The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee maker, oven, stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, and blender, along with counter seating and plenty of room to cook your meals. The living room has a new big-screen TV and a queen-size sofa sleeper couch, independently controlled air conditioning, and access to the lanai with its own dining table.
The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom, a TV, a ceiling fan, and its own independently controlled air conditioner. This is the perfect location! The resort itself is beautiful. 2 pools and hot tubs, but this condo is perfectly located! The view from the lanai, plus the ocean breeze! The condo was very clean, easy to use TVs, etc., and the beds were very comfortable. 100% would stay here again! Mahalo for sharing your slice of Heaven with us!

This was our 4th stay at Papakea and we are never disappointed. It was great to take a break from the snow and cold in the midwest and we enjoyed watching for whales and the sound of the waves at the seawall. Great views from the lanai, the unit was lovely and well taken care off. Loved the comfort of the beds and linens!

Great condo and resort. Condo exactly as listed with space for 5 adults. Very clean. Very nicely equipped kitchen, lots of beach stuff to borrow (chairs, cooler, etc. ), beds including the sofa bed, were comfortable. Loved watching whales from the lanai.

The property was just as listed, clean and convenient location with a great view.
Only complaint is the unit next door is being remodeled and there was construction noise during the day. The owners may have not known but it would have been nice to have a heads up on that.

North of the core Lahaina district on the lower Honoapiilani road, this unit is in the Aston Papakea resort. Four floor resort condominiums with this unit on the third floor of building K. Building J is ocean front, our unit had a northward ocean view of Moloka'i.
Nice tiled floors, easy to sweep the sand up and keep tidy. Fully functioning kitchen, well stocked with all the necessary tools. AC worked just fine, though the 6 hour timer made us manage when we turned it on for the night.
Great hosts, wonderful accommodations with easy access.

This unit and resort has it all. Stayed for 10 days with another couple. Maui West side was excellent with quick responses. Had a broken beach chair ,sent them a message late in afternoon and very next day a brand new chair was delivered. Unit itself was very clean, beautiful furniture, spacious and well stocked,with, with 2 comfortable king beds in spacious bedrooms. Both bathrooms spacious as well.
Loved the pool with BBQ area. Ate supper next to pool on a few occasions. Small sandy beach in front of resort at low tide. Snorkelling right in front of resort was excellent with reef breaking most of waves. Lots of fish, turtles and a monk seal as well.
Used tennis courts and played pickle ball as well. Equipment supplied by resort. Courts well lit at night. Book exchange in lobby was pleasant surprise.Supermarket and food trucks within walking distance. ABC store adjacent to resort. Resort also about a 5 minute walk from start of board walk that goes all the way down to Black Rock.
Drive north to Kapalua was easy and about 15 minutes and Ka'anapali 10mins. Kahului about 25min although I did not time it exactly.
Great swimming at Kapalua, Napili and DT Fleming. Beach bar at DT Fleming has amazing milk shakes!
Will definitely recommend this unit and resort and hoping to be able to come back in the future.

I was hesitant to book this condo because it only had 2 reviews total; however, the company/owner had tons of good reviews, so I decided to go with it. Normally I only book places that have lots and lots of reviews and I read most all of them. Anyways, I am very glad I did book this condo. It looked exactly like the pictures, the view really is as close and as beautiful of an ocean view as the picture shows. This condo had everything! Boogie boards, beach chairs, nice patio furniture, a cooler, beach toys, laundry detergent, disinfectant wipes, ziplock bags and plastic wrap, first aid supplies, body wash, and tons of other kitchen and household items that I don't normally see in airbnbs; these owners really thought of everything and that was much appreciated. The freezer even had a working ice machine, which was awesome! The condo was bright and welcoming. The resort has several games/activities, and one night there were free drinks by the pool. There is a resort fee of $17 per day. There are great beaches just north and south of the resort perfect for snorkeling and there were beach chairs right by the edge of the water. Communication with the rental company was great. I would recommend this condo and I would stay again.

We have stayed at Papakea multiple times. It always has what we need. We think we'd like to venture out somewhere else but we keep coming back. Never a disappointment. Covid kept us away for 3 long years and we are now back a couple times a year. We consider buying every time we go. It'll happen!
