We couldn't be happier with the views, location, amenities, and, decor of the condo. The sunsets were incredible and the condo exceeded our expectations. We felt so comfortable there and enjoyed our whole experience. It provided a relaxing atmosphere that made our trip even better.

We loved this condo with its wrap around balcony and ocean views and sounds! Prime location - able to walk easily to many restaurants and shops. Condo was well stocked with everything we needed plus more. Hopefully, it will be available on our next trip to Kona.

A perfect place to celebrate a milestone birthday. We made a point to be on the lanai for every sunset. In fact, that is where we were most of the time. We will look forward to coming back again.

bed was very comfortable. Wrap around Lanai was great and right next to ocean. It was very close to downtown Kona. Parking was easy with an assigned space. One of the best places we have stayed!

The condo is beautiful. It’s right on the ocean, almost like you’re sitting on the edge of the sea. It has everything you need for a great time at the beach and a well stocked kitchen. The wrap around lani is breathtaking. Because it’s right on the ocean, you get a great breeze, almost windy. The unit is fairly updated, however, the bed could use an update/upgrade as the mattress is a firmer inner spring. Overall, it’s an amazing condo.

Sunsets and rainbows at the same time! Yellow fish easily visible by the shore from the balcony. Waves crashing against the rock (sometimes pretty loud!). Gorgeous views from all rooms. Great place to hang out and relax and easy walking access to main town. Lovely!

Perfect location in a small, quiet complex. With the wrap-around deck, when we sat on the ocean side, we had so much privacy...and such great views. The two sides also gave breezes throughout the unit. The ocean was so close and the waves breaking on the rocks actually kept us from hearing any voices from other units--which we considered a bonus. The owners had supplied everything we could have wanted. Tracy, the manager, was a very good communicator and very responsive.

This is one of the best locations for a ocean front property. If we were any closer we would be in water! The unit was clean with updated kitchen and bath. It had everything you could need. We would definitely stay here in 312 again, than you Hali Kona Kai.

We're one of those couples who don't live near an ocean, so being as close as we can be is important to us when we visit Kona. This unit does that and more. It is fantastic! The kitchen is well done if you choose to eat in as we did several times, the bedroom is wonderful, great bed and tons of storage, and a decent bathroom, although the shower can overspray onto the floor often. We've stayed here twice and would again next year except our dates are unavailable. The location is wonderful, too, within easy walks to local famous eateries, this is a gem!
