This is an awesome location and the home had EVERYTHING you need for a short or an extended stay. The location is great as it’s close to everything you will ever need or look for from restaurants, to the beaches to golf etc. it’s right in the heart of everything so you WILL not be disappointed. We would stay here again.

Overall it was great! Would return again.
Only issues were that the supply of Toilet Paper/Tissue
Was inadequate for 4 people for 5 days. The request we made for additional supply’s took 1/2 a day to be delivered.
Also, the ice trays leak and we’re both cracked and unusable.

Our family goes to Hawaii every summer. We used to go to Oahu when our kids were little and we have been going to Maui since last year. We really enjoyed spacious lanai and sunset from the balcony. It is nice and clean community and the shops are really close to our place. Kitchen, bathroom and beach equipment are well prepared. We left our beach noodles so people who stay after us can use it. We are already talking about our next trip to stay in same place.
One suggestion- if guests can have small coffee pack to drink on first day- as a welcome treat ,that would be very appreciated. :)

You can see the sea from the balcony of this house, and it is very close to the swimming pool. Our children like it very much. In the morning we will have breakfast quietly on the balcony, looking at the sea view, which is great. The price is also affordable.

This unit was well manage and true to pictures. The kitchen was fully stocked with Tupperware, plates, cutlery, bbq stuff, etc. The only down thing was they only had salt and pepper for seasoning. Location is great, 5 min drive to shopping, and 7 min to Wailea beach, ~10-15 min to South Kihei depending on location for some great eats. The pool was awesome for the kids and the hot tub was definitely hot. I would definitely rent this unit again.

This quiet top floor (of 3) condo unit was perfect for our group of 4. The unit was very clean, well equipped, and in a great location. Both beds were reported to be comfortable, bathrooms were spacious and private. We were especially pleased to find a kitchen with a blender, a rice cooker, plenty of plates/bowls/silverware, and lots of Tupperware for beach snacks! Parking was easy, even with 2 cars. Easy walking distance (about a mile) to a few beaches and just a short (2-5 mile) drive to all of south Maui’s best beaches. Restaurants, shopping, coffee, and groceries are all available within walking distance as well. Highly recommended.

Great condo for 3 adults and 2 kids. Close to beaches, shopping and restaurants. Well stocked kitchen, beach chairs. Only thing missing was a beach umbrella you could plant in the ground that most other places have.

The condo itself is great, and there were no issues at all checking in or with the property manager. The facility is great, and there are ocean views. Everything you need is in the condo, including cookware, dish soap, washer/dryer, etc. If you are considering staying with a family here, especially with smaller children, I would not recommend it. There are signs at the pool that literally say “no splashing, no loud noises.” There are issues with noise from units above and below, so kids need to be really quiet and not run around early in the morning, which is a challenge with jet lag. The property itself seems to be more geared towards retirees.

Aloha JustiWhen we were told about the water leak at Nohonani 102, approximately 12 hours before our arrival, Debbie explained the situation and said we could stay at Grand Champions #35 for 2 to 3 nights and than go to Nohonani 102. I asked what other options we had and she had none. Upon our arrival at Grand Champions we were very shocked that we had to transport all our luggage and food up 3 flights of stairs. Than we learned that Nohonani 102 would not be available at all. We did look beyond CB Vacations inventory for another place to stay, but there was nothing with only a few hours notice. So in just 3 short days we managed to move down the 3 flights of stairs with all our belongings and the cold food into a hot car all before 10am. We asked Debbie if there was somewhere, anywhere, we could store our cold food until 4pm which was the earliest we could check in at Haleakala Shores, but there was “No Options”. One of the reasons we booked a condo (not a hotel) is we all love to cook. WE MADE DO AND SAVED OUR FOOD! JUST MORE TIME AWAY FROM OUR BEACH TIME AND OUR OTHER VACATION ACTIVITIES! DOES IT SOUND LIKE WE HAD ANY VACATION AT ALL!! You say you provide option(s) but not really. We were at the mercy of CB Vacations and really only had 1option!When we did arrive at Haleakala Shores the access code would not work. So we made a call but a new code did not work either. Had to wait for an agent to come and give us another final code. Again with bags of melting ice and cold food. Thank God there was a elevator there. We got a welcome email that asked if there was anything CB Vacations could do and we said yes, one beach chair was broken and unusable, we couldn’t find a can opener and a couple of other small things. No one got back to us until Friday,

This condo was very clean and had all the kitchenware and beach items needed to make it a fantastic stay. The balcony has an ocean view just as pictured. The one comment is the second bedroom has a very firm futon on the larger bed. The Twin bed in the same room has a regular mattress. Management was excellent ensuring that there were no issues once we checked in. Wonderful little welcome basket as well. I would stay here again.

Such a wonderful area. I mean who doesn’t love staying near a world class golf course. Parking spot was right by the room. Rooms were far enough apart to feel private. Nice common pace to hang out.

Check in was really smooth with keyless entry. The condo was perfect! Spacious with a gorgeous view of the beach and sunset every night!! The kitchen had everything we needed and it was so nice to be able to wash our clothes as well. Loved our stay!!! Highly recommend!

My family had a great stay in this vacation unit. The unit was very spacious with 2 bedrooms, a dining area/living room, and kitchen. The 2 bedrooms were connected to bathrooms and were both very comfortable. Each bedroom and living room had wall unit air conditioning and ceiling fans. The temperature in the unit was comfortable, even with the warm June weather. The kitchen had all of the needed appliances, plates, dishes, cups, and cookware. We enjoyed the coffee samples, chocolate and chips that were part of the welcome package. The unit had beach chairs, beach towels, and cooler that were great for our excursions. The living room furniture was very comfortable and we enjoyed the views from the balcony just outside the living room/one of the bedrooms.There were stairs to get to the unit, but the views of the beach were well worth it. I did not go to the pool, but my family did and enjoyed it. There was a nice mall nearby, but we ventured to Kihei quite a bit during our trip for meals. Overall, we had a great stay and would highly recommend Grand Champions 35 to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Maui.

We were pleased with our villa, which was a short drive from some of the best beaches on the island. We could try a different beach every day. The villa was so peaceful & quiet, even during the day. Coffee maker died over a holiday weekend, which was a slight bummer, but it was replaced on the next business day.
