Our two week stay at KBR611 was wonderful. The location is perfect for a South Kehi vacation. The Property management company was really good to deal with pre trip. We did have a few issues arise after we arrived. There was no telephone in the suite, which we were told there would be, so contact with the Proprty manager was difficult once we arrived. ( We came from Canada and had no cell service while there). The beds were not set up the way way had requested and we had a miscommunication regarding our late checkout and the door code changing before we left, but those issues were resolved via emails to the manager.The condo itself was well equipped with beach gear, towels etc. It was clean and comfortable.I would recommend this unit for a great stay. Just have a cell phone with you!

Very well equipped unit. King bed comfortable. Twins were quite well used. Binder should have had info about the Ohano from, the pool and the 7th floor grill and view of sunset. Some information about the tv remotes would have been useful as we are technology challenged.
But unit is a short walk from some casual restaurants, a bakery and gelato. And across from a beach park. And it is taken care of and equipped. It is the first time in Kihei for us and probably the last. Our preference is for peace and quiet.

This was our first trip to Maui. KBR is a fantastic location across from Kam 1 beach. The condo had everything you could possibly need including beach chairs and all sizes of coolers. So many great restaurants nearby and the best sunsets ever. The rooftop BBQ area was awesome for grilling while the sun sets. We would definitely stay here again!

This was our first trip to Maui. KBR is a fantastic location across from Kam 1 beach. The condo had everything you could possibly need including beach chairs and all sizes of coolers. So many great restaurants nearby and the best sunsets ever. The rooftop BBQ area was awesome for grilling while the sun sets. We would definitely stay here again!

We came to Maui to celebrate our youngest graduating from high school…he got to choose where he wanted to go. The condo worked out fantastic for our party of four. The kids could walk to the beach, skate parks, shops and restaurants. We could enjoy the g tree at view and easy access to many different activities. The condo is spacious and quiet with a great pool. Sunsets from the lania are hard to beat. We’ll be back as soon as we can!

Our family of four had a wonderful time. The place was clean, modern, and well-stocked. It is a one block walk down to a small beach with clear water, soft sand, and sea turtles.The bedrooms are located in the front of the unit, at the furthest point away from the air conditioner. Therefore, they were a little toasty compared to the rest of the apartment.We did have a problem with a slow draining shower. I emailed the property manager and they took care of it right away. Thank you for moving on us so quickly!

Great unit, great location. Stayed many times. Unfortunately there was renovations going on next door during the day for our last week. Also there wasn't a beach umbrella in the unit as there usually is. All in all a great trip though.

Everything was as expected and described. Nicely decorated in a Maui theme. No AC in the bedrooms but really not needed most nights. Close to all amenities, so you wouldn’t really require a car. Only slight negative would be that it’s a little noisy due to location but nothing the beautiful view doesn’t make up for.
Would recommend to friends. Value is good in comparison to other condos.

We truly enjoyed our stay here. We were greeted with a lovely gift full of Maui goodies. I really enjoyed the Maui coffee every morning.
It was very clean and comfortable for the 4 of us (myself, husband, and two adult sons). The location of the property to the beach was top notch. Literally across the street and the morning beach views from the lanai with the breeze was amazing every morning.
The only “con” I would say if you forced my hand is the photo of the front room appeared a lot larger than it was due to the brilliance of the use of mirrors. However for the size of our party the property was perfect. One word of advise, look in all the cabinets for the frying pans and pots lol. We ended up buying a frying pan before we found it haha.
It does get hot in the bedrooms as the air is only in the living room. We kept the fans going for it to be a little more comfortable.
The place has everything you need. All things to make a meal with appliances you’d use at home. They provide beach items (chairs, bags, etc) and there were even card games. We played Uno and I beat my boys each time!
I’d definitely stay here again when in Maui.

Everything about our experience was top-notch. The communication with the manager, getting checked into the unit, the unit itself, and of course the location. The unit was very clean, and well appointed. More so than anticipated, or expected. They had plenty of beach chairs, sand toys, and a couple of boogie boards as well. Very comfortable, clean, central condo. Easy access and central Kihei. Walk across the street to a selection of beaches and walk along the beachfront to a variety of restaurants. Very conveniently located and very easy to access. Had all of the necessary items there. With a washer and dryer in the apartment made things very easy. Loved the welcome basket- hit vacation mode immediately.

This condo is in a great location. Walking distance to a beautiful beach, several delicious restaurants and convenient amenities like snorkel and paddle board rentals. The condo is equipped with the essentials for beach days. So nice to spend time at the beach and then grill dinner with a spectacular sunset view.
