There are new tile floors in the common areas and the bedroom is carpeted. Enjoy front-row ocean views from the lanai of this condo.
This resort is an oceanfront property in North Kihei. Sitting on 4.2 acres of oceanfront prime real estate, you can’t beat this location. All of the condos have central Air Conditioning and laundry facilities in the condo. Each Building has elevators available. There is an on-site eatery called Dina’s Sandwitch, Café & Bar. The Sugar Beach Resort features a Pool area with one swimming pool, one wading pool, one hot tub and seating options for relaxing and enjoying a meal. The BBQ grilling area is located just outside the pool area. The property also features a putting green and a formal dress shop.
Not only is this condominium complex surrounded by a gorgeous stretch of beach, but there are also nearby shops and restaurants for you to enjoy. Can’t beat Sugar Beach Resort for its location. The common areas are well maintained and immaculate and staff are friendly. The ocean view unit has been updated and provided most everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen could be better equipped with microwave safe cookware and dishes, placemats, knives. Some basic cleaning supplies like a broom, mop, all purpose cleaner and toilet cleaner would help renters keep the interior clean and help to tame with Maui soil that comes with the wind. We liked the unit and spent morning and evening on the lani. The views and sights from the lani are beautiful and joyful.
