Condo was spacious with a nice kitchen and bathroom. The only problem was the old couch in the living room. It has seen better days and very uncomfortable. Overall it was a nice place.

This is nicest condo we have ever been in. We’ve been coming to Kauai for 35 years . We own 2 weeks a year ourselves , and always add more time elsewhere to see other parts of the island. We love Kapaa and this hit the top if our list this trip! Thanks so much for sharing your condo with us.

We enjoyed the property and unit a lot! The pool and hot tubs at the facility were wonderful and I got a great massage from Olivia at the spa. It was wonderful to have an upscale kitchen and it was nice, being older people, to be on the quiet, rather than pool, side of the resort. The convenience of having Safeway walking distant was immeasurable. The only minor issue we had was that the couch was “vintage era” and a bit saggy. Thanks for a great stay.

I really enjoyed our stay here. The property was great, the pool was amazing, and you were in the middle of both Poipu & Hanalei where we spent most of our beach days. Owners were quick to reply on our questions leading up to our trip, and very accommodating of any requests. We really enjoyed our stay and would go back without any hesitation.

We have stayed at this condo complex a number of times. It is important to note that there are not a ton of units that have ocean views that don't come with a pool view as well. I'm a stickler for short-term condo rentals, so here are my detailed comments:
- Unit was clean (spotless).
- Master bed was comfortable. On the softer side, which I prefer. Only niggle bedding wise is I would prefer either more or thicker pillows.
- Unit was well stocked, both the kitchen and beach chairs, cooler, and boogie boards. Only item missing was umbrella.
- Unit is very close to the pool, but quiet (not facing the pool).
- Management company was responsive. We had no maintenance issues, but pre-trip they were great to work with.
- Unit is on the second floor. You may hear some noise from the unit above, but very little. Overall the complex is very quiet (except the pool area of course).

The location is great if you want to be in kapaa town and have access to both North and South on the island. The condo was great, and the pool fantastic. We didn't try the restaurant in site since it had limited hours and there were plenty of other options nearby. The only downside was the traffic!

Second time we've stayed at this location & love it. The pool area is relaxing and plenty of seating. We like this location and the overall property & will likely stay again next trip to Kauai. Be sure to check out the Coconut Marketplace down the road for easy access to groceries & a few restaurants & other shopping. Safeway conveniently is across the street from this resort but it is often very busy.

The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. The grounds were well kept, and we really enjoyed the pool area. The beach was great to sit and watch the waves. The location was perfect with restaurants, Safeway, and other amenities close by. We will be back!

Room was used as a home base for adventuring in southern kauai, resort was fine, but not my cup of tea. Room exceeded expectations (so nice!!), bed was incredible, only thing bad was the hot water tank couldn’t fill the bath tub.

This was one of our favorite destinations in our most recent trip. We stayed at 3 locations on Kauai on this trip (our 5th). We thought this property was superior to the Westin Princeville. One can walk to the shave ice, shops, restaurants in Kapaa. I like the easy and safe walking access to the southern end of the Ke Ala Hele Makalae Path - the best running/evening walking trail on the island.
The Condo was clean and large. It's a quiet end room. It was a somewhat indirect ocean view - but the sounds of the ocean are 'loud' on the lanai.
This offers a lot of the amenties of a large resort - pool with waterslide, ocean front restaurant, gym - with a nice livable condo.

We have just returned from a two week visit to Kauai. A large portion of our visit was at this property. We appreciated the comfort of our accommodations as well as having the bedroom separate from the rest of the living space. Two bathrooms was an added plus! It was wonderful to have a full kitchen, a washer and dryer and beach accoutrements to use.
This is a great location to head to any part of the island.
Communications with Kauai Cares were very efficient and timely and made the whole process easy.
We look forward to our next visit and will hope that this unit will be available for us as we liked it that much.

Outstanding property. One of the best locations at the resort. Extremely close to the pool and a good view of the ocean from the balcony. Needed a sink clog serviced and that was done soon after calling the property. If the would-be anything I might suggest is adding a small balcony table tall enough to use for dining. What is there is a short table (like an end table). We found the condo to be everything we expected. you will not be disappointed.

We had an amazing four night stay at this property! The condo was great and had a fantastic pool area with easy beach access. Comfy bed and great kitchen. The location was wonderful and a short drive from the north or south shores. Communication was great and they were very helpful when our flight got changed last minute. Candace and Melvin were wonderful and we wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again. We can’t wait to come back!

The property is gorgeous. The condo was very spacious luxurious. There was a nice fitness facility. Laying out by the pool was great. Never crowded (End of November). 2 adult hot tubs were nice! The lazy river style pool with slides was awesome.
Across the street there is a coffee shop, a bakery and a fantastic restaurant, along with Safeway to get your cooking needs.
Make sure you get all your Covid ducks in a row before you go though so you don’t have to spend time at the airport getting the special wristband you need to arrive to Hawaii, in addition to uploading your Covid documentation!
Overall, 5 star property that I would frequent again.

This property is great and the location is even better! The only downside was the furnishings in the living room - could use an upgrade but that was minor because you're rarely in the room anyway. Pool area was great and pretty quiet while we were there. Great food options close by! Overall was a great vacation spot!

This property was amazing and absolutely perfect for us! My husband and I had been to Maui over 15 times, but we were celebrating our 26th Anniversary and visited Kauai for the 1st time in Sept 2021. It met and exceeded our expectations! The unit had a huge, awesome updated kitchen with a subzero fridge, and the bathroom was large and spacious with a ton of bath towels and a great shower. I also loved that there was an umbrella, beach chairs and boogey boards that you could take with you to near-by beaches which was awesome! The pool on-site was SO AMAZING. We loved the water slides and all the areas to lounge by the pool, as well as the 3 spas (nice that one was for families with children and the other 2 were for adults only). The on-site restaurant The Oasis was a bit higher priced but SO WORTH IT. The food was absolutely delicious and the attention to service impeccable - we ate there twice. We also booked some excursions in the lobby - an ATV Waterfall Tour (by KauaiATV.com w/Karissa & Ben) and an Island Helicopter Tour (Blue Hawaiian w/pilot Chelsea) which were so much fun and so worth the money! We LOVED our 1st stay on Kauai and want to thank Candace for a beautiful property that helped make for a perfect trip! We will definitely be coming back and brining the family with us :-)

We love staying at Waipouli Beach Resort. Wonderful for families as it is a great central
location for both the North and South shore and the grocery and restaurants across the street are handy as well. The resort is very clean and nicely landscaped and we loved our unit with the ocean view and close proximity to the awesome pool.

Great condo building with prime location. Convenient to walk to beach in front, and other beaches along the boardwalk. Also close walking distance to multiple dining options, grocery store, starbucks, etc. Unit is spacious, well-appointed, and clean. Recommended for anyone looking for a great stay in Kapaa / Wailua.

This place is perfect for everything you need, the pictures don’t do it justice- the view from the Balcony is much closer the. The pictures show, the beach is beautiful and quiet, the condo comes with a cooler , chairs , boogie boards and an umbrella which is all ideal for spending time a few steps away in the beach or packing up to check out other areas on the beautiful island, the unit itself is well equipped for everything else! , the pool area sb resort itself is beautiful with restaurants and groceries super close !
