Hawaii Life Vacations presents a stunning new addition to our Hotel Collection. This oceanfront 1 bd / 1 ba condo was recently remodeled and offers a private lanai overlooking the beach just steps away.

Take a dip in the heated pool, or enjoy long walks and a swim at the protected beach just steps from the condo. The lanai is perfect for enjoying sunset dinners or whale watching —with stunning panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean and West Maui Mountains.

Menehune Shores is a beautifully manicured property in a low-traffic area of North Kihei. With the beach and pool so close, this is the perfect spot for a relaxing family vacation. Enjoy the BBQ grills at the complex rooftop and take in the stunning 360 degree ocean and mountain views while listening to the conch shell blowing at sunset.

ABOUT THE CONDO

Located on the fourth floor at Menehune Shores in Kihei, this light, bright and beautifully remodeled one bedroom condo offers incredible ocean views. Situated just steps from the beach, enjoy sunset dining on the lanai, listening to the waves below. Enjoy morning strolls along the long golden sandy beach and take a dip in the beach front pool as well.

Recently remodeled with tile flooring throughout and granite countertops, as well as tasteful island decor, you will appreciate the attention to detail and the clean, polished interior.

The bathroom offers a spacious shower and bathtub and is fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, aloe after sun gel, hairdryer and luxurious spa towels so that you can enjoy the comforts of home during your vacations.

The bedroom offers a queen bed, wall A/C unit and wall-mounted TV so you can rest in cool comfort.

A/C and ceiling fans in the living room offer a cool interior and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy homemade meals at the dining table.

The couch in the living room folds out to a sofa bed.

THE LOCATION

The oceanfront complex of Menehune Shores offers direct access to a beach with a protected swimming lagoon—ideal for snorkeling with the kids. Stretch out on the sand and catch some rays or go for a stroll along the 5 miles of shoreline.

Play a game of shuffleboard on the manicured grounds or relax by the oceanfront heated pool. Head to the rooftop deck for lovely bird’s-eye views.

For a memorable meal, fire up one of the BBQs in the shared grilling area by the pool or the grilling area on the rooftop and dine at the picnic tables right by the water. Feast your eyes on views of the West Maui Mountains, Molokini, Kaho'olawe, and Lanai.

Upon arrival, easily access your unit with a keyless secure door code; no need for an in-person key exchange. Your rental will be professionally cleaned and ready for you to enjoy. You can expect all the comforts of a fine hotel, including shampoo, soaps, paper products, and linens.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was just as described. The view is spectacular and just like it’s shown on the listing. We spent quite a bit of time sitting on the lanai watching the sunrise & sunsets and whale spotting. Make sure to bring binoculars! Communication with the management company was very good from booking to checkout. Easy access to the beach. The property is centrally located so it’s easy to get anywhere on the island. We did the Road to Hana, Haleakala National Park, scuba diving through Dive Maui, snorkeling, run on Wailea Beach path, a sunset whale watching dinner cruise through Pride of Maui. All wonderful! Some great meals at Mama’s Fish House (make reservations months ahead), Nalu’s South Shore Grill, Maui Brewing Co, Mala Ocean Tavern (Lahaina), Dina’s Sandwitch (great dive bar), Serpico’s Italian in Makawao (great pizza & probably the cheapest beer on the island). We had a great time & can’t wait to come back!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful, clean, and well equipt condo with an amazing ocean view. Enjoyed watching the canoe clubs paddle out/back each morning. Patio was shaded from the sun most of the day, so it's easy to enjoy. My only minor complaint is that the AC unit blows hot air across the patio, so it can get uncomfortable when it's warm out there. I would suggest that they cover the fan with a shroud, directing the warm air off the patio rather than across it. But this was a minor annoyance. The bed was comfortable. The shower got hot enough, but never truly hot which is fine because cooler showers is generally what you're after in this weather anyway. Another minor nit is that they didn't provide enough TP for our 10 day stay. They say they provide a "starter" and the rest is on us, which I thought was odd. LOVED that they provided beach chairs, umbrella, and soft cooler. We very much enjoyed our stay here and would 10/10 stay here again.

The pool and barbecue areas are clean and well maintained. The beach is perfect for families as the lagoon makes for a calm place to swim. Customer service was impeccable! Kristin went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. Speaking as an owner of vacation rentals myself, Hawaii Life did an excellent job. Highly recommend!
