What a wonderful place to stay. We spent 5 nights on Oahu and 8 nights in Poipu. The unit was perfect. Everything is as advertised…actually nicer and the setting could not be better. We hope to come back for another anniversary celebration!

The parking in front can get crowded but luckily there is a parking garage very close as well. The place itself is small and cozy- perfect for couples! The floor plan is very open. The kitchen/small dining room are open to the bedroom, although there is a sort of barn door for a bit of privacy, if needed. Past the bedroom is the living room with my favorite part- a huge sliding door that opens to sounds of the ocean! It's across a semi-busy street, though, so sometimes you get car noise too but I didn't notice or mind. The birds also wake you up pretty early here which I thought was really cute and fun.

We had a wonderful stay of 13 days here and it was just as described and shown on-line. We always left the lanai curtains open and woke to the beautiful sunrise each morning. The condo is clean, well equipped, excellently located, and we had no complaints. It is not fancy and doesn't have a large patio, but if you're looking for a comfortable, homey place to come back to after a day of adventuring, this is great. (We used the pool area as our patio.) The complex was quiet and the grounds well maintained with lovely landscaping. We used the community BBQ and relaxed by the pool a couple times. Being situated on the side next to Prince Kuhio Park allowed us to have a nice view of the ocean, hills in the distance, and of course the chickens roaming free below. We walked to Lawai beach (maybe a 5 minute walk) a few times and, on days when the sea is calmer, it has amazing snorkeling! RipTides food shack is also walking distance and had the best Shave Ice we found anywhere on the island. There was also a guy who sometimes parked his white van loaded with local fruit to sell. We had the perfect view from the condo to see whether he was there each evening.
We would absolutely recommend this condo for a short or long stay and would return in a heartbeat.

I'll be back , sure! The apartament is in a perfect location. The sunset is literally in front of condo and is beautiful. Have a nice restaurant too in front of it. Catherine is a fantastic host. The apartment is clean and organized, have beach chairs, beach towels and everything that you need to stay comfortable. In resume this is a very good place and I'll be back.

Nice and quiet place for 2 people. It was slightly more run down compared to the pictures, but it was clean and had everything we needed. Shampoo and conditioner was not provided, but bodywash was. The bathroom didn't have any outlets for a blowdryer, curling iron, etc. You'll have to find a plug outside of the bathroom. We wanted to be in a location with restaurant, shopping and beach options but not too far from waimea canyon. It took us 45 mins to get to the most northern tip of the canyon. The beach bag and beach chairs were a nice bonus.

We rented this condo for our family of 4 ( 2 adults and 2 children ages 14 and 9). The view from the balcony and front door were amazing. This property has a botanical garden that surrounds the swimming pool and it was more than I expected with the sound of the birds and ocean all around. The location is across the street from the beaches and minutes away from a few main hotspots and basking sea turtles at Poipu beach. The price for this condo is a steal. I’d give it 10 stars if I could.

The second number provided as their emergency contact, other than for 911 related purposes, went to an answering machine. I needed assistance that evening and never received a call back after leaving a message. Im not impressed with the rental company’s service.
The condo unit was nothing impressive. I realize we are on Kauai and everyone here is trying to earn a buck off the tourists, but on the Big Island I like to believe we handle our accommodations a bit more professionally.

