Located in South Kihei, which is ideal for families and couples that don’t like rain, love beautiful sandy beaches excellent for swimming, snorkeling, sunset watching and enjoyable relaxed condo living! Shopping, surfing, and dining are all within a couple of blocks. Amazing scuba diving and whale watching tours during the season leave from a small Kihei boat ramp nearby. If you would like to get dressed up for a night out, fashionable Wailea resorts are just minutes away.

UNIT SUMMARY:
Walking into this soothing space you will get greeted with a gorgeous garden view.
The unit includes two bedrooms (one queen size and one double bed), two full bathrooms, an open living room and dining area, and an outdoor lanai. The living room is suited with a comfortable couch that also turns into a full-size sleeper sofa with an upgraded memory foam mattress. Guests will appreciate A/C systems in the main living area and in each bedroom with separate modules and controls. Cozy kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook & enjoy. Stacked washer and dryer are available for guests' use.

Recently renovated condo, which is filled with new appliances and new custom furniture. As owners, we often stay in our condo when our valued guests are not staying there.

For our guests, we include complimentary ON-ISLAND DEDICATED HOST SUPPORT SERVICE which assists with any guests concerns, issues or questions. The team could help handle any guest related issues (electronic lock, Wi-Fi, cable TV, AC problems, etc.). Even if you just want to know where to reserve the best humpback-whale tour, snorkeling gear or where to get the best Poke Bowl or Shave Ice in South Maui, they can help!

The unit is designed for comfortable sleep of four-six people. This condo is a rare find, providing guests with excellent, modern accommodations steps away from the best beaches in Maui at very reasonable prices!

This is a second floor corner unit (745 sq. ft.) which could be accessed via stairs or elevator. Please note there are 7 steps you must go up without elevator access for those who may need it.

PROMOTION: Jacuzzi which is located at the complex's pool area is going through renovation and is inaccessible at this time. We apologize for the possible inconvenience, and have proactively discounted current prices for all bookings until jacuzzi opens up.

DETAILED UNIT FEATURES:
• The kitchen has been remodeled and contains new granite counters. High quality/ new stainless-steel appliances: dishwasher, electric stove with convection oven, refrigerator, microwave and stacked laundry center.
• The kitchen is fully stocked with quality cookware, dishware, glassware, silverware,
utensils, and numerous small appliances (Keurig and regular coffee makers, toaster, electric hot water kettle, blender and rice cooker).
• The unit dining area, comfortable couch and two flat screen Smart HD TVs
provide guests with a place to rest and relax between other Maui activities.
• The master bedroom features a queen bed, individual A/C unit, flat screen TV, ceiling fan, plenty of dresser space, and attached remodeled/expanded master bathroom with a shower/tub combination.
• The second bedroom features a double bed, closet/dresser space, individual A/C
unit, ceiling fan and convenient access to the hallway guest bathroom, including a shower/tub combination.
• Smoke detectors are installed in each bedroom and in the kitchen area for your safety.
• You will have full use of the condo except for the owner's locked small closet where we keep all extra supplies for the condo.

towels; two beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a hard case cooler and three boogie boards and a swim kickboard are available for your convenience.

• The Pacific Shores complex features a lovely heated pool and a hot tub. The gated pool area includes lounge chairs, dining tables/chairs, multiple gas barbecue grills, and renovated bathroom/shower facilities.
• For your safety, the Pacific Shores complex is monitored by on-site security during specific hours. All guests must comply with Pacific Shores House Rules, intended to ensure the safety, security and enjoyment of all guests and residents of Pacific Shores.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited in the condo, on the lanai, and in resort common areas

TRAVEL INSURANCE – After booking, always remember to consult your local insurance provider about the benefits of travel insurance. Please look into this as your first line of defense, as it limits losses for both parties. All major booking sites offer trip insurance that you can purchase at time of booking or shortly after. Also, many credit cards do offer some sort of travel reimbursement as terms of their program; please check with your credit card company as well, should you chose not to protect your trip with the site you are booking this reservation on.

BEACHES AND ACTIVITIES:
Great location! Pacific Shores is located in desirable South Kihei, across the street from beautiful Kamaole I & Charley Young beaches. Beach park facilities include a lifeguard station, bathrooms & outdoor shower facilities. The nearby Cove is renowned for it's gentle surf for beginners. Kayaks, stand-up paddle and surf boards can be rented there. Lessons are available.

To the south, a variety of white sandy beaches stretch from Pacific Shores to Makena, along with many restaurants within walking distance. To the north you will find more restaurants, as well as Kalama Park which offers volleyball, basketball, tennis courts, rollerblading, a walking path, and a playground for children.

This place was easy to check in and was clean and ready for us. A beach is directly across the street so we went every day even if we explored another part of the island for part of the day. The host was very responsive and friendly. The home was comfortable and quiet.

Guest parking is crazy far. But everything else is great. The host is very accommodating. Will definitely recommend it to my family and friends.

the neighbor downstairs was ridiculously nosey and a pest, other than that the people were good. very clean unit. we just smiled and went our merry way with the pest and enjoyed each moment of our stay

The condo unit itself was very clean, updated and overall in good condition with a few small, very minor complaints. For example, the kitchen was very tiny and could have been better supplied-- it did not have a pot big enough to boil water to make pasta for 4 people and one of the non-stick pans was rusty/old. Further, the sheets on the beds were quite thin; the beds moved easily around/were small; and the lock on the front door was finicky (we once left with the door unlocked unwittingly). The starter pack was good and the unit was well stocked for a day at the beach (beach towels, sand toys, boogie boards, etc.). Also note, the AC unit in the main living room area does not work well, and the apartment could feel quite hot and muggy, overall because it lacked central AC (but this seems fairly common in Maui). The one significant downside to me (and thus a 4 star review) is that the unit itself is part of a condo property that itself is quite worn down, and the pool/hot tub area needs refurbishment and the pool/hot tub itself needs a good cleaning. The water felt a bit slimy and a film on the sides of the pool. It is also small and fairly crowded (despite its condition). The location to a very family friendly beach was the best part of this property. It is more of a 5-7 minute walk from the unit, but the beach does not have big waves and is gorgeous. You can easily walk to casual restaurants and a Foodland grocery store. Carl, the on-site manager, was very responsive to texts, and we appreciated very much an early check-in due to traveling with small children.
