This was our second time staying in this VRBO, and our experience was just as good if not better than the first time. The property management company is always easy to work with and accommodating. The unit is beautiful and the view is to die for. We love the location (very walkable) and the ammenities. On a few windy days we enjoyed the pool. On other days we loved the beach equipment (we had everything we needed for a phenomenal beach day). We feel very at home there and would love to stay again in the future.

We really enjoyed the place and the location. The only negative was that the unit wasn’t as clean as we expected. The counters and appliances had handprints on them. We had to buy cleaner to clean them. The outside deck was nice but the railings were filthy. We bought bleach wipes to clean them off. The slider from the master bedroom didn’t slide easily. The second bathroom smelled like dirty feet and was recently used. There were stains on some of the pool towels. The face of the bathroom cabinets were not very clean. Toilet in master had a moldy ring around the bowl which only got worse as we stayed. We didn’t want to have to buy toilet bowl cleaner. Other than that we did enjoy the place and loved the view. Overall grounds were well maintained. Access to beach was great.

The Master bath was covered, but the other bathroom did not have any wash clothes or hand towels. Also, knowing that keeping floors clean with all the sand is a tough challenge. The floor was clean and had been vacuumed but if you walked around in your bar feet they would get a bit dirty, so the floor could probably use a mopping.
In the big scheme of things, the items mentioned were minor. condo is great, kitchen is well stocked, beds were comfortable, beach chairs, cooler, umbrella all available for use, which is very handy.

Our stay was for 11 days. I was very pleased with the beachy decor. It is very beautiful. The views from the living and main bedroom were as pretty as the pictures. Everything was clean except the floors looked clean but could use a mopping. Going barefoot showed that. We had 2 issues with a light and the barn type door going into the main bedroom and made a call and was fixed right away. Kitchen had everything we needed except coffee filters. I will stay in the condo and recommend to friends and family.

Beautiful condo. Right across the street from the beach. Enjoyed many sunsets on the lanai and the beach. Unfortunately a few days before we were leaving the tragic fire in Lahaina occurred. Our hearts and prayers to everyone affected by the fire. 💔

As a family we loved this property. To have balacony to sit on every morning and watch the sunrise and hear the waves was beautiful! The ease of getting into the proerty after a late arrival into Maui was benefical. I entered a code and was able to unlock the unit and fall into bed. Another highlight that we loved was the roof top bar-b-
que access, amazing views! If you booked this unti your family won't be disappointed, plently of beach items to use! Will defintely booked this place when we return to Maui.

Beautiful view from this property, great place to stay with teenagers because so much to do walking distance.
The condo was well equipped with everything you need for the beach.
Lovely area on 7th floor with gorgeous view for bbqing. With tables, and it was all pristine clean.

My boyfriend and I spent 9 wonderful days at this beautiful VRBO. We were very careful choosing the place to stay as we had a lot of items on our wish list. This place had it all!! Stunning views that pics don’t do justice of, fully stocked unit, comfy beds, tons of linens, all the beach equipment we could ask for, great AC, quiet respectful neighbors. I could go on and on. The unit is beautifully remodeled and was very clean. The keyless entry was very handy. There were lots of parking spots available, an elevator and trash shoots on our floor. The view was 180 degrees of heaven. We loved sitting on the covered deck and listening to the waves, basking in the sun, or sitting out on a nice evening to watch the sunset. I’m dreaming of returning and can’t wait to do so!! We had one issue with the dryer but management addressed it right away and even offered to pick up our clothes and launder them. It was so sweet and they went the extra mile for sure. Thank you so much for being great hosts. Can’t wait to return!

The logistics to get in and and communications were great. The place was big, bright and clean. They had towels for the condo and towels for the beach, All linens and pillows were comfy. The only thing to improve would be more than one roll of paper towel and toilet paper.

We had a great stay! Very clean and updated place. There are plenty of beach amenities and cooking supplies to go around. One of the best view ever in Maui. The best thing of all is the location, just across the street from one of the best beaches in Kihei. We’ll be coming back soon!

Everything was just as it was advertised.The view of the ocean is amazing and the condo is beautifully furnished with everything thing you need to enjoy your stay.Short walk across the street to beautiful beaches and restaurants and stores within walking distance. Very happy with the dual air in both bedrooms and living room. Extra amenities such as beach equipment was also provided. We had an issue with the washing machine and they had a repairman fix it within a few hours. Great communication was always available! Love this unit and would definitely rent this again!

We have been to Maui many times and always stay in Kiehi. The view from our room was wonderful. The roof top deck for barbequing is also a great place to watch sunset for those that don't want to walk to the beach. This condo is in a great location for all three of the Kamaole beaches. It is also in a great location and easy walk for meals from breakfast to dinner. There are also local shops within walking distance.

VIP Management was fantastic from booking right thru to our departure. They gave us recommendations for restaurants, surf lessons and snorkeling. They were extremely responsive while we were there and made sure our stay was as smooth as possible. We would definitely stay at properties managed by VIP again.

It was a wonderful stay, literally a 3 min walk to the Kanaole Beach Park II. Check-in was a very smooth process--the property manager contacted us a week beforehand to get arrival details and even offered an early check-in since we were landing a few hours before the check-in time. Overall the place was stocked with items however some things we had to purchase ourselves. such as shampoo/conditioner and body wash.
