This is a really nice, well supplied condo. We really enjoyed the convenience of walking to plenty of services nearby plus the awesome fact of a great beach across the street! There was plenty of parking for our rental car. Pool and hot tub on the property are great. (We were sad that pool noodles and other fun flotation devices are not allowed at the pool.)

This place is centrally located to many restaurants, stores and souvenir shops. Maui bread company, Beach Street shave ice and Coconut's Fish Cafe were some of our favorite locations! One downside was that trash trucks sounded early a couple mornings. I'd also like to suggest that the loft be enclosed to be a separate bedroom. The light and noise limited our time in the main space. However, everything else was lovely. The beds we're comfortable. Having a washer and dryer in the room was really helpful. The supply of beach necessities was great! The management was quick to respond. We'll definitely try to stay here on future visits.

Nice place to stay with beach views. Air conditioning was nice to have. It looked well stocked with beach gear (coolers, folding chairs, etc.) although we did not use. Very close to ABC store which has EVERYTHING.
The only down side is that I wish the property provided bath soap/shampoo for the price. Also, the blinds in the second downstairs bedroom did not go all the way down so someone walking by can see you as you are lying in bed. We had to improvise to block the gap.

My family and I recently stayed at the condo for 6 nights. It’s by far one of our better trips to Maui thanks to it’s location. The ocean views from the balconies are picture perfect. The condo is just a short walk to restaurants, shops and the beach. This condo is definitely five stars.

Everything was nice. The only complaint I have is that the bathroom walls were dirty. The bathrooms need to be cleaned better. The dishes were in the dishwasher when arrival. Extra chores for us. The rest of the place is livable. Beds our comfortable, especially after long days of activities. Overall this place is very nice.

I cannot describe how amazing this location is. Not only is the beach a short walk away, but Dolphin Plaza is a shopping center with amazing hidden gems of the island. Think french bakery, amazing fish and chips, extremely reasonable handmade souvenirs, gelato!
We had two couples and three kids that all fit easily in the space. The washer and dryer were lifesavers, and nothing beats reading on the balcony while the sun sets over the ocean. Would (will?) Definitely book again.

Beach was great. Stores were close. Ocean view from both balconies. 😍 only not much closet room for all our clothes. The best, we're the Giant windows. So much natural light. Parking could be better. All in all, it was a fun property. I will recommend, for sure.

We truly had a fantastic ten-day stay at this property. Everything is exactly as depicted in the photos. The location is fantastic. The condo is very well equipped with four air conditioning units and ceiling fans. Our highlight was the large balcony, where we ate our breakfast and had our morning coffee. We also had our family gatherings here, sometimes late at night to visit and listen to the waves from the beach one block away and watch the ocean sunset. We had seven adults (family) staying here and were all very comfortable. The beach equipment was excellent, which we used several times. We bought groceries and cooked numerous meals throughout our stay, in the extremely well-equipped kitchen. The pool and hot tub area became our nightly after-dinner activity. The barbecue area is clean and well maintained, with numerous tables. We had several "picnic" type cookouts. The area is very safe with lots to see and do, and the surrounding grounds are well looked-after. Check-in and checkout were very simple, and the property management group were very responsive and friendly when I had a couple of questions. The only negative aspect was packing up to come home. A very memorable vacation experience here!

This property is centrally located in Kihei, literally less then 3 minute walk to the beach, a coffee shop, some good food and a grocery. You could not ask for a better location. Property has all the amenities you need, a view, a good space for family and close access to the beach. The overall property is a little dated, but our stay here was great, we had easy access to everything needed, minimal driving. The unit itself was clean, well maintained and had everything we needed as a family to enjoy our stay, including some great beach equipment. Communicating with the property management was easy, as was check in/check out. Great overall experience, and we look forward to returning again!

My stay at Kihei Alii Kai A401 was great. The location of the penthouse was awesome. You could walk up to some great local spots like the cinnamon roll shop, Maui bread company and you could walk to the beach. The rental provided beach chairs, coolers and other beach equipment which was super convenient. The reason I am not giving this review 5 stars is based on 1 big thing. If you are going with a large group (my group was 6), be prepared to take freezing cold showers. You get maybe 1 minute of hot water. Despite having 2 bathrooms only 1 person can shower at a time to even get a little hot water. When I contacted the management about this, all they recommended was splitting up our showers since they have a small water heater. Personally, I think they could have done more like warn me about this or had that as a disclaimer when I booked. The other thing that was a little annoying was all the soap is watered down. The hand soap, dish soap all watered down. That’s like 2 dollars max at any store, why cant you just buy a new bottle? Especially after Covid, hand soap is not the place to be cheap!Other than the hot water and the hand soap, this is a great rental with a fantastic location and view. If you don’t mind cold shower, this is a great place to stay.

We were not too pleased during our stay. Even though the location was very convenient for many places we intended to travel. There were many things we considered as negative. First, there were too many things got broke down (microwave, hood fan, air conditioner in master room, slide door at the laundry machines). Second, the cleanliness was very bad in my opinion. We were happy to find such a perfect place to accommodate our three generation group. Everyone had the space they needed, the nearby options for food, shopping and activities were plentiful, and the condo was clean and well-stocked. When the lower parking lot was full we had a long walk to get to the upper lot, but that was the only complaint.

