Step down into the contemporary living room adorned with traditional yet modern Hawaiian décor and paintings of old Hawaii. Make yourself at home as you sink into the comfortable sectional sofa and catch up on your favorite shows on the flat screen TV.The chef of the family will surely be pleased with the fully stocked, gourmet kitchen complete with granite countertops and beautiful Hawaiian koa wood cabinetry. Enjoy a meal with a view inside at the kitchen island or dine al fresco on the lanai while admiring stellar ocean views. Watch for humpback whales in winter and keep an eye out for playful dolphins and sea turtles year-round.When it’s time to unwind, you'll sleep in comfort in your private primary suite, offering a king size bed and grand en suite bathroom with walk-in shower. With direct access to the main lanai, you’ll enjoy morning views and can gaze up at the stars as they twinkle over the islands at night. The guest room features a queen bed AND a twin bed for ample sleeping space. A second full bathroom is just off of the guest bedroom.The condo is south-facing, allowing maximum sunlight and protection from the trade winds. An overhead fan and roll down shades help keep the lanai temperature comfortable so that you can enjoy sitting outside any time of year.Polo Beach has beachfront access and a wonderful oceanfront swimming pool, with plenty of chaise lounges for guest use. Bask in the sun or listen to the waves while soaking in the hot tub after a hike.The condo is within walking distance or a short drive to many hotels that offer both fine and family-friendly dining. Also nearby is the "Shops at Wailea," which provides shopping, dining and a boutique grocery store.Activities abound both nearby and around the island, with world-class golf courses, beautiful hikes and crystal clear waters for snorkeling right off many beaches.At unit 402 there are so many options for spending time together comfortably as well as areas for enjoying quiet moments alone. You will definitely leave the island feeling refreshed and relaxed!

**PROPERTY-WIDE AC OUTAGE FROM 12/11/23-12/15/23: The AC cooling tower replacement is scheduled from Dec. 11, 2023 to Dec. 15, 2023, resulting in NO AC in the Polo Beach units during this period, along with associated noise. Rates have been adjusted.**

When you arrive on property, you will be issued a blue parking tag for your unit’s 1st vehicle. If you have a second vehicle, it will be given a red parking pass. The RED parking pass does not guarantee your second vehicle a parking spot throughout your stay. If the property has high occupancy numbers during your stay you will be alerted and will have until 5pm that day to remove the second car from Polo Beach property and off site. If the second vehicle is not moved by 5pm that day, you will be issued a $200.00 fine. If the second vehicle is not removed by 11:59pm of the same day, there will be an additional $50 per hour fine for every hour the vehicle remains on property after 11:59pm.While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or décor that are different than in the original pictures. You have a beautiful beach step away that is not overcrowded, that you can always watch amazing sunsets from. It is very easy to park and access your rooms, and the new gate is easy to go in and out of. The unit itself is beautifully decorated and it feels very cozy to hang out in. There is no bad thing to say about this property, we love it.

We loved our stay at Polo Beach Club. The location was great for access to beaches, shopping, and restaurants. We swam at the beach out front most days, which never felt crowded. I liked having easy access to the walking path that runs in front of the nearby resorts. The unit was clean and well appointed. I didn’t study a map before going so one thing to know is the unit is a little set back, so looking out from the lanai you see the stucco building to the right, but beautiful sweeping views ahead and to the east. Sunset was also great and we enjoyed cocktail hour on the lanai. Pictures reflect the unit accurately. Would stay again.

Otherwise everything in order. Great view with great little beach and pool. Loved being at beginning of the Wailea Beach walk! So close to restaurants and shops! From the view & location to the amenities available for a week at the beach, it exceeded our expectations in every way. The Polo Beach Club is a beautifully maintained building right on Polo Beach and Unit 402 is clean, well-stocked with everything needed in a home away from home, quiet & comfortable. The short walk to the Fairmont, Four Seasons, Grand Wailea and Marriott along the beach was beautiful and made it easy to enjoy some of what those resorts had to offer vacationers. Highly recommend!!

Every unit has an ocean view- far better than the more expensive hotels in Wailea. Oceanfront beach is beautiful. House was clean and well stocked. I wish we would've had a beach umbrella and a couple boogie boards. Overall, this was a perfect rental spot!

It was super! Our daughter and family were right next door at the Fairmont Resort. We walked over to help her with the grandkids while the son in law was busy with conferences at the Fairmont. And then one evening we were able to have a grandkid sleepover at our place at the Polo Beach Club. Plenty of room with the extra beds. We played games and enjoyed our individual grandparents time while their parents were having dinner and a night of fun. The whole facility was great . Parking was easy . The unit was clean and filled all of our needs and more. The beach area was never as crowded as the Fairmont beach and the pool and hot tub at the polo club was really clean and well taken care of.

This condo is up there with the nicest on Maui. Great for those who are looking for a quieter family friendly property with great beach access and incredible views. Could not have been happier with this location. Will be back for sure.

Property well maintained and had amenities such as luggage and shopping carts (very useful). Parking was always available. Unit was decorated with Hawaiian themes right to the dishes and drinking glasses. The only issue I had was understanding where the unit was located in the building when making the reservation. The unit was very clean and provided beach towels and beach chairs for use. Pool and barbeque were nice amenities. Could not use the beach due to the ocean swell.

We had a lovely stay! The property was as everything we hoped for; Excellent beach access and location. All of the indoor necessities/comforts were available and they also provided portable Beach Chairs. Only complaint would be that the pool was closed on the last day of our visit due to gate being broken. And there weren't any umbrellas/boogie boards for the beach, but that wasn't advertised, would just be an easy added bonus. Mahalo!

The condo is perfectly situated on beautiful Polo Beach - beautiful views with quick and easy access to the beach. The condo itself was clean, beautifully decorated and well appointed with ample beach gear and kitchen utensils/appliances. The Polo Beach Club was quiet and calm - even though our stay was during a very bust time of year, it never felt crowded or too noisy. We had groceries delivered in advance of our arrival which was a wonderful time savings. CBIP Vacations were easy to deal with and very responsive to any need we had. Highly recommend - I have already passed info along to several friends.

Everyone absolutely loved the condo and hated to leave after 12 days. It was the most enjoyable vacation we have ever taken.The unit was spotless when we arrived, and was stocked with pretty much anything you could ever need...kitchen utensils, lots of towels, spare sheets, washer and dryer, and starter packs of detergent, soap, and paper products. Because the unit is opened with a code, we were able to have groceries delivered prior to our arrival, which was a huge plus.The view and location are even better than the pictures would suggest. You are literally yards from Polo Beach, which is beautiful and never overly crowded. It is generally calm enough for kids to play in the water, but can also get some great waves for boogie boarding towards sunset. We made good use of the beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys. Two of the inflatables developed leaks, so we bought new ones and a very nice boogie board, which we left behind...enjoy! The pool was also great, although we did not spend much time there. It was also very quiet at night, so we were not disturbed by any noise while trying to sleep.Don't look any further or think too much. Rent 402, and you will not be disappointed!

Struggled a little with hot water for 5 people but we just staggered showers and were fine. Highly recommend. We really miss our morning coffee with views.
