Just steps away from the Hilton lagoon, Waikiki beach and Ala Moana center, enjoy stunning Hawaiian sunsets while sipping a Mai Tai on the spacious lanai. The condo sleeps 4 with 2-Full size beds and a brand new queen size sofa-sleeper in the living area.
The condo has a full kitchen with granite counter tops and tile floors, 40 inch flat screen TV with cable, split A/C, clock radio, office desk, Wi-Fi, phone service, iron with board, and so much more. The well-equipped kitchen has a refrigerator, range/oven, microwave, coffee maker, pot/pans and tableware; everything you need to dine in.
Construction Notice: Exterior spall repair and painting work is currently scheduled for Phase 3 between May - Aug 2026. During this time, the lanai will be locked and not accessible to guests. For your safety, please do not attempt to use the lanai at any time. You may also hear construction noise during work hours of 9am - 5pm, Monday through Friday. Please note that these dates may change & we recommend you reach out to us for any updates on the schedule. The project is expected to be completed in January 2027
AMENITIES
Your stay includes cable TV, high-speed internet with password-protected WiFi.
We provide a starter kit of essentials, which includes liquid dish soap, a dishwashing packet, a kitchen sponge, trash liners, a roll of paper towels, coffee, condiment packets, travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap, facial tissue, and an extra roll of toilet paper. Please note we do not replenish these items once the starter set is depleted. Each bathroom is equipped with four sets of towels, and blankets can be found in each bedroom closet. We're delighted to provide beach towels for your stay. Please ensure they are returned to the room at check-out. If they are not, a $10 fee per towel may be applied to your account. Housekeeping services are available for an additional fee.
BUILDING AMENITIES
The property features two inviting pools: a spacious swimming pool on the lobby level and a serene lounge pool on the second floor. For added convenience, self-service, card-operated laundry facilities are available on each floor. Enjoy peace of mind with 24/7 security and take advantage of valet parking for $45 per day (rates subject to change). Please note that gym access is exclusive to hotel guests.

This was a great condo rental. The view was fantastic and the space was perfect for 2 people. The rental was clean and easy to check in with the electronic code we were given. The Hawaiian music that was playing on the TV when we arrived was a wonderful welcome after a long day of travel. Would definitely stay again.

This was my second stay at the Ilikai in 6 months and I'm already thinking about my next visit. I was provided all the information I needed well in advance to plan my stay in the apartment and my visit couldn't have gone smoother. The Ilikai is a first class facility and excellent home base for visiting everything Oahu has to offer - beaches, restaurants, recreation, shopping, public transportation, etc. The contactless check in and out was convenient and efficient. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, spacious and well equipped with towels, blankets, kitchen appliances (coffee maker, toaster, blender, water kettle, etc.), pots and pans, dishes, etc.. The view of the yacht harbor and beyond from the large lanai was peaceful and the beach chairs and boogie boards came in handy. The air conditioning worked great and was unusually quiet. The only suggestions I have is a menu of tv channels and a few updated cooking utensils like a silicone spatula and tongs. All in all, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, the apartment was a great value and I highly recommend it. Mahalo nui loa!

Upon arrival we were able to access the condo with a code. We walked in to a very basic condo. Missing the comforters to the beds. Only provided sheets and a thin blanket folded across the bottom of bed. Kitchen was well equipped to make basic meals. Paint peeling on ceiling in several areas, bathroom walls could use a good cleaning or new paint in general. Beware of the many birds on the patio that leave bird poop. We felt like we couldn’t enjoy time on the patio for this reason. Loved the access to beach chairs on the patio. Ocean is a short walk. Restaurant on premises didn’t do any take out saying they were out of containers. But if you sat down ate and ordered you could get containers to take ur food. Overall great location just needs new paint and bedding.

First, the Ilikai is a great location. On site are market, restaurant, coffee and other shops. Two swimming pools. Short walk to Hilton lagoon, Kahanamoku beach and Ft DeRussy beach. Next door to shops at Hilton village. Bus stop right out front. Close to two different ABC shops. Walking distance to several restaurants. Didn't need a car for the most part. Did Uber, bus, or Biki bike share when I wanted to go outside the neighborhood.
Unit itself is lovely. Kitchenette very handy, making own food saves on restaurant costs. Was supplied with basic dishes, pots and pans. Bed was comfy. Wi-Fi was robust enough for my work.
Loved having the lanai and the doors that opened wide. Great for morning coffee and evening sunsets. (Unit faces toward NW, so you see the sunset every night.) I found the 3rd floor just right, high enough to see marina and mountains in distance, but low enough to take stairs if elevator busy.
Would recommend, had zero issues.