We had an amazing experience staying in this charming and well located condo across the street from Kamaole Beach Park 1. The beach was perfect. Sandy, Beautiful and a great swimming spot with a sandy shore, not rocky. Great for families with children. We picked it based on the consistently positive reviews. Our experience was great and the condo was as advertised. It’s clean, comfortable and incredibly convenient. We walked to several nearby restaurants, stores, shops, and the beach. There’s several grocery stores within a short drive or walk to the unit. The ocean and sunset views from the 4th floor deck were amazing. We traveled with my older parents (70’s), teen children (15-19) and my wife & I. Having the unit close to the elevator was a plus. We all were comfortable in the unit and pleased with our experience. It was stocked with everything we needed at the beach (Chairs, Towels, Umbrella, Ice Chests), everyone had their own space / comfortable bed and the kitchen was stocked with everything to prepare meals and store groceries. The community pool and spa were clean, well maintained and a popular daily visit for all of us after a day at the beach. The drive to nearby Wailea was literally 10 minutes and to charming Lahaina was only about 35 minutes and the drive along the coast was gorgeous. The drive to the airport was easy and only about 20 minutes. If you rent a car there’s plenty of convenient parking for it. We had a 7 person passenger van and never had an issue finding a spot. We can’t say enough positive things about our experience and this place. The property management company was incredibly professional from when we booked it several months before our trip to when we returned from our vacation. The communication was excellent and they were very attentive. When we come back to Maui, this is the place we will want to stay. We highly recommend.

Great unit closest to beach with two patios with water view. Less than 5 minutes walking to shops, food, gas and beach. Easy access to main roads to easily get to airport (25 min) or other sites (Lahaina 45min, Crater about 75 min.) Unit had well stocked kitchen and beach supplies and was clean and comfortable. Property wasn’t exactly child friendly—strict pool rules including no toys (including diving rings). A/C units weren’t very effective so we mostly used fans and open doors which worked fine. Overall would stay again but adults only.

We just returned from a 7 day trip to Maui, and this condo is the perfect location! The views are incredible, and the home is well stocked with all the necessities. It's in a great central location to get to other places around the island, but with tons of great food and beaches within walking distance or a few minutes drive. The condo was so nice, easy to get into, and with 3 bedrooms plus the pull out couch it was a perfect place for our family (6 adults) to stay. We loved that there were beach chairs and other beach equipment at the condo that we could use, it made our beach days so easy! Aloha until next time, and mahalo for a great stay!

The property's great. However, the online listing at Vero canada said I was paying in Canadian dollars. When payment was made I was charged in American dollars not Canadian. So the cost of the property dramatically increased. This is very misleading and underhanded. Also I was charged 1 thousand dollars as a fee for making the booking. This charge was not known until after I made the booking so it too was underhanded.

Great vacation. Condo is perfect for our family of four with a short walk to a great beach and a short drive to everything in Wailea. There's a dive/snorkel shop right next to the property. The condo has beach chairs, umbrella, towels, cooler, boogie boards etc. with a wagon to get them all to the beach with you. Just bring some food and you are all set. Thanks for a perfect week!

Overall, the place is just as described and depicted in photos. It is located in a great location, has a very nice pool and hot tub (which the kids loved), and the property provided enough room for our traveling party of 6. The property was short a few beach/pool towels when we arrived, but the property manager was quick to respond when told of the situation. We would definitely consider a stay again here in the future!

This property was big enough to hold us and all the kids, so that everyone could still have their space. The location was perfect - the older kids could walk to the beach or go get coffee or snacks at nearby places without us having to be with them - we could wake up and see the beach right off the lanai. Loved that it was all so close!

This property was exactly as advertised and completely fit our needs. We were walking distance to everything we wanted to do and needed. Grocery store, fast food, food trucks, the beach, the list goes on. This was a family trip including a set of grandparents, brother in law, wife, myself and our 9 month old daughter. The property layout and set up was the accurate fit for us. Two closed off bedrooms, grandparents had their own room, room for my wife and myself and then the 3rd room/loft was exactly what my brother in law needed. I will, and have, recommended to my friends thinking about Maui trips to stay in this location!

The condo was perfect for us, everything was nice and clean. And the location was in the middle of everywhere we needed to go. The only problems we encountered was an alarm from the building going off on our first night and the elevator not working for three days and maybe it was due to the storm that just passed. It was quite a workout to bring our luggage’s and groceries up to the fourth floor. But luckily we didn’t have to do that on our last day. All in all we had a wonderful stay and we would stay here again and highly recommend this place to family and friends.

We could not be more pleased with our stay. The condo was clean, comfortable, and beautiful. And I cannot say better things about the manager - the customer service has been impeccable! They gave us a cart for all of the beach toys. The sofa sleeper needed bed sheets. I texted them and within 15 minutes someone came to the condo at midnight to deliver. And lastly, an important item was left in the condo, they found it and will ship it to us. Amazing customer service!!
The condo is a block away from a beautiful beach where we swam and played. The girls loved the pool. And restaurants were all within walking distance.
I cannot recommend this condo more. And I hope it won't be our last time staying here too.
