Aloha and welcome to our oceanview beach villa at the luxurious Beach Villas at Ko Olina! This spacious 3-bedroom villa has been beautifully furnished to offer both the comforts of home and the luxury of a tropical vacation. The large lanai, complete with comfortable armchairs and a large couch, allows you to enjoy the indoor/outdoor lifestyle from sunrise to sunset. You can choose to keep the lanai doors open to let in the fresh Hawaiian breeze or use the central air-conditioning for added comfort.
The villa features a state-of-the-art kitchen designed by renowned Master Chef Roy Yamaguchi, equipped with premium Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances. The granite kitchen island has four bar stools for casual dining and socializing, while the large dining table seats eight people comfortably. The living room boasts a large modular sofa that can be rearranged to sleep two additional guests, and Netflix is available on the 55” flat-screen TV for endless entertainment options.
The master bedroom opens up to the lanai and has a luxurious en-suite bathroom with a deep soaking tub, large separate shower, double sinks, and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed, and the third bedroom offers two TwinXL beds that can be converted into a king bed upon request. All beds are top-of-the-line Sealy Posturepedic mattresses with sumptuous linens, plush pillows, and cozy down comforters. For your convenience, a Bosch washer and dryer are provided in the unit, so feel free to pack light.
Should you want to grill outdoors, there are four Wolf Grills and numerous picnic tables around the pool area. The villa provides a unique and relaxing experience that truly represents the meaning of "Ko Olina," a "Place of Joy." We look forward to welcoming you to this beautiful haven.

This villa comes with two parking stalls allocated to the property. If you require extra parking stalls, it will be subject to the Resort's discretion and availability. Extra parking will incur an additional fee, which is directly charged by the Resort. Presently, the rate for extra parking is $25 per reservation.
CANCELLATION POLICY
1. Cancellation Window: Cancellations made within 45 days of the scheduled arrival date will result in forfeiture of your deposit, unless the rental time is successfully re-booked at the same rate.
2. Travel Insurance: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in case of unexpected changes to your travel plans.
3. Rescheduling Policy: Any changes to your reservation within 45 days of the arrival date will be considered a cancellation.
4. Non-refundable Transaction Fees: Please note that credit card transaction fees are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. These fees are assessed by the merchant of record and include charges from credit card institutions; not from Island Living Homes.
Guest must follow all the resort House rules that will be provided upon arrival.

Grandparents sharing their love for Oahu with family.
Ko'Olina is recognized on the island as a top-tier resort. Our villa at the Ocean Tower was large, luxurious and as represented on the website. Plenty of beach towels and everything needed to entertain our Grandkids at the Lagoons. The pools were luscious. You could swim laps, lay in relative privacy or enjoy the multiple hot tubs. A short walk to the best Luau on the island (Paradise Cove), a Disney Character Breakfast for a 4-year-old (Aulani), and a do-it-your-self sunrise snorkel for the whole tribe with sea turtles (Paradise Cove Lagoon).
The owner and property staff were available and professional. Can't wait for next visit.

We booked this stay as a family group while visiting our resident family in Mililani. The condo is gorgeous. The pools and beach were perfect and not at all crowded. It’s a bit far from the tourist attractions but east to get around. We loved this place and would book it again.

Overall we had a wonderful stay in Ko Olina. The condo was great - comfortable beds, great space, amazing lanai for sunrise/sunset views, pool/beach toys, crib and high chair for babies. Common space with pools, grills, live music, etc. Lagoons are perfect for young children. Our only suggestions would be to have a few updated cooking pans, and the TV was a smart tv but was set not to connect to wifi so could not sign in to applications (Netflix, prime,etc). Would have been nice to set kids up with a movie on the tv. However, we would definitely come back!

Cannot say enough good things about this 3 bedroom 3 bathroom with space for everyone. We had a family vacation with 14 yr and 23 yr old. Apartment clean and well stocked (beach towels, chairs, etc.), beds comfortable, great location, owner easy to work with. Pools beautiful and close to beach/lagoons will definitely return if in Oahu again.

This is our second time staying at the Ko Olina Beach condos. Our friends stayed next door at Disney and they kept coming over because they liked the condos better than they liked the Disney resort. The lanai is amazing. I had an unfortunate medical emergency and the condo and lanai was the best place for healing. We will be back. Perfect for families!

The room was the perfect size for my family. We’ve stayed a handful of times at the Beach Villas and it never disappoints. This room had plenty of beach and pool equipment, along with pots and pans for cooking. The rice cooker was a plus for us! The beds were comfy with plenty of pillows and blankets. The greeters were super friendly and communicated with us in a timely manner.

It is a well-maintained property and the pictures don't do any justice. We had a great family vacation, and we got the best of both worlds - a short drive away from several beaches and hikes while enjoying the fabulous sunrise and sunsets in a quiet private beach lagoon. The condo was exactly as pictured, our family of 6 had the most wonderful time. The beds were very comfortable and every one was so excited to have their own bathroom. The lanai was perfect for drinking coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Cooked breakfast most mornings, but the choice of great restaurants within walking distance was fabulous.
Denice and Sasha were exemplary host and welcome greeter. We will definitely be back, one of the best vacations ever!