Condo is as advertised, parking adequate, opening windows and having overhead fan turned on keeps it cool for sleeping. Overall, this place was great! For the price you can’t find a better location or view. The Prince Kuhio grounds are beautiful and the pool was nicely done. The condo is close to everything including the Beach House restaurant right across the street. You are within walking distance of several beaches and snorkeling spots and snorkeling gear can be rented right across the street. The view from the balcony is beautiful and accurately shown in the listing photos. Both the sunrise and sunset can be seen from the condo. There is no AC but the condo had a lovely cross breeze that made AC completely unnecessary. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come again.
There are a few issues to mention that renters should take into consideration. 1. The layout is very strange and leads to absolutely no privacy between having to walk through the bedroom to get to the living room and the strange window between the bathroom and living room. I do think the photos accurately show the layout as long as you look closely. The place works great for a couple. In our case, it was two adults and one child which was still a bit difficult but it worked okay. I would not recommend it for more than one couple. 2. The stocking of the condo could be better. For a place that advertises up to 4 people, there are only 3 plates and 2 beach towels. Also you are only provided 2 rolls of toilet paper and one roll of paper towels. And the bath towels left something to be desired. Based on past reviews, I reached out to the owner ahead of time to make sure we came prepared with everything that wouldn’t be provided and I feel like I was given less than an accurate response. As we had gone to Costco straight from the airport, we could have purchased necessary supplies there but instead had to buy them locally, including additional towels, at much higher prices. Also, contrary to information I read on the Prince Kuhio website, there is no laundry detergent vending machine on-site and you need to buy it at the store if you plan to do laundry. We bought a whole bottle and left it there for the next few renters, but that is not provided. 3. My daughter has a mold allergy which was immediately triggered here, I believe because of the carpet. I would prefer tile in a tropical place. She had to take allergy medicine every night.
Despite the few issues I mentioned, this is a wonderful place. The issues did not take away from our enjoyment of the condo. I would definitely recommend.

Overall it was an excellent place to stay for two people. The bed was very comfortable and extra pillows were availalbe. Air flow was amazing with the louvered windows and doors and the screen door off the lanai. The orientation was perfect with a sunrise view - then the heat of the day was avoided in late morning once the sun rose over the building. The pool and BBQ area was beautiful and well-maintained. Plenty of ice was already made in the freezer for us. Be aware that pool closes at sunset! We appreciate the kitchen supplies like the blender to make local fruit smoothies and the handy rice cooker. Other people in the building maintained their privacy but were friendly and helpful. The location was very quiet and very convenient to get anywhere on the island. Suggestions - replace the whisk (it's rusty), add a spatula to the utensils, ensure your hired maintenance people supply coffee filters (there were none when we arrived - thanks to generous neighbours we were fine) and adequate toilet paper (2 rolls were left for us for a 10 day stay), plastic wrap was promised but not available. It would have been nice to have instructions on how to use the ice maker in the freezer - we didn't run out but wanted to make extra just in case. These are only small picky things - the place was awesome for us. Anyone considering staying at this place should read reviews of other places in this building so you get a sense for what questions to ask the owner of your condo. I would definitely come back to #305!!!

Great location. Clean. Grounds and pool area just beautiful. The only thing was the bedroom location and the lanai size. Not much room on the lanai but the view of the grounds and ocean is wonderful. When our children visited for 10 days, the would have to cross the bedroom to the kitchen area to get to the bathroom. Very tight space when opening the sofa bed as well. But all and all, it is ideal for 2 people. Had a fabulous time and enjoyed the sunsets.

My wife and I loved our stay here for our babymoon. We could hear and see the ocean from our balcony and the location on Kauai was perfect for us as we explored all parts of the island. The kitchen is well-stocked with useful equipment, which was also a nice bonus as we cooked at home several times during our stay.

Great space, conveniently located to our favorite areas on Kauai. It had all of the necessary amenities, a comfortable bed and a couple of extras such as beach towels and beach chairs.

Good location Overall good experience however parking was not the best. Advance warning would’ve been appreciated. Also lay out of unit was a bit awkward for a couple and another adult climbing through the bedroom to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night was not the greatest. I would recommend this for a couple or a couple with a child. Also was disappointed when it was clear that we had rented for three people that they were only two beach towels.

This place was perfect for my family. The location is ideal and you can step out on the balcony to view the ocean waves. It had everything we needed and parking was pretty simple. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed the location in Kauai!! Great views of the wonderful sunrise right from the balcony!! Pool was closed for repairs so that was disappointing! Overall would stay on property again!!
