unit in the complex, but our unit was smaller and nearly the same price. Laundry is great to have but the w/d are older and apartment-stackable size. Bed is fine, though has seen better days (it’s sagging and slopes downward after much use).
I understand and appreciate the eco-friendliness of a timed A/C dial (helps ensure A/C isn’t running when guests aren’t home) but it means we have to get up multiple times in the evening to turn it back on - not so relaxing! And - it means items left on the kitchen counter (chocolates, fruit) are melty/ripe during the day when the condo gets quite hot while unoccupied. Our family’s other unit just allowed the A/C to run at all times.
Unit is very clean and the property managers were very responsive.

Having been sorely disappointed at the place we originally rented, we reached out to Robert in desperation. His company was able to accommodate us quickly, and we found the condo in Wailea absolutely wonderful. We had several interactions with some of his support staff. Each of them was helpful and pleasant. We will definitely stay here again!

We loved the condo! It's a great location, with a great view. This condo was bigger (2 bathrooms) than others of people we were traveling with, and it was very comfortable. Everything was simple and easy- check in/check out, and all communication. We felt so welcomed- we loved it!

Very comfortable condo close to shopping, the beach and great restaurants! Loved the accommodations, including the kitchen fit for a gourmet cook, comfortable bed & pillows, and TWO full size bathrooms! Everything needed to enjoy the beach was provided, beach towels, beach chairs, & small cooler for drinks. We will definitely return to this tropical retreat on Wailea!

We absolutely loved our stay at Grand Champions Villa #54. The view from our lanai was perfect. We were most impressed with how well the kitchen was stocked with such quality items as well as beach chairs, boogie board, coolers, and more. The place was spacious and so comfy.

Grand Champions is a great location near the center of Wailea. This unit is clean and updated and the management is terrific. There are ocean views and lots of sun from the balcony.
