The condo is beautiful, well supplied with things you would need. Pool area is s wonderful visiting spot and invited s family community feel. Bussing to area attractions was easy and Uber was available too. Highly recommend.

We couldn't be more pleased with our choice of location. Stayed on the island for 20 days and just had one of the most relaxing times on Maui. The beach out in front of Kihei Sands has to be one of the best kept secrets. We didn't have to travel anywhere to enjoy the crashing waves, nice "unbelievably warm" November days.

We love staying here so much, this was our third visit to Kihei Sands. We love this comfortable condo complex right on Sugar Beach. With the beach in our backyard and lovely sunsets, what isn’t to love? We like staying in Kihei as South Maui and Wailea are close by with the offering of convenient shopping and dining experiences as well.

Our condo was very clean and well maintained. The furnishings and appliances were modern and in good condition. We appreciated the air conditioning in the main part of the condo and the ceiling fan in the bedroom. We were very comfortable during our stay there. The kitchen cupboards were well stocked with dishes and cookware. The lanai outside the sliding doors was tidy and well kept with a small table and chairs. We appreciated having coolers and beach chairs available for us to use during our stay. There is a safe in the condo - also much appreciated. We enjoyed getting our complimentary morning coffee from the patio and sitting on the beach to drink it. Sugar Beach is perfect for a swim and long walks. There are communal water accessories available for use - pool noodles, kick boards, etc. We didn't use the pool but were told by those using it that it was great. The property managers and staff were friendly and very helpful if/when we needed them. The location of Kihei Sands was perfect for us. It was easy to get to all of the locations and activities that we had planned and we frequently accessed the businesses and many beaches along S.Kihei Rd - food trucks! shaved ice! Maui pies! Kraken coffee! (just to name a very few). Our friends will be staying at Kihei Sands for their upcoming vacation and we will definitely recommend it to others.

Our stay at the Kehei Sands was just perfect. From the comfortable up to date condo, #4, to the beach it was just right. The location is centrally located for exploring the island and not far from some excellent snorkeling(the condo has all sorts of beach toys including snorkels & masks to borrow). You wont go wrong staying here!

We have stayed in many VRBO's through the years and this one is at the top of our list! This property is exceptionally maintained, has a very friendly staff, has a quaint community feel, and the location is amazing. Upon arrival our condo smelled fresh and clean and the lights were on to welcome us. It is well stocked with start up supplies. The kitchen is great, lots of dishes, and a cupboard full spices. The complex patio area has tables, chairs, and lounge chairs which is lit up in the evening for a beautiful place to have dinner listening to the waves. The location is impeccable right on Sugar Beach! Morning and evening walks in the sand for miles. The beach is not crowded with people and is a wonderful place to swim in the ocean and enjoy the sun!
