Wonderful location, near Kamaole Beach I, great view. Unit could have been stocked with more items like coffee filters and better cookware. Also, no boogie boards, which most units have.

We had a getaway scheduled for Maui since the spring. Our hearts were saddened by all those impacted by the fires. We decided to go and volunteer where there might have been a need because of our love for the people and memories on this island. My husband and I were speaking of the condo in Kihei earlier today. The perfect location, stocked with essentials and a great jumping off to different parts of the island. The view is breathtaking of the ocean, mountains, swaying palm trees, sunsets, and the moon shining brightly across the water. Maui is such a special place on earth. I believe everyone who visits this destination will know there is a beautiful spirit of warmth and kindness. We would happily stay in this condo if we are blessed to return to Maui. Thank you for quick responses and making our stay very memorable.

We have stayed in Kihei several times. The Condo location is great and the unit as well appointed and we had a great vacation. The AC is in the front room and we had to use fans in the rear bedroom, it got warm a couple of nights. The only real negative was the construction that was going on in the unit directly above and that the contractors decided to pull a night shift one night. Looking forward to our next trip to Maui.

This property was true to the listing. We had absolutely everything we needed down to beach towels and chairs. The unit was comfortable and stocked well with all the basics needed. It is also in a great location. We could easily walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. There was always plant of parking. The area was quiet and safe.

It was the perfect size for me and my two sisters. The only thing was the bedroom got really hot because the AC is in the living room. Other than that everything was perfect and we would love to stay again! The views were amazing and there are so many things in walking distance. Overall an amazing stay.

Awesome place to stay in Kihei. Can't beat the location and the unit had everything you need for a great comfortable vacation. A very well stocked kitchen and the essential beach gear was definitely appreciated. Highly recommend this vacation rental.

We had an amazing time and this condo was perfect for us. Beach is right across the street, restaurant and ABC convince store right at corner. The condo was clean, beautifully decorated and it had everything you can think of, beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas, extra towels..kitchen was equipped with everything needed-just Supply your own food. The bed and couches were really comfortable too. The location was perfect, you can walk to get food or Uber 5 miles up the road to restaurant with live music or food trucks. Highly recommend Fred’s Mexican, 808 deli, Moose’s Pub all walking distance and Aloha liquor store
And The VIEWS are incredible to catch sunsets and ocean views. We really enjoyed waking up early have cafe out on the lanai and listening to birds. We would definitely stay there again

It’s also very well equipped with everything you’d need both indoors and for the beach. And what a view - we could spot whales off in the distance. Highly recommend!!

We stayed at this place for 6 nights. It's located close to the beach with an excellent view of the ocean. It had all amenities that we needed. The host was very responsive and always helpful. We would definitely come back!

Great location beach is a short walk away and the Airbnb host provides chairs, towels and umbrella. Really great location and food near the area. Highly recommend staying here!

My group and I were impressed and happy with our stay at this property! We utilized the kitchen space to its full potential throughout the week and it had everything we needed. Morning coffee at the patio where you can see the ocean was a great way to start the morning :) The master bed and even the pullout beds in the living space were comfortable. All the rooms had extra items for us to use, and even beach chairs/umbrellas for the beach was an added plus! I do recommend the stay, especially since it's so close to Kamaole Beach I, the ABC store, and other restaurants. Thanks to the hosts!

Great place to stay in an ideal location across from the beach! We had a bit of trouble finding it at first using the street address in our GPS but found it by putting in "Kamaole Beach Royale" instead.

This was our 3rd time staying at KBR! We keep coming back. We love the location of the property and how wonderful the condos are. This condo was nicely decorated and had absolutely everything needed for the perfect family vacation!
Make sure to grill and watch the sunset on the roof!

Vacation Maui as a manager was great! The location was also awesome and convenient. They had everything you need for the beach which was a lifesaver and so close to shops and restaurants. If you are sensitive to heat, the master bedroom doesn't have cold AC, just tower fans. The Master window is too small to allow a breeze. Also the apartment was sadly very dirty - finger marks on doors and cabinets, splashed food product on the stove, microwave and kitchen cabinets, hair and spills in the fridge, incredible amounts of dust everywhere, especially under the pullout couches and the walls where we slept, a dirty shower that we had to clean before using, dirty dishes, some stained sheets and towels. We had to clean everything. We will absolutely come back to this building for a future vacation but not to this unit.

Contactless check in was super easy, which was nice because we arrived late. The place was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the location was great! Close walk to beach, shops and restaurants. Loved it! Would highly recommend and hope to be back soon
