WBV is a beautiful, quiet development. This unit is in a great location, easy parking and private access. The furnishings are very comfortable and it is spotless. We had a wonderful stay here! We cannot wait to book again! It was truly amazing. The staff of WBV’s and CB property management were helpful and friendly. It was just the vacation hoped for! We enjoyed the proximity to The Shops at Wailea as well as the walking path in front of the property. There are places along the beach walk to rent snorkel gear, boogie boards and SUP’s. The villa was beautiful and had everything we needed. The staff was always accommodating.

We had a wonderful stay at this Condo. It was very comfortable for the 6 adults in my family and kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook some days. Walk to beach was easy and golf carts were available if you needed assistance. We would stay here again. Tawny the host was very helpful and on top of things that we needed.

We had a great stay - family of 5 (2 adults, 2 kids, 1 grandparent). Villa was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Parking was super convenient and the villa has a private elevator entrance nearby. Pool is fine -- not huge but not small. Beach access requires a lot of walking down stairs although golf cart is available upon request. The onsite property manager is incredibly responsive and helpful! Would definitely stay again.

This was our second trip to Wailea Beach Villas and it did not disappoint. CB Island Vacations was an amazing host and took notes from our first trip and made sure that the kitchen was fully stocked with all of the tools and appliances that we needed to take full advantage of cooking our own meals! I was very impressed and did not expect them to step up like this. They even provided olive oil and other misc. items that I suggested after our first stay. Also the unit was very clean and my wife even made a comment about how thorough the cleaning staff is. We will be staying at this property again. Last trip we were in J106 and this time we stayed in I204. I would recommend I204 as the view is worth the extra money!

The location and the units could not be better for our family. Well appointed living spaces in the perfect spot make for a very relaxing vacation. Even the small things-kitchen spices, laundry detergent etc-help make things easier. The rental agent provided us with equipment for the babies which made it super convenient. The only thing that might be better would be full sized refillable bath amenities in the unit. Our contact with the leasing agent was just what we needed-responsive without being in the way. Our family loves this property and we hope to be back again!

Even though it's a bit away from beach than other rentals in the same community, but it's the closest one to the family pool and the shopping center. It's quite convenient to us.

Really enjoyed our time at Wailea Beach Villas and in this unit. The property is ideally situated along the beach walk and within proximity of the nearby Shops at Wailea.The check in process was smooth and the property manager rep was lovely, helpful, and very responsive during our stay.Concierge services at the property were top notch.Unit itself was is great condition, and had everything we needed, with one exception--couldn't find cutting boards anywhere! The unit is in the main building where reception and the gym were located, which was nice. Adjacent to the family pool, which was nice for our kids.The only negative was the maintenance work going on outside our unit. There was scaffolding up, which was not a huge deal, but coming off the elevator to our "private" entrance or opening our front door to people working right at our bedroom windows every day was definitely disconcerting. We had to keep the blinds drawn all day, since they were there from about 8am to 3pm, Mon-Fri. Understood from another full-time resident that the work has been going on since August. I expect that they are working to get all wrapped up in time for the busy season.All in all, a positive experience and we will definitely be back!

This is true luxury in a friendly environment that is more private than the surrounding beach front resorts. The staff from top to bottom were extremely professional and helpful at all times. The location is incredible. Our only bump was the elevator, which frequently malfunctioned. Everything else was first rate.
