Hualalai Resort is an exclusive, 865-acre oceanfront community located on the renowned Kona-Kohala Coast of Hawaii's Big Island, featuring world-class amenities, state-of-the-art facilities, engaging programming, and luxurious accommodations—including private residences and villas. The acclaimed Four Seasons Resort Hualalai is also located within the resort community.
Daily Resort Fees are not included in the rental rate of your vacation home and are not required to confirm a rental reservation. However, these fees are necessary if you wish to access the Hualalai Resort amenities.Once your reservation is confirmed, we will forward your contact information to the Hualalai Resort. A representative from the Resort will then reach out to you directly to coordinate amenity access and preferences.
Access to Hualalai Resort amenities is available to our residential guests for an additional fee per person per day, subject to seasonal restrictions.
From January 1, 2025, to January 3, 2026, the daily resort guest fee ranges from $75 to $230 per person, plus taxes. Guests may elect to obtain Resort access for a minimum of two consecutive days, with the entire household required to participate.
The Resort Fees are remitted directly to Hualalai Resort, which operates independently of our company. Consequently, we do not oversee the administration of these fees, resort policies, account charges, or resort reservations.
Opting into Resort access ensures a seamless and elevated experience, granting guests use of the full array of Hualalai’s recreational, wellness, dining, and leisure facilities—making your stay at one of Hawaii’s most prestigious destinations truly exceptional.

The annual Chairman's Club at Hualalai Resort will take place from Monday December 1 through Saturday December 6, 2025. This event will result in modified access to select resort amenities.

Please be advised: Our properties require a three-night reservations deposit which is non-refundable 90 days prior to check-in. We then require the remaining rent due and non-refundable 90 days prior to check-in. During Festive Season our properties require a three-night reservations deposit which is non-refundable 120 days prior to check-in. We also require the remaining rent due and non-refundable 120 days prior to check-in.
In the event the reservation is canceled by the Guest for any reason, please be advised that a 5% administrative fee will be withheld from all rental funds received at that time except in the instance of Force Majeure.

The villa was lovely, well-furnished and comfortable.
I wish the view had been even better (It was nice, but I just wanted more ocean). I also would suggest changing the beds in two rooms. I’m short and it was difficult for me to get into any of the beds. My husband and his friends loved the golf course.

This villa exceeded our expectations! It is at the end of a cul-de-sac in the beautiful neighborhood next to the Four Seasons. You have a view of the ocean from the patio and can hear the surf while you sit outside. The interior of the villa is lovely, with floor to ceiling windows looking out the back, a spacious kitchen and living area and three bedrooms. The master has an outdoor shower in addition to the regular bathroom. We took advantage of the option of having a personal shopper purchase our groceries for us, and our refrigerator and shelves were full when we arrived. The two golf carts made it very easy to get around. A beachfront restaurant is five minutes away by golf cart. We purchased the guest passes for the Four Seasons and were able to use the beautiful grounds, beach, pools and restaurants. The service was above and beyond. The host was very responsive and even met us at the property when we arrived to make sure we knew how to operate everything and to answer any questions. The residents' concierge helped us make reservations and plan our trip. The villa is well-located, just 15 minutes from the Kona airport. It sits between Kona and the other resorts along the coast. The service and the beauty of the villa and grounds exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again.

We have traveled to the Big Island 14 years in a row, not staying at Hualalai, but eating at the excellent restaurants there. For our 75th birthdays we convinced a couple we have known since high school to go with us to celebrate. We rented one of the Hillside condos and all of us agree it was the best resort we have ever visited. From golf to the spa to the restaurants to the professionalism and courtesy of the staff it was an amazing experience.

This is a beautiful property. No issues at all with the home, and it is so comfortable and very clean. The location is just perfect...and the golf carts make it so easy to utilize the restaurants and amenities at the Four Seasons Resort. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can't wait to come back!
