Location & luxury combine to make this Wailea Ekolu condo a perfect home away from home. Only minutes from Maui’s best beaches, high-end shopping, popular restaurants & world renowned golf courses. This gorgeous condo is well-appointed with all the comforts of home, made exceptional by large spectacular views of the ocean, the West Maui Mountains, & the beautiful Wailea Blue Golf Course.

More like a home than a condo, this is the largest floor plan the complex has to offer & one of the few units with two levels. The two-story setup is perfect for families or friends traveling together offering a great separation of space between the living areas & the bedrooms. The upstairs & downstairs floors are connected by a central staircase, but also have their own front entrances, which makes for convenient access to each level.

We have brand new Split A/C systems upstairs & in both bedrooms. The new system has three units, all controlled by separate remotes allowing guests to customize the temperature in each space to meet their needs.

The upper level is designed for both relaxing & entertaining, featuring an open great room floor plan with high cathedral ceilings in the living, dining & kitchen areas. The kitchen boasts granite counter tops, high end appliances & is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare fabulous meals. The living room features a high quality queen size sleeper sofa for additional guests, a large flat screen TV & entertainment center. This room opens up onto an upper level lanai where you will find plenty of seating & sweeping views.

The ground level features two spacious bedrooms that are tastefully furnished, both with direct access to the lower lanai through large sliding glass doors. Perfect for enjoying the Hawaiian breeze, lounging with your coffee in the morning, or relaxing before bedtime. The master bedroom boasts a king bed & en-suite bath. The second bedroom has two queen beds & a guest bath just down the hall. Both the master & guest bathrooms feature large walk-in showers & vessel sinks.

This condo has all the amenities you will need for your vacation, high speed wi-fi internet, beach supplies, DVDs, you name it. We have tried to think of everything possible for you to enjoy your stay with us.

The complex offers a relaxing residential feel with tropical landscaping throughout & lots of tranquility. It also boasts 2 swimming pools & an ocean-view picnic/barbeque area.

While the location of the townhouse was great, with shopping areas nearby and a short drive to a few local beaches, there were a few aspects of the property that made it less than ideal for our family stay. A few quirky things be found annoying - the half-open showers were not to our liking as they got the floors wet also the stairs can be a bit steep and tricky...make sure your kids aren't running up and down. Additionally, the washer and dryer were quite loud - we had to use it every day to keep the towels dry. Few things that were awesome But access to the patio was nice to enjoy the incredible sunset views with your meal. Condo has access to beach chairs and a few towels - which came in handy for our trip to the beach. The condo manager is very responsive to your questions.

Check in was easy, great communication. Beautiful, quiet complex. Short drive to beaches. Great amenities, comfortable beds and living space. Upstairs living space is warm but cooled off with AC and fans; just the nature of a 2 story property. Family loved the unit. Would definitely book again, in a heartbeat. Oh, and the sunset views are incredible. Comfortably slept 7. Our entire group raved about the property!

The view both in the morning and at sunset was perfect from the lanai. Also, the drive to the airport was easy and much shorter than West Maui. We did not use the pool so I can’t comment on that. Had a great experience here with four of my other guy friends for a wedding. It was super close to the ocean, golf courses, and Wailea shopping center. The condo was spacious and accommodating. The only thing negative I have to say is that the upstairs area would get significantly hotter than the downstairs area due to the sunshine coming thru the windows.

The condo was perfect for our family of 5. It was very clean and we loved having a washer and dryer. The views of the ocean were spectacular from both the upstairs balcony and the downstairs patio. They also had beach chairs, towels and umbrellas which we loved bringing to the beach. The location was fabulous right up the hill from the Wailea shops and the beaches are within walking distance although we chose to drive. I highly recommend this condo if you are looking for a place to stay in Wailea!!

It was the perfect size with nice size rooms, comfortable beds and a spare bed upstairs in the living room. The views are amazing and we took advantage of them nearly every day to watch sunset. The grounds in the entire complex are immaculate, parking is easy and close to the unit and management was extremely responsive from the time we landed through the time we left. A few things needed taken care of and Emily was right on it. I’ll be booking this location again for our next trip if it’s available!

