This condo has an amazing view of the ocean. The double lanai was so nice for my family and I to enjoy the beautiful view of the ocean and a daily sunset. The condo was clean and very comfortable. The only suggestion that I have is that it needs a second window ac unit. The front two bedrooms get very warm and stuffy in the afternoons. Other than that, it’s a beautiful condo. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

This rental needs a complete make over. The carpet was dirty and needs to be replaced with laminate. Tha a/c unit was dripping condensation on the lanai and a pot need to be kept under it to catch the water. The unit needs to be replaced . The sheets on the twin beds were flannel and should have been cotton as the sheets were very warm to sleep in. Location was perfect. Grounds were well kept I would recommend this property to a friend but not this unit. The ceiling fans were filthy and needed to be cleaned by housekeeping Overall the location is accessible to most restaurants and shops within walking distance.

Our family stayed at your rental and had a wonderful time. The location was great - we could walk to the beach for snorkeling. Swimming and sunning. Then in the afternoon we swam in the pool. The evenings were great - eating dinner on the balcony, watching the sunset and enjoying the ocean breezes. I would highly recommend this rental. Thank you for a wonderful family vacation!

We absolutely loved this condo. The view from the balcony gave was amazing. The sunsets were perfect without having to walk down to the beach. We enjoyed the pool and the roof top grill. The kitchen was well equipped and we used it a lot. A couple of things to note:The AC unit is in the living room. The 2 bedrooms in the back of the unit didn't get much cooling. Opening the windows at night helped them out, until the Roosters start up.The beach gear is great. We used it a lot. You can tell that others had as well. Don't be surprised if items are a little rough. Parking is a little tight. Not just at this condo, but everywhere in Maui. Keep that in mind when you rent a vehicle. A smaller vehicle is preferred.Walking distance to plenty of restaurants and shops. Make sure you try Maui Gelato for the ice cream and shaved ice. Snorkel bobs is right across the street for snorkel gear, boogie boards, or SUPs. The ABC store at the Gas station is convenient for overpriced food, and reasonably priced souvenirs. The beach across the road (KAM 1) is awesome. We saw turtles, fish, and even a stingray and a shark when snorkeling (south end of beach). Don't feel like you need to seek out another beach for snorkeling. This is the second time we've rented with Rentals Maui and won't be the last. They've been great to work with. Professional, reasonably priced, and with well maintained units.

Parking spaces where quite small and tight for parking our suv. The unit Having six beach chairs and towels was very accommodating to our family for beach activities. We had a wonderful time and the rental was very spacious for us. More than 5 people can comfortable fit in this 3 bedroom 2 restroom place. Anything and everything you would need is in the kitchen and we cooked and ate in the condo. The beach amenities were amazing to have! Thank you! We can not wait to visit again. The home is not fancy and new, but we were happy and content. Some things could be updated, but everything was working and that was just fine with us. The only AC was a window unit off the balcony and it did have a hard time trying to cool the two back bedrooms and bathroom, but we survived. Location was absolutely amazing! Perfect!

Excellent central location, amazing view! If that was all there was to the unit it would be a 5 star unit.
The condo is tired and in need of some TLC. Some repair is required with ceiling fans and doors. The pictures show amenities that are not guaranteed. So you expect boogie boards and enough chairs for 6 and find broken boards and chairs and umbrellas. Kitchen cooking utensils like pots and pans need replacing as the Teflon is completely peeling off.
Other than those inconveniences we did enjoy our stay. But people should be aware the condo itself is just 3.5 stars.

The location is definitely a selling point as you're extremely close to the beach and are able to see the ocean from the condo. There were also plenty of food options within walking distance or a short drive away.

This was one of our best vrbo’s in Kihei (after 5+ stays). We typically stay in Northern Kihei, but our typical spot was reserved, so we searched out other options and this location popped up. The condo is beautifully furnished, with all the beach gear you need. The kitchen was well stocked as well. The views were priceless! Some of the most beautiful sunsets. Don’t miss out on checking out the bbq grill area on the roof- a wonderful spot to watch the sunset and enjoy a picnic meal with the family. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!
