We enjoyed our stay at this property! It was in a perfect location- walking distance to stores, beaches, and restaurants. We also enjoyed using the rooftop space both for watching sunsets and grilling. The only recommendations that I have are to add an extra standup fan in the bedroom, and to fix the flushing on the toilet. The bedroom would get warm at night and we preferred not to open the windows since it was right along the hallway. Additionally, the toilet was not easy to flush. It took us some time to figure out that we needed to hold the lever for a longer period of time. Besides that, everything was great! Loved the welcome snacks and all of the beach amenities. Thank you for a great stay.

Dust filled property. There’s dust on the fans, cabinets and the bathroom is filthy/disgusting. Roaches everywhere, clear indication of filth! You’ll fraudulently get charged for cleaning and service fees, but there will be no cleaning or “service” done during your stay- you’ll have to pay a fee; that is a scam.

Our stay was perfect for us. My husband and I just wanted a few days in the sun, on the beach and to swim in the ocean. This condo made that very easy to accomplish. The beach was just a very, very short walk away. Plus the unit had beach towels, beach chairs. (didn't see an umbrella) The unit was exactly as described online. Very clean, organized, uncluttered. TV worked easy, furniture comfy, with relaxing patio lounger chairs on the lani. Bed was comfortable. Lots of hangers, large closet, storage space good. Plenty of kitchen supplies. Air conditioner worked good but was a bit noisy. Fans worked well too. There is a 4 cup Mr. Coffee machine with filters. Bring your own coffee. Check-in and out were a breeze. A simple text at check out and great arrival instructions. Responsive Property Manager. Oh one point, the sliding glass door to the lani can easily fall off the track if opened all the way, so open it carefully. Although I didn't go to the bakery across the street it did seem very busy so I'm assuming popular. The condo building has a bbq & picnic area up on the 7th floor. A nice place to enjoy the ocean view. Good sunset spot as well. This condo and
our town of Kihei experience changed our minds regarding visiting Maui ever again. Last time we visited Maui we went to the Lahania area and it was so, so busy it wasn't fun. Kihei was a slower pace - but then again it was the middle of May so families weren't out and about. We will return. Thank you

The accommodations were perfect. Great neighbors, great pool, very centrally located! My only complaint would be the checking in process. We arrived about 11:30 amid that was too early just say so! Kye from Coldwell Banker is who Italked to and he said the cleaners were just finishing up! Well an hour later I tried calling and my number was blocked from calling Kye’s #! We didn’t end up being able to get into the condo until after 4pm! Which if we would have been told that;it would have been fine! But no, when I tried calling him back after an hour and a half he had blocked my number! Our stay was great but we will not use Coldwell Banker again. The next door neighbors were awesome also!

Overall really great. Location is a 2 min walk from the beach, very central. Condo is well equipped and comfortable. Only very minor complaint is the bathroom wasn’t cleaned very well, but not a huge deal. Would 100% book again!

We were extremely pleased with our stay. The unit was emaculate and well appointed and stocked. The lanai was perfect for simply relaxing in the unit. CBIP was very attentive to our needs and kept up good communication with us. We are in the process of rebooking 206 for Feb 2024 because we enjoyed ourselves so much and highly recommend this property to anybody visiting Kihei as location is also terrific.

Very clean place (we didn't see one single bug inside the condo - they have rules for a reason, and they work!). The location was excellent - a very short walk to the beach. Beach chairs and towels were in the closet, and if you check the outside area where you dump your trash, there is a closet there that has umbrellas and boogie boards. Inside the unit was comfortable, well furbished, and quiet. We could walk to the beach, the grocery store, local restaurants, and lots of shops. You could do this trip without the cost of a rental car. A solid 5 star place for the price!

Very updated kitchen, with a great lanai for sitting and enjoying the view and breeze. Comfortable king size bed. Top location about one half block from beautiful ocean park and beach. Swimming pool was quite cold and it is too deep for young swimmers unless they like swimming in deep water.

This unit was perfect for our family get away ! Just a few minute walk to the beach and shops. Any part of the island easily accessible.

Entire complex clean, neat and safe. Surrounded by shops and simple restaurants and grocery stores. Beach 50 steps away. Turtles every day right there. Great rooftop sunsets every day in a convivial setting.

We had the most amazing stay at this property. So clean, convenient location with a beautiful beach/park just down the street. This property has everything you need — kitchen, laundry, wifi, parking available, etc… I would highly recommend it if you are staying in Maui.

We have been going to Hawaii for many years and this is our new favorite place to stay. We could have easily stayed a month - no car needed. The condo has everything you could ever want for a very comfortable and quiet vacation. Very clean with a classy spacious feel. The beautiful kitchen is amazing and has every appliance and tool you could ever need and we enjoyed sunsets right from our lanai.The nice pool and rooftop seating area with barbeques are an added bonus to the property. The property has a great location and is within easy walking distance to restaurants, groceries, and shopping. The beach is just across the street and has beautiful sunsets. Would definitely recommend this property.

This unit location can't be beat. The property has everything you need for the perfect Maui stay. Very close to the beach and some of my favorite places to eat. Short stroll to great places to watch sports if you want. Cafe LaPlage is across the street with some great breakfast and coffee.
