Everything was just as expected. The place was clean. The staff was super helpful and friendly. The owner was really friendly and easy to communicate. My favorite part it’s the balcony, the view it’s amazing. I truly enjoyed my stay there. I would really recommend it to my friends and family. I will definitely stay there on my next trip.

I truly love my stay at this place. The owner was very helpful and was able to accommodate me with some things I needed help with. The place please clean and had everything we needed. The view is amazing. I have been in Hawaii earlier this year and I can say this was the best time. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to my family and friends. My boyfriend and I definitely enjoyed it. Better then a hotel.

This property was literally a 10 minute walk from the beach which was amazing. I also love the mini market they had on the sixth floor.

My experience with Alii Beach Rentals, after staying in their properties at least a dozen times, has always been positive. No disappointments if you stay with them. I’ve been using ABR for years and always stay in Waikiki. They have many properties located throughout the island but Waikiki is convenient for the city bus and ability to walk to most destinations. Island Colony is my favorite cause of its location, big balconies, and beautiful views. The complete kitchen comes in handy and the prices are reasonable. Alii Beach Rentals will always be my choice of vacation rentals.

Overall the place is perfect for a short stay, we came to get married and honeymoon and it was an amazing trip. Everything you need is within walking distance and if not there's an extremely affordable car rental at the bottom of the hotel that we utilized and paid $140 for a smart car that was perfect for 2 people. The balcony was the highlight here though, you get a perfect view of the Friday night fireworks and can watch every sunset and sunrise from there, it's an absolutely beautiful view. The only downside was we did not keep any food in the room really because we saw a cockroach once or twice, super cringe I know but I believe it's a building problem and a common thing in Hawaii as they have pest schedules posted everywhere. The pool and jacuzzi were also perfect to come back and relax in after a long day adventuring or being at the beach. Although they shut the jacuzzi down early at 7 every night due to the light being out so we just made sure to get there early. Make sure to eat at the forty niner as well they had delicious food and conveniently at the hotel as well. We had a perfect week ty for letting us stay!!

Love the place and the great surrounding views from the 38th floor. Kitchen well-furnished, working appliances, clean and comfortable room. The shower head was quite outdated and weak water pressure, sometimes short of hot water during shower, no grab bar. There were small cockroaches scurrying around, so we were careful about leaving food around, closing the trash bag and zipping up our suitcases. Enjoyed the balcony which offered great views of Honolulu day and night.

What an amazing experience. I lucked out finding this gem in the middle of Waikiki. Spacious room, lanai, with one of the most incredible views i’ve seen thus far in my life. Stocked with linens, towels, and bathroom items. Big television with youtube and netflix. Oh my goodness, the sunsets on the lanai. My heart is sad as I’m writing this from Florida.

This condo was within walking distance to many popular restaurants and shopping centers. The view from the balcony was incredible in the day and at night. The ocean was also able to be viewed. Clean room and complex, would definitely stay again.

My friends and I stayed 10 nights here and had a great time. The location is super convenient and within walking distance to Waikiki and most shops. The apartment also offered a stunning view of both sea and mountains. We were a group of 3 girls so the extra pull out sofa bed was spacious enough to sleep 1 which was a plus point. Overall this would be a great pick to stay in Hawaii.

There was pubic hair on bathroom floor & in tub, light switches were filthy, chips in shower wall, gouges in wall by bed, bent & broken blinds, cheap cabinets, minimal kitchen supplies. Stayed only one night because we arrived so late. Got full refund & went somewhere else. Pictures are deceiving, do not stay here.

The rental didn’t seem like it was fully cleaned (there was half a bottle of fireball on top of the the cabinets & a giant bug by the window). Also, the shades were totally broken and we couldn’t open then because they were shattered…….it really took away from the wonderful views. I also managed the property management with a few questions and tried calling and NEVER heard back…… the location is great though, as are the common areas, and the rental was bright and had a wonderful view

This was the perfect place for my friends and I to stay, it had everything we needed since we were staying in Hawaii for a longer trip! The view from this balcony every night was beautiful. There was a full kitchen and I still miss the shower pressure from that shower head. Parking here was hassle free and it was close to everything that we needed. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to visit.

We absolutely loved our stay in this rental. It was just my wife and I, but it was the perfect size for us two. The room was a great size, the view from the balcony was great, and it was nice to have a kitchen fully stocked with all the cooking things you could need. We were surprised and happy to see beach towels, beach chairs, and water bottles in the refrigerator. The room was clean upon arrival and check in was a breeze. We loved how close the condo was to everything and only a few minute walk to the beach. We especially enjoyed the pool. It was never crowded and very quiet and nice. There are countless restaurants and shopping malls a few minutes walk. This place was great and affordable and we will be staying with Alli beach rentals again!