Love, love this condo. Beautiful view from the lanai, we saw whales and amazing sunsets every day of our stay. Walking distance to great beaches, shopping and great restaurants. We recommend Lineage and Monkeypod two of our favorites. Walkable to Snorkel Bob's and a great coffee shop. Definitely recommend trying out the bar next to Snorkel Bob's great drinks and pizza. This condo is beautiful and the kitchen has everything you need. Comfortable beds! Loved the provided Beach chairs, going to buy one when we get back home! Thanks for letting us stay in your condo, hopefully we can come back.

Perfect location right near the Wailea shops. Less than 10 minute walk. 200 yards from the Wailea Blue golf course clubhouse. Hole ten is right below the balcony. Great views of the ocean where you can sit and watch the breaching whales. The place was clean and a perfect place for two couples or even three. Definitely a good choice if you are in the area.

The condo was clean with plenty of sheets towels, beach towels, beach chairs (8), sand toys and other miscellaneous items to clean and enjoy our stay. The kitchen was stocked with plates and pans to cook and with basic seasonings. It had a great ocean view and we saw whales within minutes of our arrival . Nice options to eat and study outside on the decks. We loved it for our family of 8. We used the blow up mattress and all 6 kids slept in the 2nd bedroom. There was toiletries enough to last for a few days. We loved it. 20 minutes from Makena (Big Beach).

Our second stay at the Wailea Ekolu Village exceeded our expectations once again. The location is breathtaking, with immaculate landscaping, and amazing views from our lanai. The condo was very nice and had most of the things we needed. If I had any complaints it would be the lack of toiletries. There was little or no toilet paper in the bathrooms., the hand soap was almost empty, and no dish sponge as noted on the list of supplies. For a ten day stay, I would think these essential supplies should be plentiful. Otherwise, we loved the location and the view from the lanai was breathtaking.

We thought we’d never make it back to Maui! Thankfully it was opened back up in November and we didn’t hesitate to book our first vacation in 2 years. We wanted to stay longer than a week so we decided to book a condo vs a hotel (which is what we’ve always done). We found #314 really quickly on VRBO and it was perfect for our family. The bedrooms were downstairs and the living room/kitchen were upstairs along with the outdoor patio which we ate out on virtually every night. We looked forward to watching the sunset and the patio sunset view did not disappoint. I had to reach out to Van Isle property management only once and they were very quick to respond. The outdoor BBQ was working and they had it replaced the next day. Overall the property was perfect for us and our family. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend #314!

Convenient location near Four Seasons, Grand Wailea, and Wailea Blue Golf Course. This condo is well decorated with Asian-Inspired furniture and artwork, comfortable furniture, and had a well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed the indoor and private outdoor dining options on our own upstairs porch with a grill. Shared pool was a short walk from this unit, and we visited it daily. The sunsets from this unit are wonderful, we'd definitely stay in this unit on our next trip to Maui!

We couldn't have been happier with our stay. This place is located just minutes from the best beaches in Wailea, but still maintains the seclusion we were looking for. It easily housed our party of 6 and the property management team took exceptional care in making sure everything with our stay was great. If you have older folks in your group, make sure you are careful on the stairs (they can be a bit steep and tricky), but you will have a blast staying here and won't be disappointed.

Our family stayed at this beautiful condo for 5 nights. It has all the amenities a family needs to go to the beach or cook a great meal. Only problem we had was on really warm days it can be warm on the second floor of the unit during the day. The unit is in a great location and has a beautiful view of the ocean.

We loved every minute of our stay, the view is unbeatable and the breeze on the lanai was our favorite part, we looked forward to having coffee there every morning! Wonderful Location....within walking distance to many shops/restaurants. Beautiful view, it was such a treat to enjoy morning coffee and evening wine with an ocean view. Emily was wonderful to deal with, we would highly recommend this unit.
